We visited this hotel in the second half of June 2024. The hotel is simply gorgeous! Everything in it is at its height - the food (meat, chicken, fish, red) is at its height, the service is also, the beach is its own.
The room was for two with a sea view. The room is clean, cleaned daily, the mini bar is replenished (cola, sprite, mineral water, just water, local lemonades).
According to nutrition, there is absolutely everything in all types of cooking- fried, steamed, boiled, and grilled. Everything is insanely delicious. You will not stay hungry there at any time of the day! The waiters are like bees - they immediately clear the tables as soon as the customers get up and leave. If you have ever taken wine or beer, they will remember you and what you drink - and they will bring it to you every time! Well done guys!
On alcohol, everything is very cool! Good expensive alcohol, both imported and local. Delicious cocktails are being prepared!
There are various ice creams in unlimited quantities! It's very tasty!
Once a week of rest, you can visit the a la carte restaurant for free (we chose the fish one). They are different - Turkish, Mexican, Italian.. and some more.
The territory of the hotel is very large, green and well maintained. Its own large beach with a pier and a pantone. The sea is crystal clear. Early in the morning there are quite a lot of fish (of course there are biting ones, But they only bite when you stand in one place). These fish are clearly visible from the pier. There were always enough sun beds, all of them under canopies. There is also a bar on the beach where you can get something to drink and eat. The beach itself is sandy (very clean, shallow. In the evenings and at night, the sand is cleaned and loosened). Entering the sea- small pebbles. Then sand again. A very cool evening program for both children and adults.
There are guards everywhere and always, so you don't have to worry about safety. The entire staff is extremely polite and friendly, always ready to help with any problem.
There is a hammam in the spa area, and a sauna is free of charge. But if additional services- massage, peeling, etc. - are for a fee. In general, both the bathhouse and the hammam are more than enough. From there you can go out and take a dip in the indoor pool. There are a lot of pools on the territory and they are all clean and comfortable. There is a water park for both children and adults. There are queues, of course, for the highest slides. But nevertheless, everything is moving fast.
I think I've told you everything briefly. Next year we want to visit this hotel again! I recommend it to everyone, especially to married couples (the hotel is family-run, there are no bomb parties). Everything is on top! Arriving there, you will definitely not regret it!

We had a rest from July 5th to July 15th. We arrived at about 11, they said they would check in soon, as a result, they checked in after two. This did not upset us, at that time we managed to swim in the sea and go to the water park. There is enough food, everything is quite tasty. I especially liked the mini cafe with cakes and pies. But the ice cream was higher than the cakes, there were 12 (or more) types per day. Every day, all the species did not change, but a couple of species changed for sure. The rooms are good, our room had a view of the neighboring hotels. The air conditioner worked well. The Internet is great. The staff is polite, those who do not know how to speak Russian try to understand and help as much as they can. The room is cleaned every day. The territory is large, we were so surprised when we saw it! The beach is large, there are clutches of turtle eggs. The sea was cool for a few days, the rest of the days are super! Great for a big family vacation!

We lived in a dusty room for 7 days, changed towels 3 times and put shampoo on 2a times. Only the staff who pour coffee and tea in the pastry shop are saved. There is enough food, it is difficult to find a place to sit, even though the staff is trying. Sooo big hotel. There are a lot of people! At the same time, there was enough space for everyone. The staff complies with sanitary standards. We rested from 08.06-06/15/2024. If you can call it a vacation . I'll start with the numbers. I didn't even think that at 5 * I could not get basic conditions , such as room cleaning and clean towels for all paid room guests) I had to fight twice to be cleaned again . The on-site bars and tables nearby are also chronically dirty and it is high time to update . The lobby is also stained with chairs . The kitchen is very average , nothing new has been found for all the days , nothing has changed . Few of the staff speak Russian. For the same funds, there are much better hotels with the same concept. It could be attributed to the fact that a very large hotel and they say they don 't have time , but not for my money ! I do not recommend the hotel. I am attaching a photo.

We haven't seen any animators in 3 days, maybe it's us. The beach is good, it's a pity that the pier was washed away and it wasn't repaired. If the feast had been good initially, it would have weathered the storm like the others.
There is a difficulty in getting into a la carte restaurant, it is impossible to sign up, they always ask you to come the next day.
When we took the tour, the windows were in the courtyard, but as a bonus, we were settled with a view of the sea.
Alcohol is not the best here, but it's understandable why. The hotel does not declare itself with fine cuisine and imported alcohol.

After reading the laudatory reviews, we decided to choose this hotel. And they were very, very sorry. We rested in this terrible family place from 4-8, ran away from the hotel earlier. We were supposed to leave, but our nerves couldn't stand it.The first thing that catches your eye is the lack of a green area. There is one street and that is on the territory of the hotel. The hotel itself is very big and packed with people, it feels like you are on a marine liner. The hotel staff does not have time to get rid of the word at all. The air conditioner in the room broke down and we couldn't reach the service for two days. It was 28 outside for a minute at night. We were suffocating with a child for two nights. We didn't get any help. And I want to describe separately the horror that we experienced throughout the day when we went to eat at a restaurant. The first thing that catches your eye is the sea of people who are standing in line, jostling. Lack of clean plates, empty tables where you can eat. If you have collected food and are looking for a free and clean table, then it is not in this hotel. We ate with the child a couple of times on the curb, as the child could no longer wait. To sum up, if you are lucky and you like to take risks, then you are here. This is the first time we have seen such a mess in Turkey. We rested in many places, but we did not see this. This hotel doesn't even deserve one star

I haven't been to Turkey for a long time and was pleasantly surprised. The service is at the highest level. A truck of decorations is brought for the show every day. Despite the fact that the hotel has under 3000 guests, there are enough sun beds for everyone, places in a huge number of food outlets. You can eat and drink around the clock, and delicious.
However, I do not recommend a la carte restaurants with Chinese cuisine and fish. Long and nothing special.

The hotel is designed for Arabs and all the staff is circling around them. For example, a glass with a drink was thrown out by the pool to make room for an Arab family. The food is monotonous. There are a lot of different cafes, but the food there is the same. Strong alcohol is available only in a few bars, the rest only have beer and juice. The beach is a separate disappointment. Declared sand with Pebbles. In fact, one Pebble. The sand is only where the sunbeds are, but they are far from the sea. There is an anthill in the sea of the same Arabs who do not allow you to enter the water. The entrance to the water is pebbly. There is a constant problem with boarding in the restaurant, there are no seats. The staff does their best to clean up dirty tables, but because of the huge number of people, there are still not enough tables, although there are a lot of them. There is nowhere to walk on the territory of the hotel, as the entire territory of the hotel is filled with meaningless buildings. There is a mini club, but there are no toys in it. The rooms are beautiful, good - there are no questions here! In general, I do not recommend going to this hotel. We stay at the hotel from 21.09 for 11 days, we regret that we chose it..
