I really liked the hotel. Clean, cozy, warm and sincere. The staff is friendly, polite and attentive. I liked the kitchen. No frills, but the cook cooks like "for himself". Very tasty. A very rich breakfast buffet. Salads, sliced cheese, meat/sausages are available. Fruits, various sauces (5 types), kefir, milk, compote, tea, coffee beans!!!, which is quite important. And hotter:scrambled eggs of different cooking recipes and porridge. And what is the cost of unlimited access to the pool + 30 ° and sauna!!!!! Abkhazian paradise))) The rooms are clean and cozy. There is always hot water and light!!! For Abkhazia, this is wow. The lights are turned off there often, several times a day for a long time. In Citrus, the longest time was 3 minutes 1 time. Administrators Olga, Lyudmila, Victoria. Girls, the guests will choose your hotel, just to meet your smiles in the lobby every day, I'm sure. Three even for a budget vacation. The territory is not bad, there is a small swimming pool. The food is without frills, not always suitable for children. There was practically no fruit. There is no animation, only if there is drunken dancing in a bar. I won't go a second time.

We stayed at the hotel in June 2023. It can be seen that the hotel is new! Family room, two-room with a balcony. The breakfasts are excellent, daily cleaning, tea, water, slippers, bathrobes, shampoos - everything is there. There was always hot water. The mountain view is gorgeous on the 6th floor, where there is a swimming pool. The pool is deep- 1m70, with small children is not an option. We went to the sea in the afternoon, a 5-minute walk, and in the evening went up to the pool, there is a bar. You can't hear music from the bar in the evening at all (we lived on the 4th floor), you will wake up to the singing of birds. Wi-Fi works intermittently, but on the roof where the pool is flying. Next to the Ritz restaurant, they cook very tasty, but it's expensive. And in the receipt, tea for 400, can turn into 500)))The hotel is excellent for Abkhazia, there is something to compare it with, I advise you!

Nice hotel. Modern. The senior bartender and the pool bar are on fire. The breakfasts are homemade and delicious, but if you come to the end, everything can be eaten. What we lacked:
The room is empty. You need to add a sofa or ottomans in front of the TV. It's uncomfortable to watch him from the bed.
The bathroom smells like sewage.
The food in the cafe is average. The prices are not low, and the quality of the dishes is mediocre. And the portion size does not at all pull at Caucasian hospitality.
Overall, the impressions are good, we would like to come back and recommend it!

We are coming here for the second year . They were in 2023 and in October 2024. As usual: everything is at the highest level. The rooms are cleaned every day , the pool and sauna perfectly complement the vacation, the buffet breakfast - there is always a choice. The convenient location of the hotel , its own Parking , 4 minutes to the sea. Compared to many hotels in Abkhazia, I consider citrus the best. Terrible hotel, terrible staff, except for the cleaners and the receptionist (namely women) at the reception, after having lunch in their restaurant, everyone who was with us was poisoned.
It feels like you didn't come to the hotel for 10k a day, but to visit the employees and they are always not happy with your presence.
The rooms are dirty, it smells damp in the shower and toilet.
There was a rotten sausage at the breakfast included in the price.
In this hotel, employees are absolutely unable to communicate with guests and have no respect for them.
This is a quiet horror, not a hotel)
The whole impression of the holiday was ruined.
The heated pool was out of order, although the workers said it was fine, it was 19 degrees outside, the pool was 22..
Apparently the guys don't know what a heated pool is)
But after our comments, it still warmed up to 27-28 degrees..
As an apology, the hotel administration presented us with a bottle of sparkling wine.
And now I'll tell you about the bar, I can't judge who's to blame there, but the fact that they sell burnt alcohol is a fact
About buying a martini, they pour you some kind of booze that resembles moonshine in smell, and also differs in color from the original drink)
I can't judge what will happen after drinking the drink, we didn't drink it..

