Great hotel! We came on vacation with two children. The entrance to the sea is excellent, there are children's and adult water parks, children can not get out of there. The food is delicious, varied, the room is fresh, the staff is polite. There is a children's club, animations for children and adults.

The worst hotel I've been to in years. - Terrible food, with a standard variety in quantity, almost everything is tasteless. Even fruits are either wooden or semi-rotten. This is definitely not a 5 star level. The employees of the "dining room" (there is no other way to call it) are at least, the tables are not served, they just do not have time. - a small area, almost in one line of the path to the sea, a minimum of greenery. - the spa complex is one name, there are two plastic chairs in the locker room, there is not even a place to change clothes. Is it 5 stars?! - The beach is crowded, the sun beds are close to each other (this is a consequence of the small coastline) at the hotel. The cabana we had booked was attacked by some local Turks who did not speak English, and they were barely kicked out. - First, they gave us a room without a view, where the generator was humming and the highway was noisy half the night, and in the morning at 6 o'clock we were woken up by a real rooster living on a private territory near the hotel (across the street). After complaining and showing a desire to move out of this disgrace, they gave a room on the sea (the view is good, no questions asked). - Every evening until 1 a.m., the DJ near the beach puts on the most ear-splitting music in the style of a rave party. It is very surprising, considering that the hotel positions itself as a family hotel. At 12 a.m. I decided to go see these sausage lovers. What did I see? A DJ who plays for one! a drunken tourist falling asleep over a table. I was impressed. - Trying to find advantages everywhere, I can mention my own pastry shop, where they make delicious cheesecakes and a nice girl worked. That's where the advantages end. I am extremely surprised by such a high rating on Yandex, apparently, we visited different places with most tourists. At the same time, the price tag for the hotel (100 thousand for 4 nights) implies a slightly different level. And there is a sign at the reception that the room costs 400 euros per day! It's good that we didn't live there for two weeks, one could go crazy with the injustice of this world)

We were at this hotel from 07/21/2017 to 30.07. I did not plan to write a review, since by the end of the rest we had already got used to all the disadvantages of this hotel, but on the day of eviction, when asked to extend the room for 1 hour, we were told to pay an additional € 130. At the current exchange rate, this is a little more than 12,000 rubles! In one hour! This moment of non-customer orientation and unwillingness to meet my guests halfway prompted me to talk about all the pros and cons of Cristal Centro. 1. Upon check-in at the hotel, we were offered to improve the room (sea view) and early check-in. We paid ~$130 for this. For 9 days and a quick check-in, this is a good price. 2. The room. Although the hotel was renovated in 2023, the room looks tired. The repair was done catastrophically poorly, which immediately catches the eye of even a person far from this topic. Also, when booking, they indicated a double bed, but they moved into a room with two separate beds and just moved them. The joint between the mattresses, into which you fall, causes discomfort. 3. Cleaning. On the first day of check-in, I noticed a dirty room. Streaks on the mirrors, stains on the shelves and furniture, the floor as if in sand. The situation did not change much during the following days of residence, except for the cleanliness of the floor. Daily cleaning is superficial and not thorough. There was a smell of dirty rags after cleaning. Once the cleaning lady missed our room altogether. The reception informed that she cleans the rooms in order and does not come back even if there is a sign on the door. They offered to replace the towels. The situation is the same in the lobby and elevators: streaks and dirty mirrors and windows. 4. Technical malfunctions. While staying at this hotel, we encountered a lot of technical problems. Firstly, WiFi worked well only for the first three days. The rest of the days he was constantly shutting down. The last two days have been hell. He flew out every 5-10 minutes and had to re-enter all the information every time. WiFi is either working on the pier or not. Secondly, there was a situation that the card from the room stopped working. Reprogrammed. Then the second card stopped working. Thirdly, the door to the room stopped closing and for several hours our room was just open with all our things inside. Fourth, there is a lock on the door to close the door from the inside, but when you put the card outside the room, this lock turns anyway. Therefore, any staff who has a card can open your door even when you are inside the room. For example, at night. There was such a situation twice. I was lying on the bed completely undressed after a shower, and then the cleaner came into the room. To say that I was shocked is not to say anything, since I was closed from the inside. The second time I was in the toilet and also came into the room to replenish the mini bar. Is this how it should be? Why is there no indication from the corridor that a card is inserted in the room and there are guests. And why is the lock that should cover the room completely useless? Fifth, the rooms have a common air conditioning system. It works and cools poorly. We contacted the reception, but the situation was not fixed. 5. Beach and pool. In general, everything is fine at this point. There are many pools, there are slides. There are enough sun beds for everyone both by the pool and on the beach. There are only two points. Half of the sunbeds are torn and it is impossible to lie on them, because you fall through or the headboard rises with every movement. The second point is the garbage pots. They come and go. They are cleaned only at the end of the day, so by evening they are full of garbage. 6. Staff and service. There are a lot of staff, but the service suffers a lot. When choosing this hotel, be prepared for the fact that the attitude towards Turks will be much better than towards other tourists. The waiters approach them earlier, serve them faster. In bars, they pass without a queue and the bartender doesn't care at all. He can still chat with them for a couple of minutes while the whole queue is standing and waiting. In the main restaurant, you often had to go for drinks on your own or wave to the waiter so that he would notice you, otherwise he would just stand there and ignore you. 7. Food. There are many restaurants and cafes on site. The only thing that pleased me was the snack restaurant, except for the service. At first glance, the main restaurant had a large selection of food, but in fact there were very few main dishes. And there is only one main dish by type of chicken, duck or fish. At the same time, if you do not come at the beginning, you may not stay. The rest is some kind of incomprehensible Turkish dishes or side dishes. Lots of vegetables, herbs and fruits. There is also a large selection of desserts and pastries. Desserts, as in all Turkish hotels, differ only in color and shape. It tastes like everything is the same. In general, the choice of food is very weak. For breakfast and dinner, we ate literally the same thing every day. The fish restaurant was generally disappointing. The menu is small, there are no dishes, the service is at zero. The only plus is live music. I do not recommend visiting. 8. Theft. The phone charging adapter, which was in the socket all the time, disappeared from the room after cleaning. They did not inform anyone, the thing was not expensive, but the sediment remained. 9. Parking. There is a parking lot on the territory behind a barrier, but they did not let us into it, they told us to leave the car outside the hotel, although there were free places there. 10. Location. If you need a rest on the territory of the hotel, then you are here. There is nowhere to walk outside the territory. Just walk along the main street along the hotels and shops with "branded" things. There are no normal clothing stores nearby, only with copies and various consumer goods at a high price. Fortunately, Antalya is not far away by bus and taxi. 11. The territory. The territory of the hotel is well maintained, unlike the rooms and elevators. Trees are being trimmed, tiles are being changed, paths are being washed. 12. Noise. There are many large hotels nearby. You can hear the music even with the windows closed. The light music of the neighboring hotel shines through the window. If you are used to falling asleep in complete silence, then it will be difficult for you. Conclusion. The hotel leaves us with a double impression. Everything seems to be fine, but at the same time, many shortcomings in cleaning and service are striking. For that kind of money (350 thousand for 9 nights for two with a flight), to be honest, we expected more. Considering that in the past years we stayed in hotels of the same level for half the price and with better service, food and cleaning. The hotel is more like a good 4 stars, but not 5.

