I really liked this hotel. friendly staff, great view. the only thing that can confuse, but not everyone, is the minimum amount of entertainment, especially for children. the entrance is pleasant. first the sand, then the pebbles, you can jump off the pier. if you bring or buy your own ball, you can safely spend the whole day playing with different people. the impression is exceptionally good. the cuisine is delicious and varied. convenient location of everything. everything is within walking distance. the bar is open for a long time. You can find places with delicious cocktails. The rooms are clean. The mini bar is free, it must be updated every day. the gym is good, but not very equipped for the female sex. 3-4 exercise machines for legs, everything else cardio and upper body. smith with mounts as high as possible.

It was our first time with a child! We really liked the hotel, everyone is polite, the staff is excellent, everything is beautifully done, the designers respect, you feel comfortable, despite the fact that there are mostly few Russian speakers, but at the same time everyone understands each other. In the evening, I was impressed by the variety of events, especially the decorations! We lived in room 5111, excellent floor, the maid was nice, always cleaned, even the sign was not hung, everything was always clean and the tents were changed, every day! In short, we really liked it, by the way, the food was also varied every day, we went from 06/12/24 to 06/21/24. And we were very impressed with this hotel!! We had a rest together from September 20 to September 25, 2024. The food is delicious, the food is fresh. Several types of meat, fish every day. Alcohol is of high quality. Every day there is a children's program in the evening and an adult program after. The staff is polite, not everyone speaks Russian. There were no queues in the dining room. The territory is large. The standard room has 2 beds, a single and a double. The air conditioner worked well. We arrived early in the morning, we had to wait for check-in until 14 o'clock. We just changed our clothes in the toilet and went to the sea and continued to explore the sights.
The minibar was replenished every day. There are always free sun beds near the pool. By the sea, you can find a free sunbed only early in the morning. The entrance to the sea is good, pebbles and sand. There were practically no waves. The water is clean. We liked it.

I must say right away that the hotel is wonderful in its price category. A budget 5k, but very decent. The choice was between 4* in Alanya and this 5* in Belek. I am very glad that this hotel was chosen. At 4* for the same money, there was paid ice cream and paid Wi-Fi, and the absence of a water park.
So, the location is great. Only 40 minutes from the airport. Check-in is true at 14.00, not earlier. But you can eat immediately upon arrival.
The rooms are quite spacious. There are several buildings on the territory. In general, the territory is huge, there are also a lot of people. You have to be prepared for the crowds in the restaurant and the search for empty seats.
The food is quite tasty and varied. Several restaurants and bars. There is a preliminary registration in Ala maps. I didn't go because I was alone with the children. There is a separate mojito bar: classic mojito, with strawberries, with passion fruit, etc. Ice cream is really free all day, many different flavors. There are also a lot of cakes in the Pastry Shop. The food was good, there was salmon and tuna. There are a lot of cakes at dinner and a lot of fruits of various kinds.
There are shops on site, a children's club, children's slot machines, cinemas, a spa, a gym. You don't have to leave the territory at all, and there's nothing to do there. There are only pharmacies and shops with clothes and souvenirs.
In the evenings, the animation is for children and adults, and there is a separate stage with a DJ for dancing for adults.
The sea is gorgeous, the beach is sand, there are small pebbles at the entrance. It is quite normal to enter without shoes. Sun beds are always available. There are many Europeans and Turks in the hotel. And they smoke a lot, it's easy on every corner. Well, in general, the hotel is family-run. Lots of kids.
We drove without requests, knowing perfectly well the cost for which we were going. The hotel justifies its price and its stars. I definitely recommend it!
On his birthday, a cake, a plate of fruit, a box of razat luhuma and a bottle of wine were brought to the room.
The minibar is free and refillable. There is always water and soda. The water park has cool slides, but the water is cool in the pools.
The waiters are doing great, they are trying very hard. The cleaning was average, but we were quite satisfied. Thank you for a good rest.

