In general, it's not bad if you don't pay attention to people smoking everywhere. Here they smoke right during lunch, so it's impossible to sit next to them on the street. Similarly, someone can sit by the pool on a nearby chaise longue and, as if nothing had happened, tar.
The hotel doesn't really pull in five stars. There are better four-star hotels...
the staff is friendly, always helpful. There's plenty of food. Here you can have a good rest and get a degree of obesity if willpower is not enough!

At first I liked everything! But, it does not reach the five-star rating. In 10 days, the floor was not washed in the room, the linen was changed only when we were already asked. And they should think about the menu in the restaurant, there are many dishes, but there are few delicious dishes. Another disadvantage is entering the sea, solid pebbles and not a hint of sand.
Among the advantages: nice and clean pools. Various slides, both for children and adults, the rooms are quite cozy, friendly staff, there is a children's room and playground, funny animators.

We were in October. The food is as usual*5. We drove from Antalya airport for 30-40 minutes. There is wifi-works on 3 (but better than some) . But the coolest thing is the slides. They are really cool (not small) adults will also be interested in them. There are 10 of them.

This hotel does not correspond to the declared 5 stars at all. Its overpopulation is combined with a complete lack of service, wild queues wherever possible... The staff does not cope with their duties, from cleaning to serving in the dining room. There is no need to talk about basic hygiene. Expect a worn-out table? You have to look for a waiter every time and wait for him to deign to come up. In the dining room, tables should not be wiped in principle. God grant that the tablecloth is changed. The furniture is old and dirty, the walls of the dining room are dirty, with traces of chocolate hands that have been in the same place for weeks... The beach is dirty and not well maintained. The animation is disgusting. There is no children's animation at all! And this is a family hotel. There are no smoking areas. That is, they smoke everywhere... With or without children, it doesn't matter. This hotel, even with its mountains, is not for family holidays. There is no territory! With a length of about a kilometer and a width of no more than 300 m, everyone goes the same way every time... There is no way to be alone with the child, there is no way to leave the child to a responsible person! The beach is not just dirty, but very dirty. There are cigarette butts everywhere, some kind of roots... Only the sea and the sun were on top

Terrible hotel! We bought a tour and it was confirmed at the Crystal Flora Beldibi Hotel, and we were confronted with the fact on the bus that the hotel was closed, we are taking you to another Crystal Waterworld Belek hotel. The place is different, the hotel is much worse, the mood is below the baseboard. For half a day, they spoiled their nerves and searched for the truth. In the end, there is only one answer, the network independently changed the hotel and no one can do anything. Think for yourself whether you need these swings or not.

Everything is very good, only three buts
...the dishes are very dirty, the room is poorly cleaned, and smoking is everywhere (beach, playground, animation....) And also, the beach has never been cleaned for 10 days during our stay.

A very small area for such a large number of vacationers. The rooms were not cleaned once during all 9 days of stay, the mini bar was replenished 3 times. It is very expensive for such conditions.

I was at this hotel for the second time. In general, I liked everything. The price corresponds to the quality.
But there are a couple of disadvantages:
1) Very bad Wi-Fi
2) a beach with a huge number of people. It's really uncomfortable to swim in the sea.
Everything else matches the description.
