Really terrible service - it was today 06/01/2021 at 104 Dzerzhinsky Ave. (Titan Shopping Center), the hotel opened an account, 3 (THREE) people worked, not counting the cash registers, took a ticket - queue 0, waited 20 minutes, no one called me, got ready and went to another bank. As the scoop was, it remained.

I have never stood in line for less than half an hour (Independence, 87a); the concept of "consultant" is not available on the hall, the cashier (currency exchange) will advise clients on managing funds in a mobile application until the melt and the whole queue will wait 20 minutes... Often, bank customers themselves do not know what they need - it takes at least 10 minutes for each one to free the cash register from each such :/

The service life has expired, I have not used the cards for a long time. I recently received a beautiful letter from them that one of the counterparties made a refund to me, come and get your money. In fact: I sat in their office for an hour and a half, THREE bank specialists tried to withdraw money in their program, called colleagues, consulted, BUT nothing happened because they can withdraw whole dollars, but not cents! This is a fiasco! They wrote down their contacts and promised to contact us when they figure out their software. A week has passed, no call, no money!