A Great Hotel! It looks very new, with good service, beautiful numerous lobby halls with chandeliers, stucco and comfortable armchairs, delicious welcome drinks, 2 huge swimming pools, an excellent adult water park, many food outlets (restaurant, 2 beach bars, separate bathroom.a line in the aquarark area with snacks), azure sea and clean sandy beach !!
Further nuances of rest in May:
1. The most important disadvantage for me is smoking everywhere: at breakfast on the terrace, on the beach on a nearby chaise longue, on the seats during the program, on the playground. The hotel favors this, ashtrays are everywhere!! In this family-run hotel, you need to allocate non-smoking areas!!
2. In May, the pools are very cold, 22-24 gr. Especially in the children's water park up to 5 years old. What's the problem for such a big hotel to warm it up at least? In the sea, the water was warmer than the pools on May 9th.
3. There is an indoor pool, but the water is 25 grams maximum. The situation would be saved by a hammam, and it has a direct door from the indoor pool area, but it is closed and you need to run around the street 100 meters. Take pity on the guests, open direct access to the hammam and sauna))
4. Water park: the coolest adult slides from 10-12 years old. If the water hadn't been icy, we would have skated. Teenagers skated, but many with blue lips, because you still need to climb the stairs wet, you freeze in May.
There is a mini water park for children up to 5 years old, micro-hills, but the water is icy, it is in the shade, and no one warms the water, although the depth there is 30 cm.
A huge disadvantage is that there are no slides for children 6-12 years old. I walked through the hotels on the left and on the right, there were excellent slides separately for 6-12 years old. For some reason, this did not turn out to be in our family hotel-water park.
5. Beach: nice, sandy, entrance to the water is pebbles, corals will not hurt. Due to the elongation of the hotel in length, the beach is small, you will not notice this in May, but in the season you will not be able to lie on a sunbed and see the sea. The pier is a separate sadness, it looks so shabby in comparison with the piers on the right and left, where there are bungalows, sun beds and bars, but even that was disassembled 2 times in a week and never assembled. Only the view spoiled it.
A huge disadvantage: there is no towel collection point on the beach, only in the spa area, which is located before the breakfast line, it is very inconvenient to return. But the most incredible thing is the norm of 1 towel per day!!!I haven't seen anything like it yet. This is absurd, and it needs to be changed urgently. I even thought it was the idea of 1 employee, but no, it was all repeated.
6. Territory: large, modern, bars are stylishly decorated, loft furniture. Who needs a garden and trees, there are practically none here ((The territory is tiled (very clean). There is no lawn or hammocks either. For a walk, one path along the hotel leads to the beach and the second in the building. There is not much place to walk, outside the territory, including the office of the mini-bazaar. You can get to Land of Legends, I highly recommend the show at 21.30-22.pm! The theme park -water park itself is open until 17.00. L of L is a great place for walking, lots of shops, beautiful territory, free, because it is a boutique gallery.
7. The program of the hotel: I really praise the evening program, it was rich, themed parties with a correspondingdesign (caught Hawaii, Barbie and the 80s), shows, guest artists. A mini show for children. Everything is great!
The children's club is located in the farthest corner of the hotel (from the sea), it will definitely not work to hand over the child and go to the sea, it will take 20 minutes to return there. You will have to sit near the children's pool. Another point: the composition of the guests is very international, while the girls in the club do not speak English, only Turkish.
8. Food: There is a lot of food, but it is very simple. There are no marine delights, there were no barbecue parties.Cheeses, greens, boiled meat of all varieties are in abundance. Trays of divine baklava+++! There are not enough steps to the beach bars for children, the bartenders do not see them. In others .There are hotels.
9. Rooms: nice, modern, white linen, cleaning is so-so, often sand remained on the floor, towels were changed 1 time in 8 nights. But they made swans, thank you))

