I am currently staying at this hotel from July 1 to July 15, 2021.We were supposed to be in Crystal Paraiso Verde, but it was still closed, so we chose from four proposed hotels of the Crystal Waterwold chain. Comparing the hotels of Paraiso (was in 2018) and Waterwold. Paraiso is better, although the second line. By the way, the Paraiso was repainted, now it is colored, white with colorful balconies. of Russians. There are two people at the reception. They don't have time. They serve Turks first of all. Which is very unpleasant. We checked in at 14 o'clock. Not before. A hotel for 4,000 thousand people. The room cleaning is terrible. Black hair everywhere. They don't wash the toilet. The mirrors are stained. The windows to the balcony are dirty. Everything is washed with one cloth. The room stock is old. I had to contact customer service. Today we will see if they will be removed or not. When they moved in, the bar was empty. I had to go figure it out again.A day later, everything was brought (2 Cokes, 2 sprites, 2 iced teas, mineral water and plain water.) Now about the food. In principle, the main dishes do not change. You won't stay hungry. For small children, there is mashed potatoes in jars. Of course, the nutrition before the pandemic and now is different. It is more meager. There are not so many sweets. When I was in Paraiso, there were crayfish, geese on a spit, tuna and something new every day. It is already the 6th day of my stay. There was pilaf with chicken 2 times. Sushi. Just chicken carcasses. The diet is more meager, but you will not stay hungry. There is always something to eat. One is closing. The other is being opened. There are a lot of fruits. There were very tasty cherries. Now about the beach. There are not enough sun beds. I have to walk and borrow. The sea is great. The water is warm in the pool, but I feel good. Not icy like in other hotels. I really liked the balconies in the rooms. They're big. It's really cool to sit and look at the view from the balcony. Thank you very much. Instead of one room for five, they gave 2 triple rooms. Nearby. I would have gone back to the hotel. I don't know yet. Time will show. She probably chose Paraiso. By the way, there is a bazaar next to the hotel, where you can buy everything and not carry it with you. For example, a men's T-shirt is 10 dollars. Cheaper than in Moscow.

5. There are many guests from Iran and Turkey, the interests of other guests are ignored
6. WiFi normally catches only in the lobby and coffee shop. The connection is bad in the room or on the beach.

G. Belek. Great hotel. For both family and leisure activities. We arrived at night, we were not very welcomed at the reception. Things were lifted. The room was well occupied. Clean, cozy, and most importantly a balcony with a sea view. We flew at the end of May 2019, there were not many people yet. The food was very tasty. A bunch of bars with different opening hours. The water park is a bomb. Children's slides and many more activities for children. The sea is 200 meters away from the hotel. The beach is sandy with pebbles. There is sand in the sea. The staff is friendly, many speak Russian. The animators entertained us wonderfully. The hotel corresponds to its 5-star rating. I recommend it!!!

We have been waiting for holidays and the discovery of Turkey for a very long time, there were constantly rebooked and onulated tours.And so it happened that Turkey was discovered, the travel agent advised Cristal Waterworld as one of the most popular hotels.....We have never been to such a hotel! I really love Turkey, but after this vacation, the impression has changed radically.The food is disgusting, there is nothing to eat, there is nothing to feed the children, the staff can not cope, it is unclear who is working, dishes and fragments are constantly flying when you are sitting at the table.I just went into a restaurant once and I feel a sharp pain in my heel, as it turned out, I stepped on a splinter, pierced my leg.The second time we were sitting at the table, the waiter was standing behind me, cleaning the next table, and putting dirty dishes on the transfer table, everything falls on it and the dishes break, and the fragments fly at me, I get into my jacket from behind and, sorry for the details, fall into my underpants...it's good that I felt that the fragment flew off into me while I was looking for it, he stood stupidly and waited to see if I would find something, the children were sitting next to me, it didn't fly off well into them, and even worse into the plate...and so it is with them every day, the third time the dishes also broke nearby and the shard flew already in the foot.Due to the pandemic, the concept of the hotel has changed and the food is put by the workers, and it's just terrible, there are always queues, the food is put in an ugly way, as if pigs are piled up to just get away from them, everyone is unhappy.You come up for tea, you constantly have to beg for sugar, can't you put it separately so that people don't beg for it, especially since it's packed, they throw one bag like a dog and let the next one go.It's the same with cleaning, they don't really clean up, they come to change towels, take 5 and put 3, despite the fact that the guide warned us that if something is missing, we will have to pay for it later.All 11 days we went begging for the missing towels.They specially took a rug under their feet to the bathroom, as a result, they took it away, and no one found it.The animation for children is so-so, we were in other hotels, we were constantly engaged with children, we played, and everything was free!A package with new things was also sent from the room.And no one cares!Think a hundred times before going to this hotel.And it's a very long way to get there, although we were told that it was close to the airport, it turned out to be the last one in the area.The area is very poor.Even the employees themselves say that the hotel is bad!!!!people who trade in the market also say that this network is so-so.

