We stayed at this Crystal Center hotel from July 20-27, we were disappointed with both the hotel and Turkey in general. The price and quality do not match, the hotel pulls for 4 * no more. We lived on the 3rd floor, there are no complaints about the room. Immediately upon arrival at the reception, we made a $$ contribution and received a family for two! Two-room room with garden view. But if you want a room with a sea view, then pay an additional $ 100.. To put it mildly, we were shocked, we paid 283,000 rubles for a ticket and there was no desire to pay extra for something in such volumes. As it turned out later, all the staff likes good tips here. So I'll tell you right away about the pros and cons:
We were satisfied with the room, namely, it is clean, nothing is broken, the sewer is working, cleaning every day (but do not forget to leave a tip!), a change of towels, two refrigerators with replenishing water and beer every day, as well as tea/coffee. The buffet restaurant, of course, leaves much to be desired, breakfast and lunch are so-so varied, people sort out some dishes in the first 30 minutes of the restaurant's operation and there are empty marmites, the chefs apparently do not have time to replenish. Of course, there are no complaints about dinners. In general, I can say that most of the food is tasteless. The grill is always over-dried and bitter, most likely they do not clean the grill, they took minced meat dishes and it was raw inside. The salad bar is the same, with a meager selection of snacks. Plus it's fish, in different versions, there was sushi once. On the territory of the hotel from 11.00 to 17.00 it was possible to have a snack with burgers and gozlime. We did not go to Ala-kart restaurants, as according to the rumors of vacationers, everything was bad, one couple was in a state of poisoning. Alcohol is only local, imported, but for a fee. The pool is large, but often the children are in the adult, which creates unnecessary noise and discomfort. There are no parties/discos, there is a one-hour show program and that's it. We were bored, the animators were so-so, our guide said that this hotel is not a field trip for excursions. The staff does not understand Russian, so only a few, even at the reception, stand with a translator in their hands. We definitely will not return and we do not recommend it to those who like a fun, active vacation. The hotel is only for pensioners and families with small children.
I will conclude by saying that prices in Turkey for products/things have jumped 5 times compared to the previous year. There is no desire to visit this country anymore.

The worst hotel I've been to in years.
- Terrible food, with a standard variety in quantity, almost everything is tasteless. Even fruits are either wooden or semi-rotten. This is definitely not a 5 star level. The employees of the "dining room" (there is no other way to call it) are at least, the tables are not served, they just do not have time.
- a small area, almost in one line of the path to the sea, a minimum of greenery.
- the spa complex is one name, there are two plastic chairs in the locker room, there is not even a place to change clothes. Is it 5 stars?!
- The beach is crowded, the sun beds are close to each other (this is a consequence of the small coastline) at the hotel. The cabana we had booked was attacked by some local Turks who did not speak English, and they were barely kicked out.
- First, they gave us a room without a view, where the generator was humming and the highway was noisy half the night, and in the morning at 6 o'clock we were woken up by a real rooster living on a private territory near the hotel (across the street). After complaining and showing a desire to move out of this disgrace, they gave a room on the sea (the view is good, no questions asked).
- Every evening until 1 a.m., the DJ near the beach puts on the most ear-splitting music in the style of a rave party. It is very surprising, considering that the hotel positions itself as a family hotel. At 12 a.m. I decided to go see these sausage lovers. What did I see? A DJ who plays for one! a drunken tourist falling asleep over a table. I was impressed.
- Trying to find advantages everywhere, I can mention my own pastry shop, where they make delicious cheesecakes and a nice girl worked. That's where the advantages end.
I am extremely surprised by such a high rating on Yandex, apparently, we visited different places with most tourists.
At the same time, the price tag for the hotel (100 thousand for 4 nights) implies a slightly different level. And there is a sign at the reception that the room costs 400 euros per day!
It's good that we didn't live there for two weeks, one could go crazy with the injustice of this world)

