Wonderful hotel!!! I really liked the room - spacious, clean. On the roof of the hotel, the recreation area is something! The beauty is in full, plus there is also a heated swimming pool, a sauna and a bar where the bartender makes very tasty cocktails. The food is insanely delicious and varied according to the buffet system. The staff is a separate story - they are all very pleasant, smiling and sociable. The view from the room window is amazing, we had it facing the mountains. It takes about five minutes to walk to the sea.

The hotel is great. The room is spacious. The bathroom is spacious. They cleaned well. Everything is new. The service is good, compared to other establishments in Abkhazia, where the word service has not been heard at all.
The rooftop pool is a special treat. There's also a view of sunsets every day. Very beautiful.
Bartender Ivan makes clear hookahs.
The buffet is changed periodically in the morning, you can have breakfast on the veranda in the morning.
The reception is always ready to help and prompt.
We have been to Abkhazia 3 times, if we come back again, then only here.

The best three-star hotel in this city. New, clean, made to adequate standards. The bathroom even surprised me. The location is very convenient both in terms of transport and in terms of proximity to recreation areas. The sea is 5 minutes away. The rooftop pool is made by the owner with love. I recommend. If you've been to other hotels here, I'm sure this one is the best. Well, if this is your first time in Gagra, consider yourself lucky😍

A new hotel, I liked everything. The only wish to the owners: in the two-room room in which we rested in 2021, there was no good bed with a mattress for a teenage child. I had to sleep on a pull-out sofa. It's not serious.

And everything would be fine if the main thing for which I took this hotel - the heated pool - was really heated normally. There was always information at the bottom that the temperature was 32 degrees, but in fact such water was maintained only on the first day of my arrival, and the remaining 4 days were less than 30. And if during the day, in sunny weather (month of May), you can still swim, then in the evening - and the pool is open until night - it is impossible to enter (it is cold). The hotel explains this by saying that other guests demand to lower the temperature, but if you need a cool one, there is a sea.
I was also not happy with loud music in the afternoon (in the evening it's still okay, people are sitting, drinking, a la such a club atmosphere), but in the afternoon... For me, I don't have any music at all, do you listen to the chirping of books or can you calmly read a book

We have just returned from this hotel. The reality corresponds to the description, completely. The standard room is large in size (there is something to compare in Turkey, Egypt and Russia). The furniture is new, the bed is large and comfortable,the renovation is new and of high quality. Bathrobes and slippers are provided in the room, as well as a daily supplement of gels and shampoos. The room is cleaned daily, with replacement of towels. Breakfast is included in the price (buffet), they are quite diverse: milk porridges, cottage cheese, yoghurts, pancakes, omelets, sausages, cheeses, pickles and pastries (several types of cookies). There is also a cafe at the hotel, where we have repeatedly eaten. We took a set lunch, cooked at home. Awesome apple strudel and decent pizza! Thanks to the chefs! I also want to thank the bartenders for the awesome cocktails, you guys are cool! It is very pleasant to take a cocktail and sit on the sixth floor of the hotel, where there is a wonderful recreation area with a heated pool! Thanks for the rest!

I had a rest from July 21 to 24, the weather was not conducive to rest, but the hotel is beautiful.
I lived in an improved room of 40 sq m on the 4th floor, the room is large as in the photo, you can run around the room))) There is also a lot of space on the roof terrace, an equipped area for receiving sunlight, a heated swimming pool with a beautiful view, and the highlight of this roof is the bar-cool guys-bartenders : Araz and Mert! Thank you very much! Author's cocktails)))🔥🔥🔥especially bloodletting, it is beautifully prepared, tastes like a bomb, generally making author's cocktails is a separate kind of art!!!! Araz and Mert are the best!!!

Nice hotel, new, everything is clean, the rooms are good. Breakfast was included in the price, the food was good. It was also possible to order food, everything was delicious.
On the downside, due to the fact that we were in November (off-season), the rooftop bar did not work, it was impossible to order cocktails. The kitchen also closed at 20:00, i.e. there was no opportunity to have dinner later at the hotel.

We lived in Citrus in September. The room has everything you need. Clear. We lived on the 5th floor. It is very convenient - on the 6th floor there is a sauna and a small swimming pool. I really liked the breakfasts, I recommend it. There were no problems with the transfer. It took us 2 hours from Adler to the hotel and a little more back.

