The beautiful facilities on the roof of the hotel, the bar and the pool are just super. The bartender makes good cocktails. The sauna is accessible almost around the clock. Breakfast food for every taste. We also ate at the hotel, everything was delicious. In general, a good place in Gagra, I recommend it!

A good hotel in Gagra, but for fans of good 4* it may not seem quite appropriate. The rooms are nice, but a little damp. The staff is quite friendly, the cleaning is decent.
Breakfasts are average, let's say, everything is not of the highest quality, they save money. Breakfast itself starts at 8 a.m., which is a little late if you want to go on a guided tour. At the same time, when I went down at 8:06, and began to collect a plate, a lady came out and irritably said, "Well, I said 5 more minutes."
Instant coffee Nescafe from a jar, take it with a spoon. Butter is more like margarine.

I didn't want to rate it, but I couldn't send a review otherwise. A very dangerous staircase to the 6th floor, with a wide span, or rather almost no railing.The design is such that it is dangerous for an adult to lean on, and children can fall like that.We were there at the very opening, so we may have already fixed it. Tasteless food. apparently the chefs have all gone to work in the big cities!And this is everywhere. You can probably find something, but we haven't found it in a week.It was very nice when they packed a snack bag for us on the road and opened the cookies on the plane))

We rested from October 29 to November 2, everything was fine, especially the kitchen. The hotel was chosen with the presence of a swimming pool, but hopes were not fulfilled (there was no heating). It is clear that it was not the season, there were few tenants.

The hotel is a bomb!!!!! I wrote a whole poem earlier about how cool you are, but for some reason only two words were published. Sauna, swimming pool, restaurant, sea and mountain views, friendly staff combine to give the rest a fabulous feeling. I will definitely come to this hotel!!!

I love this hotel with all my heart. The view of the mountains from the pool is amazing. Elevator, sauna and renovation in rooms for 5+. Polite administrators.
For breakfast, I would like a wider range and a coffee machine.

The hotel was very disappointing. The reservation was made in advance, but 5 days before arrival, the hotel raised prices and the total cost of arrival rose by 20 thousand rubles. The booking had no effect at the fixed cost - either pay or look for another hotel. Complete indifference to customers... I do not recommend it

The service is terrible. The staff is rude, the breakfast food ends earlier than the stated time, keep in mind, have time for breakfast an hour before the end. The breakfasts are monotonous. The hotel is not worth the money. The attitude of the staff is as if they are doing you a favor.
