I had a rest with children from 10 to 19.09.2021
1. The territory is large and everything is thought out. There is not a single meter that is not used. I liked. I had to walk a lot, but this is even a plus.
2. The children liked the water park and I liked it. Big and interesting. It's a pity that the schedule for turning on the slides was strange. From 10.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 16.00. It is unclear why this was done.
3. The food is monotonous and not tasty. Although you will not stay hungry, you will not get pleasure from eating either. I ate rice every day. Everything else is just tasteless. And the feeling is really "canteen".
4. Rooms - we were checked in before 14.00, I did not like the room and I was changed. There was a view of the sea and other hotels. The view is cool. One small thing - at 5 a.m., prayer began from the mosque over the loudspeaker. What for??? Belek is not inhabited by indigenous people, it is only a tourist town. In general, every morning I got up and closed the balcony, which is why I didn't get enough sleep.
Everything else is fine for your money.

The territory is large, but glasses and leftovers are lying around very dirty everywhere, I am silent that the sun beds and tables near the pools probably have not been taken away once)
We checked into the room after 14, but this is not a problem at all, the room is only for sleeping and washing, but there was a surprise waiting for us
The shower did not work, the request to the reception was unsuccessful, the request was asked to leave even through the guide...but the hotel does not understand anything ((( this is very sad
I had to wash in the hammam, it's good that we were only 6 days ...

I was on vacation with my family in early July 2021. What I liked: the location, children's water slides, lots of points with drinks and food, good alcohol, broadcasts of football matches, very polite and friendly staff, vacationers. What I didn't really like: not very tasty and monotonous food, queues in the dining room for food and drinks, a lot of vacationers, it's difficult to find places in the dining room and on the sun beds. The hotel is strongly elongated perpendicular to the shore, so I had to walk a lot. For some reason, children under 4.5 years old are not allowed inside the children's club (and quite rudely to children). The rooms are quite simple, the renovation is not very good. There is delicious coffee and ice cream at the bottom of the main staircase, and good cocktails are made in the Irish Pub. The a la carte restaurants were not impressed. The food doesn't differ much from the dining room.

We were at the hotel from 09/25/21 to 10/25/2021. A large company of all ages)
Territory : elongated, from the walking area there is only one alley in the length of the hotel and repeats its corridor in the hotel.
Food and restaurants: the food is varied, many types of meat are delicious and not very tasty, fish as well, vegetables, fruits, pickles, sweets are all there, there was an evening with sea products very tasty. Crayfish were given 2 times exactly in 10 days. We were with a child for 1 year, there is no children's table for this age, there are not even soups and porridges! But French fries and sausages. There are packaged yogurt and canned fruit food in the morning. Porridge on the common table, as they say, milk and semolina or milk and oats are shorter, but we found food for him on the common table stewed vegetables with meat and fish. There are a lot of bars, but some didn't work. .The alcohol is good. There is a bar with freshly squeezed juices in the concourse of the 2021 hotel, but it did not work... It's a shame...

On the 3rd day, our baby fell ill with coxsackie, they called a doctor for insurance and arrived quickly. Another kid from our company had an enterovirus, and the intestines did not bypass adults either. We haven't had this in any hotel before. But this nonsense went all over the coast, not only in this hotel.
And yes, the water park! The water park is super! The Snake slide is a delight! The eldest son, and we had fun) The water is icy in the children's area.
Before that, we were at crystal Paraiso, and we were supposed to go there, but it is closed. And the guide said that everyone was running from there, swearing at this hotel. Although I liked paraiso more, but it was 2018.
In general, if you take a rest, it's not bad)) in principle, the hotel is not bad, it will come to someone more than to me)For me, he turned out to be somehow not cozy, not sincere or something. We're not going back there... And we are unlikely to go to other crystal either...although before that I really wanted to return to paraiso verde.

We stayed at this hotel from September 17th to September 24th. I liked everything. There were flaws in the number , everything was fixed quickly . The hotel is great, the food is great. Everything is there, meat, fish, sweets are great. The children's menu is present, there are even baby purees, yogurt. I really liked the animation , the kids had fun. Live Music in the evenings. Special thanks to Julia's manager for working with vacationers. Clearly knows and does his job . We will definitely visit you next year!