We were at the hotel from July 4 to July 11, 2024. The hotel is normal for a non-long-term stay, the rooms are very dirty, all the mirrors are stained, the cabinet panels are all stained with oily hands, the men who only change towels are cleaning, they don't even look at the fact that soap and shampoo have run out, you need to ask yourself, they throw out the garbage and wave a rag every other time. The dust is not wiped off the word at all. Bathrooms are also not very clean, all the windows of the shower cabin are covered with lime, pallets, it's scary to step on. In general, there is practically no room cleaning. I also want to say that even in the corridors the carpets have never been vacuumed, the garbage on the carpets has not been cleaned for months apparently. The hotel administration needs to reconsider its attitude to cleaning, hire women who, as housewives, see dirt. Animation for three. Food is basically like everywhere else. At the reception, they do not respond to your comments in any way, they need to be reminded almost every 15 minutes that there is a problem and needs to be solved.
Plus of the hotel: beautiful territory, large beach, pier. Great shows in the evenings.

Entering the sea for children is dangerous, immediately deep. It is impossible to stand in the sea, fish bite on their feet, while they bleed, you just have to swim or move your legs, scaring them away from you.
Check-out at 12:00, transfer at 18:00, when asked to give a room for a while in order to wait with the child, and he still had to survive the flight until late at night, they replied that you pay $ 100. Well, I don't care at all.
Crazy dealers in "tents" around the hotels. Tourists feed them, but they snap back, because you go and buy socks from them for 5 euros, and not there for some large amount and openly hate Russians, because they have become tight-fisted, they think, they say, money. Of course, we believe, everyone believes, this is not Kushavel, where they waste money.
In general, if they ask, will you go to Turkey again? The answer is no and no again!

We were at the hotel with friends. After reading bad reviews, we were afraid. But not everything is so bad. The room is new, with a sea view. Полноценные 5*. В коридорах уютные ковры с мягким высоким ворсом. Картины. Номер удобный. Убирают качественно. В номере чайник с набором чай кофе. Еда нормальная. Кофе в ресторане порошковой. Но если дождёшься официанта он на завтрак разводит в кофейник варёный кофе и свежевыжатый сок апельсиновый. Баров много. Понравился фитнесбар. Там вкусные чаи делали. И напротив бар с турецким кофе. Анимация не навязчивая. Детскую анимацию вообще не заметили (но она была и не мешала). Вечером очень интересные выступления приглашённых артистов. Море близко. Очень понравился понтон. Со своим баром, двумя списками в море и своими душевыми. Очень удобно.

When choosing a hotel, they referred to reviews. We visited it for the first time and at first we thought only once. Upon check-in, they received a complete denial and immediately regretted that they had chosen this particular hotel for a lot of money. At the reception, a Russian-speaking lady with dark hair after 40 named Zanar (it was like that on the badge) immediately cut off all desire : they settled into a dirty room , we had a view of the sea (but it was not visible because of the dirty windows) , mirrors , the countertop were like that.the same kind , toilet bowl , yellow /dying ruff. These are 5-star hotels. We immediately warned that we would like to see the number first, because she said this is your number and the conversation is over! This rudeness and not responding to a request to put the room in order, immediately cut off all desire. At the end of time, our guide contacted us and only then did they deign to clean the windows. Next, the room was cleaned randomly, this is a huge disadvantage of this hotel. And again, this lady, when addressing her, barely raises her head and, without greeting, answers your questions through her teeth (the card was blocked and you had to turn to her again) . A complete negative from her.

from the animation (we were in May 6.05-16.05), it is nothing.
The only animator I would like to mention is PEPE, kind, attentive, who evoked only positive emotions. We played darts every day and + volleyball. There is nothing else. If you plan to relax with teenagers, they will be bored! There is nothing for them!
nutrition: on average, there were seafood, sliced fish (but not every day) , fruits, vegetables, meat, grilled fish in sufficient quantities - delicious. There were cherished cheeses, food is processed and sometimes it was very felt. Overall 4 out of 5 .
Going to the sea / beach is good, we enjoyed it.
There are decent / interesting cafes on the territory, a coffee shop with ice cream and desserts, a street restaurant, also very decent.
At the end of the vacation, we got used to it, and we are generally satisfied.
Maybe we'll come back again.
I would like the hotel to take into account its significant shortcomings with the reception service!!! and room cleaning! And of course with the program for teenagers. Because there are very kids in the mini club, they take on entertaining games only from the age of 16 and it turns out that the child is left to himself.