We had a rest in Citrus at the end of January!
A great hotel with a beautiful interior and comfortable rooms. The European level. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel with cameras!
A balcony, chairs and a table with a view of the city and mountains.
Good location relative to: attractions, restaurants, beach.
We had a standard room.
The room is large, bright, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, warm, very clean.
The bathroom has underfloor heating, clean and new plumbing.
In the rooms: cosmetics (toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo), bathrobes and slippers. Clothes dryer.
The hotel has a heated swimming pool and sauna, which is included in the room rate. It's all clear! The pool is very warm and the view is amazing!
There is a laundry service!
The breakfasts (included in the price) and lunches (complex) are decent!
You won't stay hungry!
Breakfast: eggs, sausage of various types, cheese, porridge, free coffee from the coffee machine at the bar (this is a separate plus)!
The staff is friendly, customer-oriented!
Upon check-in, we were greeted at the reception by a simply charming girl and despite the late (night check-in) She explained everything and showed us!

A European-style hotel in Abkhazia in Gagra! A really warm pool +32, excellent cleaning, delicate bed linen, elevator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, beautiful roof view: sauna, pool and rooftop bar. Lovely and friendly staff who really want to help with your question! I love this hotel, I feel at home, I will come many more times! There is a JBL Partybox speaker, we played music on the roof (our own pool party :) The store, establishments and the sea are within walking distance. We were in May 2022 and have just returned now in March. Food is cheaper in this hotel, not in establishments, cocktails are tastier than in establishments, breakfasts are delicious, there is a bicycle rental literally 500 m away. I have something to compare it with - this cozy small hotel definitely deserves your attention, I was in Sochi in several hotels, in Thailand, in Georgia, and I remember Citrus. The photos on the website correspond to the hotel completely!

Keep in mind that they are out of season, the restaurant in the hotel did not work, it is not realistic to find a good cafe or restaurant nearby, since it is not the season. The rooms were cleaned, the territory was clean. But the pool was cleaned only the first half, they asked them to clean it completely two days later, two days later they cleaned the second half. The buffet breakfast was 3 days out of 4. On the first day, food was brought on a tray, without the right to choose. The pool was important to us, in the early days we were very disappointed that it was dirty. The absence of a cook also entails a minus one star. It's probably not bad there in the summer, it's better not to go in the spring

We are staying at this hotel from August 20 to August 27, 2022. Everything was wonderful from the towel to the staff. The hotel is cozy and modern. On the 6th floor there is a swimming pool with a beautiful view of the mountains, a sauna, a bar. Prices, of course, are higher than average. But on the last day we ordered a "club sandwich 400 gr." for 500rubles for lunch. It included French fries, cheese sauce, 2 delicious sandwiches. Satisfying and sooo delicious. On his birthday, the hotel presented him with a bottle of champagne. It was also very pleasant and unexpected. That evening we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was very satisfying and delicious again. The staff is friendly and will always help. It's stuffy in the corridors, but everything in the rooms is comfortable: large beds, bathroom, air conditioning. We lived on the 4th floor. There is an elevator and stairs. There is a terrace outside, where you can also have breakfast. The breakfasts were hearty, there was something to choose from: porridges, cereals with milk, salads, fruits. We ate too much. Once I just got an over-salted salad. Uncritical. In general, we wish the hotel prosperity and not to lose its status, as it often happens that after a while it gets worse. We wish that this did not happen and you always had a stream of guests.
PS. 5 minutes walk to the sea. The beach is above average. Sun beds and umbrellas are available for a fee (umbrella 150₽/day). Pebbles. The sea is great. Sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from some side. But you can just sit on the other side. There are grocery stores and cafes near the hotel.

- everything is new and modern: furniture, household appliances, the interior of the room and common areas; and sooo nice soft carpet!
- the huge area of the room - really for the first time in many years I lived in such a spacious room in a hotel!
- it's really 5 minutes to the sea. The beach is equipped with sun loungers, canopies and umbrellas (paid, of course);
- Delicious and varied breakfast buffet;
- A relaxation area with a heated pool and a sauna on the roof is a very cool feature, especially when the weather is not good;
CONS: there are few of them, and they are small, but still:
- The Internet is "drizzling". Wi-Fi is weak, but it disappears completely from time to time;
- There is no balcony. You have to put a dryer with things right in the room;
Summary: a very good hotel, especially for Gagra, where most of the housing stock has been preserved since Soviet times. I definitely recommend it.

