A great hotel for its stars. The room is not big, but clean. We don't need any more. Clean towels and water are brought every day. They asked for an ironing board at the reception, it was brought within 10 minutes. The food is not very diverse (it's 3*), but it's delicious, you won't stay hungry. The only downside is the terrible coffee (but that's for me)! Everything else is fine. The Emirates mall is across the street, and from there you can leave in all directions.

Nice city hotel. The location is ideal for walking. Near the Emirates mall hotel and metro station, Cafes, shops. For those who want to swim in the sea, it's a stretch: the hotel has a free transfer to the beach (by the way, there are no sunbeds or umbrellas on the beach - it's a public city, shower, toilet and changing room are present, as well as a cafe - photo of the beach under review), but you need to sign up for a transfer at 6 am tomorrow. That is, if you want to be on the beach every day, get in a taxi and go ahead! The food at the hotel is excellent, there are no complaints! There is also a nuance by numbers: the hotel cannot accommodate three people in a standard room (extra beds, cots, etc. are not provided, even for an additional fee), the rooms are designed strictly for 2 people.

The biggest plus is the location of the hotel, close to the metro station and the Mall. We took breakfast , everything was delicious and fresh . The coffee is very tasty. The biggest disadvantage is to sign up for the beach a day in advance and there are no beach towels, they only give on the rooftop pool.

Nice city hotel. Clean, tidy, the staff is polite and responsive. The location is convenient: near a large shopping center, from there the transition to the metro station, and there you understand yourself going either one way or the other. A rooftop pool, a nice addition. We were in June 2022, there were repeated restrictions: masks and all that. We went to the restaurant on the ground floor for breakfast, and brought lunches to the room. The breakfasts were similar to each other, just like Groundhog day. The lunches are different, the portions are large, something was left for dinner, fortunately everything is packed. There was a case: the TV was working loudly in the next room, it was on the drum during the day, and in the evening it began to interfere. I knocked on no one, went to the reception desk, explained the situation, a security guard came, opened the room, and there was no one there, only the TV was yelling. Turned it off. By the way, the guard took another elevator, for the staff. All the guards are pitching. In general, not a bad city hotel in order to spend the night and go on another excursion.

The hotel is good. The main advantage is its location: near the Mall of the Emirates, and accordingly with the metro., which is very important in Dubai. The rooms were cleaned daily, with a change of linen, as well as tea/coffee and bottled water. There is a swimming pool on the roof, it is small, but there were always free sun loungers (about 16 deckchairs).
The only thing is that the safe did not work when checking in and there was a blockage in the sink, which was reported at the Reception. But no one came either that day or the next. We lived in this hotel for a week, 2 days before departure, we approached the Reception again more persistently with the same problem, and everything was immediately fixed for us. I think that the first time the girl just worked hard and forgot. But I'm shooting one star for that. I recommend the hotel, I will use it again if necessary.

Solid three stars, no more, no less. Good breakfasts, slightly monotonous, but delicious.
Clear. Clean efficiently. Wi-Fi is there, it works well. Convenient location, close to metro and mall of Emirates.
Of the minuses: we were with a child, each time we had to be reminded to put a third towel. Very strange cabinets, impractical and uncomfortable. There is no active hood in the bathroom, nothing dries because of this, including towels.
The minuses are insignificant, in fact. We liked everything, we can recommend it.

I liked everything. It is worth noting a very pleasant staff. They always try to help (even if the guest is explained on his fingers), smiling and as polite as possible.
The service left a pleasant impression. The cleaning is high-quality, timely, up to the point that if you do not leave the room during the day, they will call you and clarify whether cleaning is needed) There is a kettle and a refrigerator in the room, tea, coffee and water are also included. It seems like a trifle, but it's very nice to take such care of the guests.
It didn't bother us, but it may be important to someone: the sound insulation of the windows is minimal, so many sounds can be heard from the street.
Breakfast. We were left more than satisfied. In general, a varied diet if you do not try to eat everything at once at once. Nutritious, delicious, the service is also on top.
The pool is small, open-air (this is both a plus and a minus, you can easily burn out). Water heats up under the sun, it's worth bearing in mind. The view from the pool is not bad - after all, the location on the roof of the hotel. Unless we, as non-smokers, did not appreciate smoking on the chaise longue of other guests, but what can we do.
The gym is modest, works around the clock. There are almost never any people. In general, there is everything you need for both cardio and strength training, all basic exercises can be performed.
The bar downstairs is an interesting place, but it is not suitable for non-smokers because they smoke directly indoors. BUT there is room service and a nice bonus - a 20% discount for guests.
The location is advantageous. The area is not the most interesting, but there is a large mall of the Emirates nearby, as well as a lot of restaurants, eateries, shops (which have more affordable prices) . Metro and bus routes are within walking distance.
On the ground floor of the hotel there is a counter where you can buy various excursions, other tourist trips. Unfortunately, we only found out about it on the last day)
Summarizing all of the above - the hotel is excellent, the prices are affordable, the rest is more than comfortable. If we are going to Dubai again, we would be happy to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is nice. The only point is a transfer to the beach, you need to sign up for it a day in advance, and it's generally not convenient early in the morning, it's easier to take a taxi on your own. I went to the gym , and forgot to take the card and went out , there was a cleaner nearby but refused to open it because only at the reception I have to go down .But I was in a hurry and no one cared.I came to the gym and there is very little to do there, although it looks much better in the photo on their website.There is no water , although everyone has it in hotels in Dubai, a friend told me, and there is not even a mat where to stretch .