Why did we choose this hotel? Because the travel agent described it beautifully to us, saying that the hotels of this chain are just gorgeous. And because there are a lot of slides. The children will have something to do, we thought. And we also thought that we didn't really need the sea, since there is such a water park in the hotel, we will spend all our time in the children's pool, like on the playground in St. Petersburg. And so we arrived on the long-awaited vacation on September 22 in the morning. Naturally, we were not settled until 14, but we did not expect that. Let's go to the roller coaster.
Water activities: We approach the children's pool, and only one child swims there, despite the fact that there are about two thousand vacationers in the hotel. Well, we think it's not bad. We approach the water , and it is icy... 20 degrees, no more. What??? We decided to go check the water in the adult pool. Everything is fine there. You can swim. But what about the nursery? The hotel management, are you out of your mind at all? In general, during the 10 days of vacation, we never rolled down the slides and did not swim in the children's water park. A couple of times I decided to come there and, no matter what, take a ride from the adult slides, but for some reason only two slides worked - extreme ones. In general, thanks to the Waterworld for the lack of water entertainment.
Restaurant: It's not a restaurant, it's a school cafeteria. Since the hotel is elongated, the restaurant is also elongated. Of course, everyone wants to sit closer to the food distribution so that they don't have to go far to get more. You take the food and walk another half a kilometer, passing by untidy tables and a crowd of people trying to get a table closer. Then you go back to get food for the children. Then you come back to stand in line for drinks. And by the way, it's the soup turn for lunch. Then you go all over the so-called restaurant in search of appliances. You don't find the packed ones and take seemingly clean appliances from the general pile. I won't even write about cleanliness in the hall, since it's obvious that even if the tables don't have time to clean, let alone the floor. I think they haven't washed it for several weeks, despite the fact that people are constantly spilling, dropping and splashing something.
Ala-carte restaurants: only one restaurant to choose from (Turkish, Italian, Mexican) is free, but there are no places in Italian and Mexican for the next week. Everything is more or less beautiful in Turkish. They serve, there are tablecloths. But there is no choice, they bring everything the same to everyone. Live music is loud, like in a club. I can't hear myself, not like your companion. Sit, eat and listen to Turkish songs. I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible.
Bars: Half of the bars are closed. Although the hotel is full. The bar with freshly squeezed juices has never been opened. There is imported alcohol. Bottled water only. The juices are disgusting powdered, but it seems to be everywhere.
Beach: a sharp slope, after 3 meters it already covers your head. Deep + waves = children can only swim in a vest, even if they can swim. There is sand on the beach, but the entrance to the sea is made of stones. It is impossible to enter/exit without special slippers. There are not enough sun beds. You come to the beach and look for a place. Many people take their places with towels in advance and do not come until the evening. There is a pack of sunbeds in the corner, but no one gives them away. You need a ladder to rent a sunbed for yourself, since the pack is very high.
Room: the room is nice, cleaned every day. Towels and linen are also changed every day. We didn't see anything broken.
Animation : I've seen aqua aerobics and yoga a couple of times. In the evening at 21:00 the show. I haven't seen anything else for adults. There is a disco for children in the evening, and games in the children's center in the afternoon, but for some reason we only got to them once. Children under 4 years old are not allowed in the closed children's center, even if accompanied by an adult. And after 6 years, the child has nothing to do there. It's a strange children's center. Only for children from 4 to 6 years old... Charging for children is only for nine people. You can't do it anymore. Caronovirus.
Near the hotel : market.
Conclusion: the hotel is an anthill. There are 2 thousand vacationers. Breakfast, lunch, dinner are all in the main dining room. In between, everything is on the beach (the coastline is 200 meters). In the evening, everyone is near the stage.
Unfortunately, after such an experience, there is no desire at all to go to Turkey again. It was much more comfortable in Egypt and Tunisia

We were at the hotel in April-May 2022. It does not pull at 5 * in any way.
Bad cleaning. The floor is dirty, I asked the maid to wash it, she sprinkled some smelly product and rubbed it in the center of the room. I had to wet toilet paper and wipe the floor after she left. It's creepy. It's very dirty. The same goes for the bathroom: the floor is not washed, the plumbing too, no one has looked under the rim of the toilet bowl for probably a couple of years.
Yeah. I've never washed floors and toilets in hotels myself... I'm not talking about the balcony.
On the beach, the sand is very dirty, cigarette butts, chips, sticks, it is unpleasant to walk, it stings your legs.
There is no natural coffee in the restaurant, instead of juices - jupi.
The food seems to be varied, but there is very little delicious. They saved themselves with vegetables and fruits.
What I liked: a large water park, a view from the lake to the mountains. Good photographers work on the territory, but it's paid, so it doesn't apply to the hotel.
This did not spoil our rest, but it caused great surprise.
We will not go to this hotel anymore. In Turkey, thank heaven, there is a good selection of 5* hotels, where it is clean and tasty.

