I really liked the hotel. Nice rooms, heated pool, rested in January, beauty!!!!! I really liked it. Delicious cuisine, food was taken for breakfast + dinner, enough, in the afternoon we had lunch in the city. We have been to the Emirates 7 times and are always happy with everything. There are no bad hotels, there are always dissatisfied tourists, come with a positive attitude and you will be happy.

The hotel is located near the metro, bus station and a huge mall. For a budget tourist, just a great location. They never took a taxi. We had lunch at the mall. The breakfasts at the hotel are ordinary, everyone will find something for themselves. The dinners are just awesome, the desserts are exquisite, well, very tasty. The room is ordinary, small, clean. There is no Russian channel, but you can connect a USB flash drive to the TV.

I was at the hotel in December 2022. For three stars, everything is fine. Conveniently located, near the Emirates Mall, and there is the metro. On the roof there is a swimming pool with broken sun beds. The breakfasts were monotonous, the coffee was not delicious, the fruits were pleasing. Cleaning does not find fault and clean towels. We went to the beach by taxi as the bus from the hotel left full.

We rested in this hotel with the whole family in mid-January 2023. We were very satisfied!!! We will be happy to come here again.
The most important thing is the convenient location of the hotel: 1.5 minutes to the largest mall (where we ate, shopped, walked). Near the metro. But we often used taxis. It is better to take municipal ones (they are beige with checkers), work on the counter, it turned out cheaper. But you can also call through Uber, it works.
Room service is good, daily cleaning, linen change every other day.The rooms are spacious, the furniture and renovation are very fresh.The windows are panoramic.The administration responds quickly to requests, they always smile.
There is a pool with warm water on the roof, visited, liked it.
Breakfast at the hotel is normal. Not as diverse as in Turkey, but everything is fresh, delicious.Great pancakes.Fruits every day-melon, watermelon, pineapples. You won't stay hungry for sure.
The only thing that was missing - there are no balconies and clothes hangers in the rooms.
We visited the flower and butterfly park.We went to the Global Village - by taxi, because it's far away.I really liked it!
We bought a sightseeing tour of Dubai from the hotel guide with a climb to the Burj Khalifa and a boat trip to the Dubai Marina. super! We visited the famous gold market (by metro ourselves), for good reason, we bought something interesting.
Separately , we took the subway to the Frame (Dubai History Museum with transparent floors at a height of 48 floors). It's breathtaking.I recommend it.
One day the men went to the largest and most technologically advanced water park in the world Atlantic Aquapark. It is located at the top of the palm Jumeirah. We took a taxi. As a result, the administrator settled us in a room for the disabled with a faulty bathroom. Like there are no more rooms. When they said that the bathroom was faulty, they offered to repair it. They said we can fix an hour. We politely refused and asked to provide a normal room, which was paid for and booked, after a short dispute we were moved to a normal room. In general, the rooms themselves are not bad. There is a bar, a cafe. The breakfasts are monotonous .

Good service, a large chain hotel, among the guests are Europeans, CIS natives and wealthy Indians, Pakistanis. There is a swimming pool on the roof, daily cleaning. The hotel itself is newly renovated, the location is ideal for a city hotel, I recommend it!

Instead of a clothes dryer in the shower there is a rope where, due to humidity, the laundry dries for a very long time.Therefore, I had to dry the laundry on the windowsill.
There is no air freshener, no toilet brush. The hood, too, is missing.
The administration responds to the requests of guests as follows: agrees, smiles, but does nothing to solve the issue.
Breakfasts are below average. Mostly-spicy national dishes that are more suitable for a lunch meal than for breakfast.
Of course, you can find something to eat: vegetables, fruits, pastries. But no more..
On the roof of the hotel there is a small pool and sun loungers where you can relax.
The transfer takes you from the hotel to the beach, but there is a queue.... You have to sign up 2 days in advance, otherwise you won't get there.
Rooms without balconies. From the window there is a view of the neighboring street.
A big plus is the location of the hotel, which is within walking distance from the Emirate Mall and the metro. There is also a bus station nearby, from where you can get to the Flower Garden and other attractions.
In general, as they say: "one-time visit to the hotel": we stayed, we found out, we don't want any more.