Excellent location, near the Moll of Emerets (1-2 min walk), the metro station of the same name (convenient access to attractions), bus stops near the Mall (you can get to the Flower and butterfly Park, Global Village), Lulu hypermarket (where you can buy food). There is a swimming pool and sun beds on the roof (there was always enough space for everyone), towels are given out by room number. Wonderful breakfasts (there are fruits, vegetables, egg dishes, Indian cuisine, toast, pastries, etc. You definitely won't stay hungry). The rooms are clean, cleaning every day (even the bed linen was changed every day). The hotel has a bar and a fitness room (not visited). Minibuses take minibuses to the beach 3 times a day there and back starting at 8 am every hour, the first flight back at 12. The hotel is suitable for active travelers who want to see the sights.

The location of the hotel near the Mall of Emirates is very good, you can get everywhere by metro. The breakfasts are the same, but the set of dishes is sufficient. The pool is covered with a small one, the main thing is to walk carefully, not a few people got out of the room on the wet floor in slippers - slates are our everything. We visited the hotel in May-June 23 years, a good "troika", I recommend it.
Advantages:
-near Dubai airport;
- attentive staff, all issues were solved without strain;
- proximity to the Mall of Emirates, Lulu store nearby, bars nearby, cafes and restaurants around, metro station nearby;
- every day the room is cleaned, if you refuse, the staff calls back in the evening and asks if everything suits you;
- a small clean rooftop pool with a nice view of the surrounding area;
- there's a gym there, but to be honest, we didn't go in;
- when skipping dinner or breakfast due to other events, it was easy to replace it with lunch and vice versa;
- tourist fee of 10 AED per room/day, which is inexpensive;
- no deposit required;
- it is possible to add a bed to the room or choose a double or two separate;
- currency exchangers in the mall, in Lulu and on the street with a rate of 3.65 - commission of 3.25 AED; in the hotel the rate is 3.4;
- if you leave early, you can order breakfast with you; they collect a neat lunchbox with fruit, juice, croissant and sandwich
Disadvantages, which is why they put 4:
- the bus to the beach (beautiful) takes three flights daily, but there are few places and you need to sign up quickly!;
- the Internet is slow, swallows texts, he delivers photos and videos, but he doesn't like conversations via messengers;
- the menu would like to be more diverse, I had enough, and the child wanted something more fun (after the Turkish all inclusive) ;
In general, I recommend it for a budget holiday. And the rest is from a thick wallet in your hands...

Rested in July 2023 . We liked the hotel. Good location: near the MALL with access to the subway. After breakfast, we didn't stay hungry: milk with muesli or cereal, delicious croissants and cupcakes, watermelon and melon, sometimes pineapples were added, porridge, eggs, etc. Cleaning every day. 2 young people are cleaning up. I won't say that carefully if we were in the room at that time. The room is good. The star was removed for the absence of Russian-speaking staff at the reception. We were satisfied with everything. Next time if we fly, I would choose this hotel for a budget price that is not overshadowed by quality.