We stayed at the hotel for a week at the end of September 2021. With a 2-year-old child.
Of the cons, only a cold pool in the morning before 12. The child never bathed. In the afternoon, from 14 to 16, you can ride the water slides quite comfortably. There is also a 4-star meal in the main restaurant. It's the same thing every day, we got out of it through different combinations. But I always found something to feed the child.
Otherwise, I'm happy with everything. Lots of bars. Lobi bar has great cocktails, a delicious coffee bar and lots of desserts nearby. A huge territory. We didn't have time to get bored. We were unlucky, there were the same type of dancing on animation for three days in a row, but when the program changed, it was fun!
I will be happy to go to the same hotel again! We had a great rest!

The service is poor, the restaurant had to wait a long time for the table to be cleared for the previous vacationers. The beach is narrow, 100 meters in total, there is a pier. The pools were cool already. The water park is very good. The room was nice, there were no unpleasant odors. There are bars throughout the territory. Imported alcohol was in the lobby bar, both free and paid. The cocktails are delicious. The disco was held until 12 at night in a bar on the street. It was the disco club that was closed. The animators tried their best. Of the vacationers, there were many Iranians who felt like the center of the world, very arrogant. The staff tried to somehow direct them to comply with the rules and queues. There are also many Turks. The hotel is rather aimed at vacationers from the listed countries.
We will not return to this hotel again.
The second one was no longer able to get into Paraiso Verde, it was closed all the time right before our vacation. Last year, they gave us a choice of any hotel for the amount paid, this year they gave us a choice of this or a Family Resort. We expected more from the hotel, because it costs the above-listed hotels.