The hotel is good - the location, the hotel itself is clearly new. The pool and sauna are at the highest level. The breakfasts are delicious and there is plenty to choose from. The rooms are cleaned every day, they give bottles of water, but... guys, do something with Wi-Fi on the 4th floor. Yes, I understand that people do not come to sit in the room and on the Internet, but even basic messengers were stupid and it was impossible to use them, and with what difficulty was the check-in for the flight…

A modern new hotel. Large rooms, where a couple of rooms could be accommodated, were not enough for complete happiness only an armchair with a coffee table or at least a second chair. A comfortable bed with a good mattress and bed linen, an excellent split system. Good sound insulation of the rooms, you can't hear the street, I slept
very well. A warm rooftop pool with a bar and sauna. On the ground floor in the lobby there are delicious breakfasts (buffet) and set meals for 350 rubles. The restaurant's menu is not bad. Friendly and helpful staff.It is located not far from the city beach, but the disadvantage is that it is not equipped. There are many cafes nearby, there are grocery stores. This is practically the middle of the city, you will go to the right to the "old Gagra" and go to the left to the new one. In the evening, it is romantic to hear the sounds and signals of a train passing nearby hidden behind the trees. It's bad that the lights were turned off at night and the water was lost (by the way, very clean) and as a result, the bathroom began to smell like sewage (stagnation in the pipes), but they are going to fix everything in the off-season. We liked the hotel.

We were vacationing with our family. The hotel brightened up our time one hundred percent. The pool and the rooftop bar are made for each other. Ivan krasava:a good bartender and a good conversationalist. We've been to a lot of places. We took an individual transfer from the hotel. The food is varied. It was possible to have lunch at breakfast. I recommend.

We had a rest from 04/26.23 to 1.05.23 with the whole family. I really liked it, the hotel is super, we immediately booked rooms for the month of September, we will definitely come back here. The only thing I almost didn't like was the pool, deep, for small children it's not "ice" as they say, but it's a trifle, you can get used to it. So we are going with a large company in September, we hope that we will not be disappointed. Well done guys, keep it up.

We had a rest in October. We booked a room with a balcony, offered it on the 3rd floor, no view (to a neighbor in the courtyard), at our request they replaced it with the 5th floor. The room is modern, spacious, a sufficient number of outlets.
Excellent varied breakfasts.
Instant coffee, from the coffee machine for an additional fee.payment.
There are services of tour.trips, car rental and transfer.
I remove the star for a few shortcomings- then the shampoos will forget to replenish, sometimes the towels were not replaced, the backlight of the mirror in the bathroom did not work, fixed after 2 days.
For a short trip I definitely RECOMMEND

The rooms are super, the location from the sea is 2 min. But leaving the hotel kills the view of the ruined dining room and its abandoned territory. Breakfasts could be more varied. On the day of check-in, the whole family swam in the pool. In the morning, both children have diarrhea and vomiting. We talked to our roommates, many of them have rotovirus in the hotel. We were in August 2022.

An excellent hotel for accommodation in Gagra. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Despite the fact that there is a railway road adjacent to the hotel, the sounds are not particularly audible. Mixed feelings. But rather not from the hotel, but from Abkhazia itself and its inhabitants. The hotel is fine. New, money is normally invested in it, but it's not just about money, it's clear that the owner (tsy?) they understand what people need. But no matter how perfect your hotel is, Abkhazia begins beyond its threshold. With its collapsed huts and gypsy-style cottages, with roaring tinted writhing, which with screaming music fly along broken roads without paying attention to pedestrians.
Okay, about the hotel. Breakfasts are a bomb in content, there is everything except soups, caviar and champagne. If someone buys their breakfasts, tell me what you compare them to. I've only seen a cooler breakfast buffet in a couple of hotels, but these were 5-star chains with the appropriate price and location. The only thing I think is that breakfast starts a little late, but that's my opinion, I don't insist.
The rooms are all OK, but we lacked a corkscrew and glasses.
Restaurant and bar. Great. Seriously. Usually, a rest at a hotel is a purely nominal thing, "to be." This is not the case here. After walking around the neighborhood, trying and breaking off, we began to have lunch and dinner at the hotel. Decent and inexpensive.
What else. Staff. Here I had some comments. Apparently, it is difficult to find staff in Abkhazia who would not relax at work for a while. Nothing critical, since everyone speaks Russian, you can solve it, but there are misunderstandings. In 90% of cases of communication/interaction, everything is decent and adequate, but I would take a couple of people on a pencil.
Which I definitely didn't like. The Internet. Yes, it is convenient that there is one grid throughout the hotel, but the speed and quality of the Internet itself is hell. Even for voice communication, there is not enough speed, do not even dream about video. As I understand it, this situation is all over the city, not only in the hotel, so I will not lower the overall rating. It's just that those to whom communication is important, keep in mind in the plans, Abkhazia is not a place for comfortable work via the Internet.
That seems to be it. In general, the hotel is decent, but the area where it is located... Oh, it's not mine, it's not mine, I'm too old for such places

A small but very cozy hotel in Gagra. From what left a good impression: rooms with sea views, very tasty breakfasts (buffet), proximity to the sea, heated outdoor pool on the roof. The staff at the hotel tries very hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible – the service is very pleasing.
Night lighting of the pool, the operation of the pool, sauna and right there, on the roof, a cafe until 12 at night. The food at the rooftop cafe and the drinks are just top notch.