The hotel disappointed.
The first and most important disadvantage is noise. On the ground floor of this hotel, a club is perfectly located, which regularly holds parties from 00 to 04 hours. We lived on the 8th floor. Nevertheless, the music from this club could be heard perfectly. Also, the walls in the hotel are just cardboard, and the entrance door to the room has a huge gap from the bottom. As a consequence: you will hear all the sounds, conversations, stomping, slamming of doors from the hall very clearly. Opposite our room there were several staff rooms and apparently a laundry room. At night, the staff spent a lot of time under our doors. Again, the constant noise and slamming of doors.
We asked to be moved to another room - they refused, referring to the fact that everything is occupied. They promised to let me know if something was released - they didn't offer anything until the end of the vacation. As a result: for the whole vacation, I slept a maximum of 3 hours a day.
The second minus, also no less important, is food. We had breakfast and by the end of the vacation (which is only 5 days), it was already impossible to eat it. The menu does not change, that is, it is the same every day. There is simply no meat. Yes, there are some chicken-soy sausages, but after trying them you will realize that there is no smell of meat there. The rest of the food is: beans, a strange omelet, porridge, yogurt with additives in the form of dry oatmeal (which is designated as granola) or rice balls, good pancakes with syrup, and a bunch of carbohydrate food in the form of rice, bread, etc. There is no protein in these breakfasts) one plus - there were fruits: melon and watermelon.
The rest of the hotel is approx. The rooms are cleaned daily; the staff is polite, not Russian-speaking. Shower gel, soap is available, consumables and towels are also changed daily.
Upon request, they provided an ironing board and an iron in the room (of course, he is probably older than me, but this is already a huge plus)
The area is for an amateur) it's crowded, you wouldn't think that you're in Dubai) but it suited me fine.
A big plus is the proximity of the Mall of Emirates and the metro (which is located in it, respectively). There is a large supermarket in the shopping center, you can buy everything you need.
There was a transfer from our tour to the beach, but we never managed to use it. Registration for the transfer is carried out from 6 to 10 am the next day. We approached at 7-8 in the morning, everything was already scheduled. Maybe this information will be useful to someone
It would be a good hotel if not for the two most important disadvantages: food and sleep (for which people rent hotels).
As a result, lack of sleep, constant search for breakfast outside the hotel and 2 stars.

Shuttle-beach 3 times at 8, 9, 10 o'clock, back in 4 hours, respectively. It is necessary to sign up the day before in the morning, a full house for a 9-hour flight. The beach is well-maintained, toilet, shower, shade. Drive 15 min. Well located from the metro. You walk along the Emirates Mall to the metro station, walk to the subway in the cool, look at the showcases. There are good restaurants within walking distance.

Polite staff, but speaks only English) The location is super -near the Mall, and across the street there is a convenience store . The rooms are disinfected , the alarm system is checked for a fire alarm , I 've seen fire extinguishers checked a couple of times by the pool . To sign up for a shuttle bus to the sea, you need to get up at 6 am and call the reception or go down. We didn 't go to the gym . There is a Lavazza coffee machine next to the pool. We were in July 2022, this is a new hotel of this chain- we liked it, cleaning every day..The buffet is decent, some of the dishes have changed, everything is always fresh, fruits, sweets have always been .The staff is friendly, if you need something, they run to help.The location is convenient, the Pier and the Parus Hotel were visible from our window. The bus takes you to the beach every hour in the morning (which is fenced off by the hotel area)the purest, unlike the beaches of 5 * hotels where there is fuel oil or oil on the shore🤭

Just got back from Dubai. As always, everything is fine.We rested at the hotel from 22 Jan to 31 Jan. The weather is great for excursions, very comfortable. Nice rooftop pool, with sea water. Heated pool t30°. The beauty is unreal. We went to the beach once, if you forget that the water is very cold, the beach itself did not like the word at all! Unequipped at all, no toilets, no changing rooms, nothing at all. We've been to Dubai 4 times, but I've never seen such horror anywhere. We used to take them to Al Mamzar beach, there is a fabulous beach, fully equipped.
The hotel has very attentive staff at the reception, two of them speak Russian very well. I especially want to mention the girl Zara at the reception, very attentive. I am always ready to help with any question. I don't know the name of the young man, he also speaks well in Russian, at the entrance we really liked the room, without any problems he beckoned us to the room for half an hour. We had breakfast and dinner. Dinner can be changed for lunch if you are going on an excursion. We changed it, very convenient. Dinner and lunch are very tasty, an excellent choice, dishes were constantly changing.Breakfast is simpler, but you definitely won't stay hungry, but the same thing every day. Watermelons, melons, pineapples, grapes, oranges every day for breakfast and dinner. We went on excursions, walked, in general, the rest, as always, was a success! Thank you Dubai, we'll be back!