We have been to different hotels in Turkey, mainly in luxury / 5-star hotels, there is something to compare with.

Of the cons:
1. A mess upon check-in, a room with a sea view was bought, they moved into another room with a view of the neighboring hotel and only when they showed the name of the room in the voucher, they immediately changed it. They gave me a room right next to the elevators, there is no door and no partition, so the squeaking of the elevators was very annoying. We went to change the room again, this time we were given a sea view and away from the elevator. In general, the room is normal, you can live.
2. Cleaners when they start cleaning rooms at 8 a.m., they make a lot of noise and talk loudly, so you won't be able to sleep for a long time. At the same time, when you return to the room at 14 o'clock, it has not yet been completely cleaned, drinks can be brought to the bar closer to 16 o'clock - how is that at all?
3. We left the hotel at 7.30, returned to 18 o'clock, we go into the room - the room is not cleaned and the mini-bar is empty. We went to the reception, immediately called the cleaner, and you sit and wait. Full curtain. Room cleaning is very, very lame.
4. Some waiters openly screw up and neglect their work - they came to the 24-hour bistro - they brought me a drink, my husband did not. Until they asked for it a second time, they didn't scratch themselves. But it is worth noting that not everyone is like that, there are very pleasant and helpful guys, but there are also such as described above.
5. There is no animation, volleyball and darts and that's it.
In the evening, the program lasts for 40 minutes, then they turn on music in a kind of club and that's it, there is no music, there are no animators, there is no interest, entertain yourself as you want. An absolutely boring hotel.
Positive:
1. Nice beach and pier.
2. Beach bar, ice cream.
3. The lobby bar.
Will we come back again? No.
Management should pay attention to the behavior of employees and teach them the rules of work in the service sector. So far, the hotel does not reach the solid five.
According to the food, she is normal. No more and no less. You won't stay hungry, but you shouldn't expect any frills.
I'm disappointed, there are a lot of nuances in the end that really ruined the rest.

Отдыхали с 28.08.22 по 05.09.22. Выше всяких похвал! Поверьте, мне есть, с чем сравнивать. Отель красивый, чистый, светлый, персонал приветливый и доброжелательный. Уборка в номере ежедневно, питание настолько разнообразное, что многие блюда просто не успели попробовать, на любой вкус и выбор, даже отдельный стол для веганов был. Плюс фаст-фуд, бесконечные мороженые-пирожные. Качественный алкоголь. Прилетели рано — нас после вежливой просьбы заселили пораньше, без всяких уговоров-приговоров. Вылет был вечерний, поэтому мы до 16.00 пользовались всеми благами отеля, кроме номера, который сдали вовремя — порядок есть порядок. Но после моря нам любезно предложили принять душ и переодеться в спа-центре. В общем, здесь всё для гостей. Отдельное спасибо Розе на ресепшн за мудрые советы и доброжелательность. Кто поедет после нас — не сочтите за труд, привезите ей хлеба Бородинского 😂

Конечно, хотим поблагодарить рабочий персонал! С улыбкой встретили, с улыбкой проводили. Забрали на высококачественных автомобилях, доехали с комфортом. Абсолютно весь персонал приветливый! Было приятно с ними общаться. Номера шикарные, комфортные, имеется мини-бар. Хороший балкон. Жили на втором этаже с видом на море,было очень красиво! Еда очень вкусная и разнообразная, помимо основного ресторана, есть ещё несколько кафешек с вкусной едой. Иметься несколько баров как в отеле, так и на всей территории отеля. Весёлая и очень интересная вечерняя программа в отеле, как для врозлых, так и для детей
Программы: живая музыка, дискотека, представления, конкурсы. Также есть очень развлекательные игры в течении дня: волейбол, дартс, мини-футбол, конкурсы в бассейне, водное поло. На территории отеля также имеется очень классный аквапарк, который состоит более чем из 10 горок. Имеется пирс с красивым видом на море.
Пляж очень чистый с удобными лежаками. Длинный бассейн на территории отеля. Летали отдыхать с молодым человеком, нам очень всё понравилось, советуем этот отель! Приедем сюда ещё раз!