Luxurious lobbies, a huge territory, which is all built up with buildings, an aqua park, swimming pools and various terraces, verandas and other locations for tourists. There is no park, the hotel is stretched very much from the mainland by a narrow strip to the sea. The landscaping is spot-on: along the main alley and in places where it was possible to plant something. Of course, other hotels are very densely located nearby. The backyard of the hotel overlooks a large local bazaar. There, as usual, the perfume "boss" can be traded for 10usd. Accommodation: they were hospitably accepted to the hotels, everything was ready, check-in was very prompt. Room: spacious family room, two rooms with a train, many Windows. There is a large terrace in the room, a decent bathroom. All this is really spacious by the Turkish standards of such hotels. Room cleaning and towel change are not performed at all until you go to the reception and register the stars to the staff. Beach: it's decent to cut to the beach, you have to go through the entire infrastructure of the hotel, bonus: you can go inside under the condors, it's not hot. The beach itself is sandy and pebbly, equipped with densely packed and eternally occupied by invisible sun beds. The invisibles have been throwing towels and other things everywhere, probably since 7 a.m., piling up these fucking sunbeds behind them. Then no one comes, but you, having come as a normal person, after breakfast at the sea, can no longer physically use the entire infrastructure of the beach without the risk of scandal. Well, to hell with the sunbeds! Let's go and put towels right by the sea. There is always a place. The entrance to the sea is quite gentle and comfortable despite the pebbles, there is a pier and an entrance to the sea for people with limited opportunities. Spa: the hotel has a free area, it has a hammam and sauna, a couple more saunas are not working, plus a steam room. The indoor pool is quite large and pleasant. The hammam and sauna are ordinary, without enthusiasm. The locker rooms are disgusting, half of them don't work. Towels are not provided at the spa, because there are not enough of them for everyone. It all depends on the time of your visit, get up earlier. Activity in the hotel: animation is not intrusive, during the day it is very weak than usual in large Turkish hotels. For me, that's a plus. There were not bad shows in the evening, there was also live music sometimes. Food: 70% of the food is slag, but the remaining 30% is very high quality. There is always a good main course in the form of fish and/or meat, excellent greens, good vegetables. Wine is served in bottles-bullshit, hard drinks at the bar are normal, there are international ones. Now the cons: the hotel is very huge and noisy, there is continuous overbooking everywhere, wherever you come. If you are a little late, then there are no plates, then there is no place to sit, then cutlery. It's endless. People can come to dinner in their underpants. This is normal. The waiter will serve you wine in faceted glasses and tell you that the glasses are out. The tables for dinner, however, as always, are cleaned with disposable bib napkins, on which cutlery is simply laid out, if you are lucky. There are very few places on the veranda, there is always a cue ball. It is difficult to find a place there. Do not try to hand over a beach towel without getting a new one in return! Otherwise, they will give you back your card and tell you that there are no more towels, come to your room. By number: it stinks of sewage in the bathroom, even to tears in the eyes. The universal Turkish word tumorou is always found on requests to fix it. He constantly spilled water into the ladder and sink. It helped badly, because when the neighbors drained the water from above, the hydraulic seal was broken. Apparently, this is how the local sewerage works and the hotel staff, of course, knows all this.

We had a rest with a child (3 years old) from the 15th to the 22nd of September.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2024. We liked it - the hotel is huge, there are a lot of people (it didn't bother us). Sometimes I had to look for a place in a restaurant for dinner. Food for different tastes (someone wrote that there is no variety-not true!) There are several types of meat, fish, there is a diet table, a children's kitchen, a lot of fruits, vegetables, ice cream. The animation is great, professional bands performed. Rooms are poorly cleaned-this is a fact! The beach and sun beds are also dirty. I took off the star for cleaning and the beach. I definitely recommend it, especially with children!

The territory is elongated: a water park and a mini club are diametrically opposed to the sea. There are no complaints about food - it is everywhere and for every taste. But there are a lot of people during rush hours, there is nowhere to sit, it is noisy. At dinner, I had to go to the tables in the snack bar - it was the only place where it was comfortable to have dinner. The staff tries hard, but with such a density of vacationers, it is not possible to keep track of everything. I managed to get into the fish a la carte. There were many appetizers: squid, shrimp, sea tongue, fish soup, a main course to choose from (we took salmon steak) and dessert. I really liked it, we advise you to sign up right away. At sea, the sun beds were occupied in the morning, since after breakfast it was no longer possible to find a free one. There are no such problems at the pool. The animators are very passive, we entertained ourselves by playing volleyball on the beach. The evening animation for children is quite good, but adults are lucky: sometimes there were cool shows with invited artists, and sometimes electronic music just thundered, decorations were set up for this event and a DJ was invited. We also met musicians and performers of live music in the pastry shop and on the terrace. In the evenings, there is a very strong smell of sewage throughout Bogazkent, we slept with the window closed. The room itself was not killed, we were lucky and cleaned it every day. But I was upset that there were no toothbrushes and paste, the soap in the dispenser did not go at all. Instead of blankets, there is a waffle blanket. In general, there are disadvantages, but this did not overshadow our rest. I advise families with children. There is everything for them: slides, almost round-the-clock ice cream, staff attention. If you want even more slides, there is a land of legend nearby, we drove for half an hour by minibus, paid $ 1.

I am writing a review directly from the hotel, because there are a lot of disadvantages. I'll start with the pros:
spacious family rooms, a two-room five-bed room for four, a good diverse water park for children over 12 years old. That's where the advantages end.
Minuses:
Upon arrival at the reception, you immediately get the impression that the hotel is dirty, the tables at the reception are not wiped, then you see dirt everywhere: sticky tiles all over the hotel because they do not wash it, bluewater everywhere, the rooms are cleaned to get rid of, dust is not wiped at all, the restaurant is a separate trouble, there are no clean dishes tables and floors are shitty, even high chairs, it looks more like a station canteen, dirty sun beds are not swept. The beach is very shabby compared to the neighboring hotels.
They feed for 3, the same thing every day, there is no seafood, the restaurant is stretched out, it is very inconvenient to go for food.
There is no original alcohol!! Only for money. There are no natural juices, in general, one swill. Juices are constantly running out and ordinary water is pouring out. In a restaurant, coffee is not delicious, only if you go far to a coffee shop and take coffee there, you will not drink delicious coffee at breakfast.
There is nothing to do in the a la carte restaurant, we sat for 2 hours before we were properly fed, they try to cheat everywhere, they don't give us the menu, they brainwash us not to cook delicious dishes, immediately ask for the menu and choose for yourself. They only bring delicious food themselves. There is no pasta in the Italian restaurant, and the lasagna is hard and not tasty. We wanted to enjoy it there, but we came out in shock and angry.

