A terrible bank! To open an account for salary transfer, I had to go to the office 4 times (there are always queues and waiting time is about an hour) and this is to the head office. Now there is a new problem: the company has transferred the salary to my account (this transaction is in the statement), but the account and card are empty, no payment can be made. At first, they said about the waiting time for the display on the account of 3 hours. After this time, they said that the maximum waiting period according to the bank's charter is up to 1 day. After another call to the bank, after a day, they already say that the transfer will be made no later than the next business day. BNB bank is one continuous problem, I do not advise anyone to contact it.
To exchange currency, I waited an hour and a half!!! They are not in a hurry at all, and this problem has existed for a long time, maybe it's time to change something?
Really terrible service - it was today 06/01/2021 at 104 Dzerzhinsky Ave. (Titan Shopping Center), the hotel opened an account, 3 (THREE) people worked, not counting the cash registers, took a ticket - queue 0, waited 20 minutes, no one called me, got ready and went to another bank. As the scoop was, it remained.
We thought that since the queue is long, it turns out that we will stand in it for a long time. An-no. A lot of people came and after 20 minutes we were already accepted. Not that it's a credit to the bank. It's just a story. I'm not even a cardholder here. Please.
IP maintenance is a quiet horror, not only is the prepayment for the next month withdrawn at the beginning of the current one, but also when blocking the Internet bank, they withdraw the amount of 25 rubles for account maintenance on general terms, and then when funds arrive, they also withdraw 20 rubles for the Internet bank. Everything is in automatic mode and they can't do anything like that.
My bank, I have been served there as a customer for two years now. Very pleasant service for a premium card, plus a better VIP branch than in other banks.
The bank is disgusting. I come in the evening, around 19.00, to repay the loan, and they tell me that it is not possible to do this, because their program does not work at this time, the payment is accepted until 17.00, and then the server does not work. What? Are you serious? What kind of kindergarten is this? With such service, you will not be able to set foot on you anymore, after the loan is closed, the benefit is not long left.