My husband and I returned 2 days ago on May 26, and rested for 6 days at the Crystal Center. I chose a hotel for a very long time, I wanted it in this area, because the area is solid and closer to my aunt who works at Dolphin Imperial. 1) The hotel is large, long pools, but it is very boring! boring animations, almost no water games
2) Nutrition: I would note very tasty ice cream and carbonated drinks (cola fanta sprite original tk in Moscow you will not find such now)
3) Cleaning in the room on the first day was not done at all, then we started to weigh the sign, began to clean but poorly, left a tip of $ 2 (were slightly dented), so the next day they put these $ 2 dollars on the bed, the husband the next day gave her 100 lira in her hands, the Turkish woman took them then we stopped leaving at all after this, there was a moment when I forgot the room key and my husband fell asleep and did not hear the knocks, she asked this cleaner to open the door, she refused, I stood at the door for a long time that is, when you give money you are good, but she just did not want to help)))That was the attitude
4) Drinks: almost all are not delicious, those that stand at the entrance to the reception, they are so terrible, can anyone really drink them? once you put it on , put delicious juices , otherwise it 's simply impossible to drink them . Yes, not only at the reception, but in general, homemade juices throughout the hotel, etc. they are simply terrible. I dreamed that in the hotel I would drink a delicious mojito that I drank in the neighboring Ramada hotel before, in Crystal they do it on the dump, not tasty at all. I will note that the most delicious drinks are water, gas drinks and ice cream, the rest is disgusting. We don't drink alcohol, so I can't write anything about them.
5)Snack restaurant the food is not delicious, doner , hamburger, arabiata pasta, they also do it on the dump
6) Where Gozleme is made, the portion is large but the minced meat is delicious, everything went to the trash, we didn't take anything else there..
7) The main restaurant: there was a lot of choice, there were fish and kebabs, but not everything is delicious, that is, 50/50. But this is probably the case in many hotels when they cook for quantity and not for quality, but if you compare between the Ramada and the Grand Park, then Crystal takes third place.
I hope my review will reach the Russian-speaking admins and you will correct the shortcomings, with such a large territory, if you invest in this hotel, the cat on the first line will be gorgeous..
It would be possible to arrange water games, a foam disco elementary, animations are weak, a disco too, everyone walks by himself lifts the mood)
To improve the food in the snack bar, and in general, pay attention to it, the breakfasts are delicious but monotonous ... the same thing is lunch and dinner, the desserts are almost all tasteless, and what was delicious was not made again, 3 days it was not observed.(

Here all the standard rooms look at the sea, but we did not know this and gave 20 dollars at the reception to give us a sea view))) but it turned out that everyone was looking at the sea) In general, you can relax like this, but there are drawbacks.
I love the Kundu area, there are luxury hotels here, I have never taken to Belek or Alanya because it is very far from the airport and the very center.. next time we will take either to the Dolphin or to the hotel the cat is in Disneyland) I will not come to Crystal again anymore))))

The hotel is not worth the money, the worst in Lara of all. There is no animation, the food is average, the room cleaning is very lame. The only thing that is without complaints is the work of WiFi. I do not recommend it, nearby hotels are much better.

I liked almost everything, except cleaning the rooms on the 5th floor (there were no problems with this on the 4th)
The cafeteria was just gorgeous, the detox bar was pleased with cocktails made from fresh vegetables
P.S. from the amazing - the standard rooms in view from the window (sea, sunrise/sunset) are an order of magnitude better than the "improved" (two-room) rooms, in which the view "of the city"

Отдыхали два года подряд, отель отличный, большая территория, аквапарк, много баров, каждый вечер шоу. Особенно приятно было слушать и петь под живую музыку на рояле… пляж песчаный, но пирсе самые лучшие места ❤️