We stayed at this hotel from 15.09 to 28.09.2024. The impressions about the hotel are average. It took a long time to choose which hotel to go to for the first time in Turkey in the all-inclusive system, because two little daughters - and the all-inclusive system solved problems with both food and entertainment. We were looking for a hotel in the first line, with animation for children, an aqua park - well, on a moderate budget.
In general, the feeling of the trip is positive, we liked the hotel - we read reviews when choosing a hotel and were ready for certain nuances - I hope my review will also be useful for those who choose it. I probably wouldn't have returned a second time - but this is more likely caused not by the hotel, but by the resort itself.
So about the hotel - large, elongated (although it feels like most of the neighboring hotels are about the same - maybe a little less elongated - but not much different). The territory is quite green, although of course it is not a straight garden. Large swimming pools, a good water park - including a children's one. I will immediately note that I will describe the main part of the hotel - but there are still a couple of buildings across the street, with their own water park - we have not been there. In my opinion, that's where the family 2-room rooms are located. The hotel was built in 2013 - which, in principle, is slightly felt by the condition of the room and some small things on the territory - but very clean
I would like to mention good free Wi-Fi throughout the territory - and even a little bit at sea)

According to the weather, we were very lucky - it was up to 34-35 in the afternoon. The sea was 30 degrees - we really liked it. By the end of the vacation (the last couple of days), waves began to appear - not only in the evening, but also in the morning. By the evening in recent days, they were getting right big - you don't really buy with small children - but maybe it's seasonal. With children over 5, you can swim at all at any time - you just have to catch them with the waves)))