To begin with, the review will be big and emotional. We chose this hotel because of the presence of a large water park, because we were traveling with a child of 11 years old. We stayed at the hotel from September 26 to October 4, 2021. We have never encountered such horror anywhere else. There is something to compare it with, because we have traveled to many countries and visited many hotels. This is not the first time in Turkey. We flew from the Pegasus tour operator. On the way from the airport, we took an hour by bus because our hotel was listed as the last point. The driver dropped him off right on the road ("thank you" Pegasus), we had to climb up to the hotel with our suitcases along a long steep hill. What I can say about the hotel is that the hotel operates according to the "Aaa, and it will do ..." system. Now, point by point. Territory: it is a long narrow street with four-storey buildings on the sides (buildings, for a moment, 17 pieces). That is, you can walk around the hotel only back and forth among the crowds of vacationers. There are many bars and eateries, almost at every turn. In the water park, the slides work and don't work. They have their own mysterious schedule. There was no way that all the slides would work on the same day. For a bun, in order to roll down once, you have to stand in a huge queue. The water is cold in the pools and the water park. There are no trees on the territory, shadows, respectively, too, only shrubs. There is a terrible stench of sewage in the territory, especially at night. There are a lot of guests, I'm afraid to imagine what's going on here in the summer. Approximately 40% of vacationers are Russian-speaking, 15% are European, the rest are local. I would especially like to note that there are a lot of companies of young oriental healthy bearded men of 5-8 people (I do not know who they are by nationality). They behave boorishly and noisily. No respect, no tact. Buns are taken away from children at the water park. A dirty tray was practically thrown in my child's face in the dining room when she was sitting alone at a table. And on the first day of our arrival, they stole a beach towel from my sunbed while I was gone for 5 minutes, and my husband and child were at the water park. They don't understand English or Russian. Talking to them is useless and scary. When we went to the reception with this problem, the staff pretended that they did not understand what we were talking about, they could not check who stole the towel, because they did not have video surveillance cameras. Only when we said that we would not pay 5 euros for a lost towel, because this is theft and let the police be called, we will deal with it differently, they immediately gave us a new card on the towel and let us go home...Common areas: I just have no words here, only emotions. Dirt is everywhere!!! Tables and bar counters in snack bars and bars are sticky. Scattered, spilled food on the floor is not immediately cleaned. It's like they just don't notice. Above the ground floor, the staff apparently do not rise at all. There was some dirty shirt lying in the elevator, which rolled up and down for a day, no one cleaned it. One of the guests put a tray of snacks out of the room into the hallway, and there it stood all day. The carpet on the floors is not vacuumed at all. Wrappers, pieces of paper, masks, used disposable tableware, chips, nuts are lying around for days. There is dirt in the canteen, i.e. in the "main restaurant" again. There is something spilled everywhere and food is lying on the floor. The walls and furniture are stained and stained. Chairs with dusted dermantine. The plates are not washed in places. Finding an empty table is quite a quest. There are not enough tables for all the guests. They do not clean the tables immediately, apparently there are not enough staff or they are lazy. You stand and wait with plates until the table is cleaned in front of you, and you already had to serve (appliances, napkins) yourself. Tea and coffee are being poured, so while you are being given, half a cup will be poured. Instead of black coffee, they can pour coffee with milk. And instead of three glasses of tea, give two. The staff does not understand Russian and English well. The food is quite good, except for soups. No soups, but some kind of spicy slurry. There is a lot of food, the service is fast, there are no queues. They do not save on food, they put it on a plate from the bottom of their hearts. Fruits are washed badly!!! It is necessary to wash and rinse with water. Non-alcoholic drinks are standard. As for alcohol, I can't say. I'm not in the subject, but my husband brought it with him. Room: the furniture is new, not shabby. The laminate floor is slightly swollen. Plumbing, electricity, TV, mini-bar, safe are all in working condition. The walls, of course, are a little dirty, the maid could have tyrannized with a rag a couple of times, but okay...Room cleaning is daily, towels are changed every day (sometimes, however, one or two towels are not reported, but we had enough), bed linen is changed every other day, surfaces and plumbing are not washed every day, floors are washed daily, well, thanks for that. On the fifth day, for some reason, the password from the safe was reset, the master was called, he came quickly and fixed everything. The audibility between the rooms is enormous. You can hear what the neighbors are saying, what they are watching on TV and what they are doing, especially at night. Here we also had bad luck with the neighbors, some shouted, rowdy and slammed doors at night, others were too loving. Beach: not big, the sand is dirty (branches, cigarette butts). There are a lot of sun beds under the awnings, everyone is busy at 9 a.m., but you can always find at least one in the gallery. Animation: there is no daytime animation, if it was somewhere, it was probably hiding hard. Usually, after a week in Turkey, you know all the animators by sight, immediately not even a single animator caught your eye. There is no teenage animation from the word at all. My daughter was bored. I won't tell you about the nursery, we are no longer old enough. But there is a swing and a mini club on the territory. Evening animation at the amateur level from the House of Culture. A disco with live music every day after the animation, but we didn't go. In the Terrace bar every other evening, musicians play guitars and sing (we liked it). Attention!!! Rotovirus (according to the guide in the pool). The daughter got sick, with all the "consequences" and the temperature. We managed on our own. We stayed in the room for a couple of days. Then it seemed like nothing. Ambulances were often seen arriving at the hotel. We saw the police once. Take care of yourself and your loved ones. Take care of your nerves and money, if you have a choice, do not come here. I do not know who writes good reviews. But my review is true. It's a pity for the time, health and money spent on this institution.

A hotel for 4,000 thousand people. The room cleaning is terrible. Black hair everywhere. They don't wash the toilet. The mirrors are stained. The windows to the balcony are dirty. Everything is washed with one cloth. The room stock is old. I had to contact customer service. Today we will see if they will be removed or not. When they moved in, the bar was empty. I had to go figure it out again.A day later, everything was brought (2 Cokes, 2 sprites, 2 iced teas, mineral water and plain water.) Now about the food. In principle, the main dishes do not change. You won't stay hungry. For small children, there is mashed potatoes in jars. Of course, the nutrition before the pandemic and now is different. It is more meager. There are not so many sweets. When I was in Paraiso, there were crayfish, geese on a spit, tuna and something new every day. It is already the 6th day of my stay. There was pilaf with chicken 2 times. Sushi. There were very tasty cherries. Now about the beach. There are not enough sun beds. I have to walk and borrow. The sea is great. The water is warm in the pool, but I feel good. Not icy like in other hotels. I really liked the balconies in the rooms. They're big. It's really cool to sit and look at the view from the balcony. Thank you very much. Instead of one room for five, they gave 2 triple rooms. Nearby. I would have gone back to the hotel. I don't know yet. Time will show. She probably chose Paraiso. By the way, there is a bazaar next to the hotel, where you can buy everything and not carry it with you. For example, a men's T-shirt is 10 dollars. Cheaper than in Moscow.