The evening performances are not very interesting. Closer to 23, there was live music, but not every day. The room was cleaned regularly. There was an inscription in the room itself that the hotel, in order to maintain the environment, would change bed linen and towels only when the client asked. In order to change the towels, they had to be left on the floor. We did this once: we put three towels on the floor. Bottom line: they were hung back on the holders... 🤦‍♀️ Everything in the room is very comfortable, the mini bar is free and regularly updated. There is a spa, a small gym. Entering the sea for children is dangerous, immediately deep. It is impossible to stand in the sea, fish bite on their feet, while they bleed, you just have to swim or move your legs, scaring them away from you. Check-out at 12:00, transfer at 18:00, when asked to give a room for a while in order to wait with the child, and he still had to survive the flight until late at night, they replied that you pay $ 100. Well, I don't care at all. Crazy dealers in "tents" around the hotels. Tourists feed them, but they snap back, because you go and buy socks from them for 5 euros, and not there for some large amount and openly hate Russians, because they have become tight-fisted, they think, they say, money. At the reception, a Russian-speaking lady with dark hair after 40 named Zanar (it was like that on the badge) immediately cut off all desire : they settled into a dirty room , we had a view of the sea (but it was not visible because of the dirty windows) , mirrors , the countertop were like that.the same kind , toilet bowl , yellow /dying ruff. These are 5-star hotels. We immediately warned that we would like to see the number first, because she said this is your number and the conversation is over! This rudeness and not responding to a request to put the room in order, immediately cut off all desire. At the end of time, our guide contacted us and only then did they deign to clean the windows. Next, the room was cleaned randomly, this is a huge disadvantage of this hotel. And again, this lady, when addressing her, barely raises her head and, without greeting, answers your questions through her teeth (the card was blocked and you had to turn to her again) . A complete negative from her. Next: from the animation (we were in May 6.05-16.05), it is nothing. The only animator I would like to mention is PEPE, kind, attentive, who evoked only positive emotions. We played darts every day and + volleyball. There is nothing else. If you plan to relax with teenagers, they will be bored! There is nothing for them! nutrition: on average, there were seafood, sliced fish (but not every day) , fruits, vegetables, meat, grilled fish in sufficient quantities - delicious. There were cherished cheeses, food is processed and sometimes it was very felt. Overall 4 out of 5 . Going to the sea / beach is good, we enjoyed it. There are decent / interesting cafes on the territory, a coffee shop with ice cream and desserts, a street restaurant, also very decent. At the end of the vacation, we got used to it, and we are generally satisfied. Maybe we'll come back again. I would like the hotel to take into account its significant shortcomings with the reception service!!! and room cleaning! And of course with the program for teenagers. Because there are very kids in the mini club, they take on entertaining games only from the age of 16 and it turns out that the child is left to himself. We, your visitors, come to rest with you, for quite a lot of money contributions and we want positive emotions. We have been to different hotels in Turkey, mainly in luxury / 5-star hotels, there is something to compare with. Yes, I would like to add separately about the restaurants: we visited the fish restaurant, complete denial from serving to deliciousness. I do not recommend it.

We had a rest from 08/28/22 to 09/05/22. Above all praise! Believe me, I have something to compare it with. The hotel is beautiful, clean, bright, the staff is friendly and friendly. The room is cleaned daily, the food is so varied that many dishes simply did not have time to try, for every taste and choice, there was even a separate table for vegans. Plus fast food, endless ice cream cakes. High-quality alcohol. We arrived early — after a polite request, we were settled early, without any persuasion or sentences. The flight was in the evening, so we enjoyed all the benefits of the hotel until 16.00, except for the room, which was delivered on time — order is order. But after the sea, we were kindly offered to take a shower and change clothes at the spa. In general, everything is for guests here. Special thanks to Rosa at the reception for her wise advice and kindness. Whoever goes after us, don't take it too hard, bring her some Borodinsky bread 😂