I am delighted with this hotel. Everything is new, cozy modern rooms, spotlessly clean. The accommodation includes a delicious breakfast: porridge to choose from, scrambled eggs with sausages, coffee, a buffet with sliced fruits, pastries.
And the best part is that the accommodation includes a heated rooftop pool and sauna. At any time of the year, it is a great addition to your vacation.
By the way, we moved to this hotel from a neighboring one, because the quality of rooms and service is much higher here. This is an unexpectedly cool service for Abkhazia, we were really preparing for the worst, but this hotel was our find, and moving to it is the best solution for our vacation.
The only problem is the low-power refrigerator in the room. The products that need to be cold were given to the administrators for storage in the bar refrigerator. The refrigerator in the room is only suitable for storing fruits and cooling drinks.

The bathroom always stank of something. Caesar salad with chicken is disgusting - with rotten lettuce leaves, spiced chicken and vile sauce. The internet is slow, but this problem is everywhere here. On the plus side, the breakfasts were not bad, the room was cleaned every day, they did not forget to bring water. I liked the cocktails at the pool bar. We had a nice vacation with the children! We will recommend it.

We only got acquainted with the restaurant. They did not live in the hotel itself. There is a complete discrepancy between quality and cost.
Soups are not rich - just lean meat floating in a weak broth.
One of the soups is listed in the 600g menu - they brought an ordinary 250g plate.
The sauce for the hinkals is clearly based on mayonnaise, and they forgot to bring it to the first portion. It was delivered only ten minutes later, along with the second one.
The boat was brought unpeeled. We said that we refuse to eat such a thing - and there was no desire to wait for the preparation of a new one. We were told that they would bring the same bitten one now, only they would bake it better.
I would put one, but I will add one star for free champagne on the eve of NG.
We need to learn how to work with clients.

Pros: the hotel is new, clean, modern, very large room for standard, there is a dryer in the room, comfortable bed, smart TV, pleasant staff.
The recreation area is on the 6th floor with a swimming pool and a bar, but the pool is deep, you need to keep an eye on the kids from the sun beds, just be nearby.
The Wi-Fi worked well.
Cons: breakfast is a little weak, you won't stay hungry, but I would like normal coffee and a toaster could be put on and a couple of cheeses. And breakfast itself can be arranged early, it is from 8 to 9, and not everyone has time to take it out at 8.
In general, it's good, but for this money I would like to do better.

We stayed at the hotel from 13.06 to 20.06.22 in room 506 on the 5th floor.
From the good: very clean, the furniture in the hotel is new, the standard room has a large bed and a comfortable mattress, and the room itself is large. The hotel is well located inside Gagra, somewhere in the center. There is a pleasant veranda on the roof where you can sunbathe and drink a cocktail.
Of the 7 days of stay, there was no hot water for 5 days. It was sometimes in the afternoon, and in the morning and evening it was mostly absent. And this is if the hotel has its own reservoirs. You turn on the faucet, you wait... and as a result, you wash yourself with cold water. We repeatedly asked at the reception why this was so, each time we received a different answer: "what you want is Abkhazia", that we are the only ones complaining and everything is fine with the water. But there was still no hot water more often than there was. Then we learned from other tourists in Gagra that this is not normal and in other hotels everyone is fine with water, despite the fact that this is Abkhazia.
The receptionists are not always friendly. There was a beautiful girl Elena, she somehow tried to smooth out the unpleasant moments of her stay at the hotel, and there was also an arrogant woman with brown hair, she forgot her name.. she has every answer as a favor and does not want to go back to the hotel after talking with her, not only to ask something, but also to return to the hotel.
There is a roof with a swimming pool above our room, so if you are settled on the 5th floor, be prepared for the fact that if you swim in the pool, your room will gurgle like in a saucepan. Sometimes in the morning, when you can still sleep.
The breakfasts are average. Sometimes there are a lot of plates, but these are different variations of the same thing. The vegetables were often sluggish, the cherries were rotten. There are very few hot dishes and due to the fact that there are no burners, the food cools down quickly. And if you can't have milk and gluten, you're going to have a hard time.
One day, the maid threw away my packages of new things that were lying on the nightstand: from a beach bag, brooches, because they seemed like garbage to her. As is customary in this hotel, instead of apologizing, they told me that it is so customary to throw away any bags and packages, otherwise guests complain that they were not thrown away for them. This is the first time I've heard this, but I sincerely believe that garbage is only in the trash, and everything else is not the maid's business. It seems like a small thing, but it's so unpleasant. Moreover, the communication was a la "it is necessary to remove it from a prominent place so that we do not throw it away." I wanted to get these employees out of sight..
In general, the hotel itself is not bad, but due to part of the staff and the lack of such basic amenities as hot water, there is no desire to visit this hotel a second time.