We stayed at this hotel with a family of three in August 2020. At first there were few people, they were settled before 12:00. The room was clean, the window overlooked the water park. The room was cleaned every day, if you do not hang a "do not disturb" sign (someone is stealing), towels are changed every two days, bed linen has not been changed in 14 days. The hotel is very beautiful. Breakfast started at 7:00 and ended at 10:00, but tourists sat until 11:00. Lunch at 12:30 to 14:30, dinner at 18:15 - 21:30. I heard that tourists complained that they had nothing to eat. Our family had plenty of food! It seems to me that it did not end here at all: there is a bar on the beach with burgers, pizza, fruits, drinks, ice cream; tortillas were baked near this bar from 11:00 to 17:00. Ice cream was served at the hotel from 11:00 to 20:00; next to the ice cream until 20:00 you could take cakes, tea, coffee, beer; near the large water park from 12 to 18:00 another bar with pizza, shawarma, salads, French fries, nuggets was open. Some bars were closing, others were opening. The hotel has two water parks: one large with cooler slides (a child of 11 years old spent the whole day in it), the second, near the new building with smaller slides. I liked the second one more, there were no queues (by the way, there was also a bar with drinks near it, you could also take beach towels there). There were pools and slides for kids near both water parks. There were plenty of sunbeds on the beach for everyone. Beach towels were provided at the spa. The sea is just great! The entrance to the sea is gradual, you can enter from the pier. I can only mention one disadvantage - a small beach line. There was some kind of children's animation. There was no adult animation. There was live music every evening, and a disco from 23:00. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel!

Everything is dirty, the beach is disgusting, a pile of garbage, the paths are not cleaned from the sand, only the central one is washed, the food for breakfast lunch and dinner is all the same, there is no meat, one turkey, the choice in the neighboring hotels is much better for that kind of money. The bed linen has never been changed in the room for a week, not to mention cleaning, the bar is replenished every other day, but the garbage is not removed from the room, they do not look at the sign about cleaning the room, we have been hanging for 2 days and have not been cleaned. The hotel is beautifully made, expensive, interesting, but everything is running at 5 stars, it does not pull. The staff at the bar ignores Russians if they see a foreigner or their locals. The drinks are all low-quality and diluted. When asked to change the hotel, the guide said that the money was not refunded, buy a new one again, and this is a glorified intourist. The hotel is not worth the money and reviews of paid fleas. For holidays with children, I do not recommend it, since the slides work at their discretion, they wanted to turn on or not turn on the animators, they do not try to entertain people, the hotel is for those who like to drink diluted and low-quality alcohol and not see anything.

... there was a chance we wouldn't get out of the elevator....the cabin has such an impossibly lovely sweet floor that my feet are stuck.... we didn't break away....
...By the weekend, Nnnn-the number of indigenous bearded aborigines gathered...to see how "Natasha" is without them...and they occupied all the tables in the restaurant...
..but there were also pleasant things...

A good hotel. The room had a sea view, but since the hotel is perpendicular to the sea, the view was at an angle. The sea is close. There were a lot of people, but it was still quiet, there were enough places for everyone, both on the beach and in the buffet. The room is clean. They cleaned every day, and the mini-bar was updated every other day. The child was having fun, happy. A good hotel for family holidays.

Great hotel. This hotel has a large network of cities in Turkey, this one is considered one of the smallest. Suitable for all adults and children of different ages. 2 small disadvantages: it takes quite a long time to get to the beach, especially if it's hot, and the second one is that our room was cleaned almost 3-4 days later.

If the purpose of your vacation is to sunbathe near the pool (sea) and an abundance of free alcoholic beverages, then this is an excellent hotel. But if the above is far from the main thing for you, then you should not even consider this place to relax. There are many disadvantages: 1. The greed of the hotel owners leads to a shortage of rooms on site for all visitors and they are placed in buildings outside the territory (across the street), which is not at all convenient in terms of access to the hotel infrastructure. 2. In the room in the toilet room, there is a very unpleasant smell of dampness, which increases at night. The toilet brush is broken. The vacationers from the next room asked for a kettle (they have a broken one). 3. Room cleaning does not include cleaning the floor (or wiping only in the middle), there is still last year's dirt on the balcony. You can't walk barefoot in the room. 4. Petty theft from the room. 7 dollars and 50 lira were forgotten on the table, they were absent from the room for a couple of hours, 3 dollars and 20 lira were stolen, while the room was not cleaned and the refrigerator was not replenished. It's a small thing, but it's not very pleasant. Usually all valuables were put in a safe. 5. The food is monotonous and without frills. It is necessary to come to the opening, otherwise you will have to look for a free table. 6. The staff comes across as very brusque and boorish. Then they will enter the room without asking permission, then the plate will be removed from under the nose without asking. The rest of the hotel staff behave distantly (they smile politely and do not understand). The behavior of the locals changes dramatically outside the hotel, they will tell and understand everything there without a word (even if you don't ask). 7. The pools have cold water, even in the children's pool. The child, after 15 minutes of bathing in the heat, runs all frozen. The indoor pool is poorly cleaned (garbage, dirty windows). 8. Children's animation sucks (I can't find any other words). There is practically none.
I was vacationing in Turkey for the first time. I will definitely go again, I liked the country, but definitely not to this hotel.