We had a standard room in the building next to the water park - it was the most remote building from the sea. We liked the logic of the room very much - first there is one space with 2 beds for children (ordinary single beds) - a TV, a bedside table, a place for a suitcase and a refrigerator; then there is a bathroom and a large wardrobe - and behind the door is the second part of the room with a large bed, another refrigerator, a TV, a table and a balcony. The balcony is large, 2 armchairs, a table, a heated towel rail.
There are 2 air conditioners in each half-room. They worked well - but we must keep in mind that if the door to the balcony is not closed at least a little, they will not turn on - in the first couple of days they did not immediately realize this and thought that the air conditioners were broken. Then they got used to it - but we must keep in mind that after each exit to the balcony they must be turned on again.
The beds turned out to be very uncomfortable for us - the mattresses are very hard, literally everything hurt after them, and with a cumulative effect. You can also say no to blankets - it's more like big waffle towels or something...In general, I can't say anything good about the beds - I didn't like them.
There is also a lack of a trash bucket - especially with young children. There is one bucket in the bathroom in the room, very small - which is not very convenient in the presence of garbage from small children.
Room service
Here's a real minus....It's not critical for us to have new towels every day - but for 10 days, 3 days, our room simply wasn't cleaned. Even if we went to the reception and asked to clean the room. And despite the fact that there is only one trash can, it is very unpleasant
Our minibar was not replenished during the entire vacation - the refrigerator (one of 2) was replenished only 1 time. The second one has never been replenished. It is clear that you can always find a drink on the territory - but sometimes in the evening you wanted the same cola - and the main part of the bars closes at 6 pm.
The story also turned out to be not very clear - he left tips on the pillow - and left coins on one of the refrigerators - in order to throw them out into the sea and into the Tip BOX of the bars he liked on the last day. The day before departure, they all disappeared - apparently someone decided that this was also a tip .... the amount was ridiculous - a total of 50 lira - but nevertheless the sediment is very so-so. Again, I had to change the bills for coins on purpose once again (it was good that there were bills left). In general, I highly recommend not storing any amount of money anywhere other than a safe - well, or in open form - apparently the cleaners consider this their legitimate prey.
Beach
The beach is not bad in general. It must be understood for sure that the sand there is clearly imported and is located in the area of sun beds and in front of the entrance to the sea. The entrance to the sea itself is small pebbles in the surf line, medium during descent and large ones further down at depth.
Sometimes it was painful for small children to enter - they had to carry them in their arms. It's definitely better to carry it on your hands - your feet get stuck in pebbles - and the waves are strong for children - so you carry + X kilograms on small pebbles yourself - it's not very easy)
It also becomes very deep very abruptly - literally in one step the depth becomes from the knees of an adult almost to the chest. One more step - and it's already up to the shoulders of an adult man. Therefore, everyone with children is forced to fit on one narrow strip with a width of literally 3-4 steps - crowding, especially in the morning, is very big. Sometimes you run right into each other - especially considering that not all adults swim in the distance..... There are fewer people in the evening.
The beach is well provided - there are a couple of blocks at the main entrance where you can wash your feet at the exit, there are 5 separate showers and a changing room (although they are not very clearly located). There is a beach bar - and from 11 to 17 there is a snack bar by the beach. There is also a Snack bar near the beach (just on the side of the showers) - you can also get drinks and snacks for beer there. True, the beach bar has sooooo dumb bartenders - there are three of them, but in terms of efficiency, it's like there's one brake. They can pour the wrong thing, there is no separation of who serves whom (and there is an approach both from the beach and from the terrace). In general, they are stupid, slow down and confused - be prepared for this.
There are enough sun beds - we really didn't have time to go to the beach at 9 a.m. in the first rows - but at 6-7 in the morning you sit down without problems. In the evening, everything is more relaxed - in general, we did not see any problems here.
Food
Meals in general for 4 + or 5 -
There are some bars, snack bars, canteens along the entire hotel - it's difficult to stay hungry.
It should be borne in mind that there are a lot of people for breakfast and dinner - be ready for this.
The food is not bad - Ice cream, Local sweet on the buffet, Good cheeses and pastries, French fries)). Meat is somehow sadder - sausages are not about anything at all, the kebabs were decent only for one day, the rest of the time there are cutlets - but they are so-so.
Good burgers and shawarma. For breakfast, I really liked honey in honeycombs and butter whipped to it - there is a solid score. Very tasty baklava - but European-type cakes and pies, despite their appearance, are just stupidly tasteless (sweet and all for the same taste, despite the type of different format and color)
In bars they pour sodas, juices (but very chemical), milkshakes (also chemical). I've tried alcohol a couple of times - they seem to interfere with local producers. Not bad - but nothing special. And for how much they spill past when mixing - whoooooo....It's really painful to watch.
Very good ice cream - there is a point in the center of the hotel - open from 11 to 23
There is also ice cream at dinner and at the restaurant by the beach. they apply as much as you want and as much as you want.
Water park and swimming pools
The water park is very good - it works from 14 to 16.45 and in my opinion in the morning - but we were always at sea at that time.
There are slides where you have to ride on inflatable circles - there is almost always a queue behind them - but you can wait and still get a circle. Cool Cobra slide - but there's always a queue.
There are slides where you go down without circles - there are almost no queues there.
You won't roll too much - but rather because they are high - about 4 floors - and you can only walk) So if you roll down 6-7 times, you won't want to anymore)
Good children's slides - there are always a lot of children actively riding. The only negative is that it is noticeably colder) I don't know why - but because there are also different jets everywhere, it's just cool to be there.
We swam in the large pools a couple of times - mostly at sea and on slides. Good pools, clean, do not smell strongly of bleach. The depth is 1.4 meters
Outside the hotel
There is a small town nearby, not exactly a town, but a bazaar or something. There are several ATMs, an exchange office, good pharmacies, shops with all kinds of clothes, souvenirs and sweets. In general, buying souvenirs home is quite enough. All prices are indicated in dollars and euros - but they are also converted into lira in principle.
Total
The hotel is worth the money. If you do not expect megapathos from him, then you will have a great rest. There are some disadvantages, but they were not critical for us as a whole.

the food is normal, there is a lot of it, it is delicious, but not super diverse (we had fun: tuna, lamb,sushi, beef).
there are a lot of bars with different drinks on the territory, as well as a beach bar and a bar in the water park, which always have food / drinks and a coffee shop near the lobby, where there is an unrealistic amount of sweets / ice cream / desserts/ sandwiches
the rooms are a little tired, the cleaning was very good if you leave a certain amount of lira (the towel was always changed, even without lira)
the staff is polite, smiling, always tried to understand/ help, as it seemed to me everyone knows a few Russian words by type: thank you, please, in short, everyone will understand you (at the bar they calmly treated drunk people who could not connect two words, understood everything perfectly and poured something)