A wonderful hotel! The best that we managed to find in Gagra. There is a spa area (heated pool and Finnish sauna) with a relaxation area on the roof. The price includes a European buffet breakfast.
The rooms are clean, bright, cozy, the room has carpet, underfloor heating, a large modern TV with smart TV, bathrobes and slippers. The hotel is new, it was nice to feel like one of the first guests, a very decent level for Abkhazia.
Among the disadvantages, the restaurant has a small menu, the serving and service are weak, as in the whole of Abkhazia. There is no choice of dry wines. If you are planning an evening dinner, it is better to choose another location.
The reception staff is super, they found good accommodation options when the hotel is fully loaded.

Everything is brand new (built in 2021, it seems), clean. Cleaning every day. All questions and requests were answered at the reception (in fairness, sometimes the interaction on the part of the administrator was dry, but in general it was fine, the main thing for me was that the task was solved).
The pool is gorgeous, very warm, even during the cold April rain. The sauna is small, but clean and pleasant.
The breakfasts are good. There was nothing straight "Wow", but it was quite varied and delicious. We took porridge, eggs, vegetables, casserole, fruits, nuts, tea/coffee/milk/yogurt, salad, sweets (purchased).
The room is very pleasant (standard), especially the bathroom. I recommend.

Two stars can only be given for the wonderful woman who served us every time with a smile, her name is Karina, And the young bartender (I don't remember the name). But, unfortunately, we can't put more than two stars. Initially, when we stopped by, we were met by a woman who was apparently not very happy with her work, and we also dealt with the room for another 40 minutes, as the previous receptionist messed up with booking the room. One day at lunchtime, my husbands and I were relaxing in the room, when they start knocking on the door, my husband says in a loud voice, "just a second!", but the cleaner immediately opens the door and says, "Oh, give me the garbage then, I'll throw it away." To say that we were shocked is to say nothing. The most annoying thing is that we ate only at the hotel and went. The food is really not fresh, so it's definitely poisoning, not E. coli, since the condition for these diseases is different. So we spent the last day and a half in the room without leaving, as it was very bad. It is very sad that everything turned out this way.

We had a vacation with a guy in April of the 23rd year. They took the improved standard of a large one. The room turned out to be extremely uncomfortable, empty or something, but this did not affect the accommodation in any way. A beautiful bathroom with underfloor heating (sort of), everything dried quickly and it was warm.
Among the advantages: close to the sea, delicious breakfasts, stylish renovation, there is a swimming pool and sauna, in general the hotel is not bad
Of the cons: the pool is very deep! You don't touch the bottom anywhere, there aren't even handrails to rest and hold on to. Even adults who can swim feel terrible discomfort, not to mention children.

The view from the balconies (not all rooms are from the balcony) is simply magnificent. tomorrow is bombastic)) I recommend it 100%. However, the price bites in the season. And what a pool!! with the purest heated water. We sailed quietly in early April.

A wonderful cozy and very modern hotel. The ladies at the reception are ready to help with any question. Ivan the bartender is great. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. The rooftop pool has remained in our heart. Prosperity hotel! The only request is to review the furniture in the rooms. We lived in a family room. There is a very short table and 2 armchairs in the bedroom.
