I wanted to thank the hotel staff for organizing the holiday!
We were upgraded and given a room on the top floor, the view from the balcony is amazing in the morning, afternoon and evening, no comments, only positive feelings! The weather was wonderful, it was comfortable and good!
MY ADVICE TO YOU: in no case do not trust the girls from fur coats that are inside the hotel. I don't remember the name of that girl, but she somehow came into trust and kind of helped us. after her working day, she went for a walk with us and showed us the city. We went to the gift shop which is not far from our hotel and then took us to the office where the excursions. Of course, we trusted and bought 3 excursions, but on the way back from another company, a guy named Vadim, if I'm not mistaken, offered us his excursions at much lower prices. By the way, tourists advised us on the beach to buy excursions at the traffic light, so I realized that they were talking about this guy... Then they realized that this girl just gets a percentage from each purchased souvenirs, perfumes and excursions. it just wasn'T NICE of her. And the excursions were postponed, then the safari driver was an hour late to come for us.

The hotel is great, there is only one minus, you come to breakfast and all the tables are dirty, they are simply not cleaned, or they are cleaned but very slowly.So you run around with a plate in search of a clean table.And so the hotel is of course gorgeous, cleaned every day, all the accessories were changed and brought every day too.There were slippers, but there were no bathrobes.

Not a bad hotel. There are small disadvantages: monotonous diet. Strange salads with pasta and potatoes. The bed linen is slightly shabby, with holes. One of the advantages is a free shuttle service to the Dubai Mall every day and to local shopping malls. There is a good walking area nearby.

We had a rest with my husband on 21.06-28.06.21. I really liked the hotel, the sea is clean and very warm. If algae washed up on the shore, then the guys cleaned it all up. The room was cleaned every day, coffee, tea and water were brought every day. There is a bath and a shower. We had a sea view room, but it was so hot that we only went out to the balcony to hang up and take off our underwear. The staff is very friendly, will help and explain everything. Many people speak a little Russian. My husband had a birthday on the 26th and the staff brought a cake and everyone sang a congratulatory song to him. 300 meters from the hotel there is a shop where they sell alcohol. We went to the fish market... Here we got a huge pleasure. Crabs, lobsters, lobsters bought 1 kg each, they also clean and make a grill there! And a total of 2 tons came out. Rub. We didn't go on an ocean tour, people weren't thrilled. But on safari...Yes! I really liked it! Laperla's show is beautiful, but very expensive. And we took a tour of Dubai, Very interesting and informative! We did not go up to the Burj Khalifa, queues and many did not have time to see the dancing fountains. And we watched it 4 times and had a tremendous pleasure. I recommend this hotel to everyone! We have been in an Arabic fairy tale!

A good hotel in general, there is one caveat, on the roof of the right wing there are outdoor air conditioning units that make noise so that it is impossible to sleep even in the left wing with a closed balcony.

The food is monotonous, the same thing every day. There is no service in the dining room: water will not be poured, appliances will not be brought, dirty plates are not cleaned immediately. There is often no bartender in the bar on the street. When cleaning, personal belongings are touched, moved, the shaving machine has disappeared. When checking in for 2 people, they gave 1 bathrobe, but then they took it away without changing it to a clean one. In the photo, they laid a towel and laid out cosmetics the way they wanted

Hello.I had a rest from 18.09. to 25.09.2021. The hotel is magnificent! I had a room with a balcony overlooking the sea . The room is clean, wet cleaning daily, towels are changed daily. The linen is snow-white. The room is replenished daily with bottled drinking water, tea, coffee, sugar-all in the assortment. There is an iron, ironing board,hair dryer. The beach is clean, the cleaners of the territory keep an eye on it. Towels, deck chairs are free of charge.Delicious, varied cuisine, cook amazingly.I wanted to try everything! The hotel staff is friendly, smiling, responsive. I especially want to mention a young man named Abdul at the reception. He speaks excellent Russian, is always ready to help in case of questions. I left the most favorable impression! I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel, I didn't notice any moments that overshadowed my vacation for myself. Everything is on the level!

Rested from January 3-10, 2023. I will not put this hotel above 3 stars. I read reviews and am surprised, apparently people did not rest in good 5x. Positive: nice interior, cleaning every day, heated swimming pool, good cooking, there are always free sun beds. Cons: small territory, discrepancy of services in the price list: (steam / hammam does not work). There is a small sauna with a 2-by-2 Jacuzzi attached to it, which does not boil from the word 'at all'. The assortment of dishes is small, seafood has been waiting for Christmas, fruits from ripe only pineapples, sometimes watermelon, apples. If you do not have everything included, then you will see juices only for breakfast, in a diluted form or for an additional fee from the pack. There is a mosque near the hotel, there is no noise insulation in the rooms.

We came to rest at the Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel in June, 2021, together.. The first and all subsequent impressions about the hotel and its employees are the most positive. We checked in in the evening, no problems, quickly. The reception staff is very friendly, polite. He quickly served us, allocated a delightful room, informed us about all the information we were interested in. The territory of the hotel is not large, but very cozy. Blooming, well-groomed plants, a clean beach, delicious breakfasts, especially pastries, pleased the eye. But...special admiration was aroused by the artistic design of the hotel lobby. I was pleased that the hotel and its staff, in difficult times, do everything possible to ensure a comfortable stay for their visitors!
