The hotel does not pull more than 3. Who admires, sweeter carrots have not seen. As some write, you come in- a fairy tale. I searched, searched for this fairy tale and did not find it. 2 brooms are standing, that's all the beauty. There is no place to walk around at all, one small supermarket, the guys there are cool.
The food is so-so. Many people write that sweets are just delicious. It's so disgusting, you just can't eat.
Utter disappointment.

A super great hotel with its own beach. Customer-oriented, courteous staff. The rooms have a great view of the sea. In the dining room on the street near the pool, be careful - predatory crows sitting next to palm trees can steal breakfast;)

Rested from January 3-10, 2023. I will not put this hotel above 3 stars. I read reviews and am surprised, apparently people did not rest in good 5x. Positive: nice interior, cleaning every day, heated swimming pool, good cooking, there are always free sun beds. Cons: small territory, discrepancy of services in the price list: (steam / hammam does not work). There is a small sauna with a 2-by-2 Jacuzzi attached to it, which does not boil from the word 'at all'. The assortment of dishes is small, seafood has been waiting for Christmas, fruits from ripe only pineapples, sometimes watermelon, apples. If you do not have everything included, then you will see juices only for breakfast, in a diluted form or for an additional fee from the pack. There is a mosque near the hotel, there is no noise insulation in the rooms.

August 2023. Expectations and good reviews were not met. The food is all spicy. What are the kids eating here?? The whistle is either heard from the ventilation on the beach, or from the sewage treatment plants in the pool. Annoying and interrupts the noise of the waves. Seven days to listen to this is a sentence... I didn't like it. There is nothing but a beautiful hall and fresh flowers here. Ngmera are old.The sea is really dirty. A lot of Russians. It's a shame that it's not a five, but rather a three.

We rested here from 01.07.2023 to 07.07.2023. Beautiful hotel, generally liked. The staff is polite, the rooms are clean and well cleaned, the food is not very varied, but delicious, the basik is clean. We lived on the 2nd floor with a view of the city, and there was a terrace where you could walk. We will be happy to come here again

September 2021. The hotel is good. The cuisine is amazing, everything is very tasty, the range of dishes is huge. If they talk about monotony, then I want to ask a question, and then what do you eat at home? The rooms are nice, the bed linen is fine and they also change every day. The reception staff is very good-natured, solve any problems.I would especially like to mention the employee whose name is Abdul, he is Russian-speaking. At our request, he moved without any problems from a room whose windows overlooked the mosque to a room with a sea view. Thanks a lot to him, because prayer started very early and we woke up, and on vacation I want to sleep. Tea, coffee, and water were always replenished in a timely manner. I recommend this hotel.

Kapetsky kapets! Instead of a room for three, with a double bed and a single bed for a child, for which we paid, we got a room with 2 single beds. The beach is very small, fenced with 2 huge piers. Don't expect any aesthetics. The only place for entertainment is the swimming pool, in which everything is splashing permanently. There are no interesting places nearby. The food is edible, but cheap and not tasty. There is only a good Turkish restaurant nearby and that's it. Drinking water is very bad, the taste is not fresh. They are greeted solemnly, pathetically, the staff is friendly. But there's really nothing to do there, just fry and sit in the pool. It's better to go straight to Dubai to the hotel. Well, or in extreme cases, choose the next one, at least there is a normal beach and a bigger pool.

An ancient hotel with a claim for 3* maximum. Everything is old, dusty and mildewy. The territory is small, without special conditions, food for a solid three. And the attitude towards the Russians on 1*: the service staff barely restrains their contempt, especially "impressed" Mohammed at the reception…The city is dirty, away from the hotel it resembles India with colorful streets, buildings and shoes at the entrance to the buildings. Out of the top five, apparently, only the cost of stay.

I travel a lot, but this is the first time I'm writing a review.Arrived in the morning.At the reception they said to wait 2 hours until the room is available or to pay extra for another ("superior").We refused.Breakfast is not allowed on the day of arrival, so I had to buy coffee at the bar (expensive).You can change your clothes and go to the restaurant from the pool side (no one asks there).The room was given a large one.2 rooms,2 TVs,2 balconies,a kitchen with a headset(large).But...why?all the tables are empty.There are no spoons, no plates, nothing.In the shower there is not a single hook, not a single shelf (not very convenient)Well, they turned a blind eye to it.The cleaning in the room, on the territory is good, the staff is polite.There is no animation, but it is AOE. But the most important thing is food.For many years of traveling, I have encountered this problem for the first time.There's nothing to eat...We don't eat meat.(yes, and there is not much of it)From fish only telapia.Watermelons from fruits, apples in the morning, oranges are few, sometimes not enough.The tables are close to each other, there is not enough space.Would I go back to this hotel, no, no, no.Therefore, I am writing this review so that no one will repeat my mistake(although I've read a lot of good reviews).I forgot, when bathing, you can step on a substance that smells like fuel oil.Shorter instead of 5*, weak 3*

The renovation in the rooms is a little older than it could be, but everything is convenient and comfortable. One of the disadvantages could be attributed to the proximity of the mosque, but we got used to it, woke up and went to the beach.

Rested in December 2022. One of the advantages is its own beach (we took a view of the sea - we never regretted it) Sleep quality by 5! The mattress is comfortable, the bed linen is snow-white and naturally cotton.The sound insulation is excellent. The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied.The service is also good. There was enough room for everyone on the beach. In general, everything is decent. It can be seen, of course, that the hotel is not new-a small repair would not hurt. And sooo weak wi-fi.

Check-in to the booked room happened instead of 15.00 at 21.30. They gave a transit number for this period, but when you are on the road for half a day, you want to sleep in YOUR bed. The first impression of the hotel was immediately spoiled! Then they gave a big number, but the sediment remained. The food is average. There are a lot of sun beds, but there is very little shade. Umbrellas and palm trees are not enough. There is almost no territory, as well as a normal swimming pool. The cleaning is good. The staff is moderately friendly. I don't want to go back.
