The staff is friendly. It's quite international. The middle managers spoke to their subordinates in English. But this is normal because it is clearly easier for a Vietnamese to communicate with a Somali in this way than for both to learn Arabic. There were also Russian speakers, but weakly. The rooms are large. They cleaned every day, the laundry every other day, but you can do it more often if you ask. Water, tea, coffee in the room (there was a local electric kettle) were always replenished. The sockets in the room are the English version (three plugs). Don't forget the adapter. The hotel and the beach are clean. Of the cons. There are no changing rooms on the beach. It's very inconvenient. The welcoming party was very upset. The guide Irina Dernova is an unpleasant person. When he realizes that there is nothing to sell, interest disappears to a state of disgust. I think we bought a survey map opposite at the Parus travel agency from Tatiana. The tour is gorgeous, although we were late for dinner, but in the process, meals were provided. Another disadvantage is the mosque right in front of the window. We visited the UAE for the first time.
But there are already many wonderful places behind us, where I have had a chance to relax in very good hotels, there is something to compare with.
In a situation where I have seen good quality in the past, it is even more pleasant to write that we were VERY SATISFIED with our stay at the BAHI AJMAN PALACE HOTEL.
Despite the small territory of the hotel, everything in it is very cozy and self-sufficient for a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing rest.
The staff is all very responsive, friendly, hospitable and promptly responding to any requests.

I stayed at this hotel from December 16th to 20th. I liked almost everything!, which, you must admit, happens infrequently. I'll start with the fact that after the cruise we arrived at the hotel early, at 11 o'clock. And, despite the fact that check-in at the hotel after 15, we were almost immediately checked in, and not in the standard that we booked, but in a very nice two-room room with two balconies and a view of the sea. And, mind you, they didn't charge us a penny for it! I was really amazed when I entered the room, because I didn't ask for anything like that. The hotel is very clean, the linen was changed every day, early in the morning I saw from the window how the beach, pool and entrance to the sea were cleaned. The restaurant is small, but everything is delicious, special thanks to the pastry chef, the sweet table is great! A small fly in the ointment: there were no towel hooks in the bathroom, only on the door for bathrobes, which is not very convenient. But the towels were changed every day! We didn't see who cleaned our room, but it was cleaned every day, it was always clean. In general, I put a solid "5" and I will be happy to come back to this hotel if the opportunity presents itself.

I liked the hotel, but it doesn't take 5 minutes. The cleaning is good, the furniture is too, towels and linen were changed every day. The service is good, but the food does not last for 5 minutes. There is nothing for children, soups are seasoned, meat is mostly grilled, mashed potatoes were twice a week. It was possible to order French fries and nuggets separately for the children, but my children don't eat them. The pools are clean, lifeguards are working well, the beach is being cleaned. In general, I liked everything, but it would be nice if the hotel adapted the food for children a little and varied the menu.

I really liked the food, we ate pilaf, it was every day, but all the time with different fillings, even with eggplant and such a long rice, I have not seen yet. Special thanks to the pastry chefs for the delicious pies. We took everything inclusive and overeated in full. Every day there are watermelon, melon of two types, apples, tangerines or oranges. The territory of the hotel is small, but the hotel itself is like a castle, you can get lost. There are 9 elevators, maybe more. The hotel is built in such a way that all rooms overlook the sea and the pool. The water was cool for me, although the temperature was indicated on the Internet at 27 g. There was no heat, we tanned until 12:30 and then came at 15:30. At 17 o'clock, the sun is already fully setting. We went to the sauna to warm up and wash there more conveniently. Sauna, Jacuzzi, hammam, sports.the gym is free of charge. In general, I liked the rest. I recommend this hotel.

From the bay side, it is always fresh on the beach, it is comfortable to swim or just relax.
For a beach holiday, that's the thing. And I didn't find anything to do in Ajman. It is good that there is a free shuttle service to the Dubai Mall.

We liked it, all the beaches at the hotels are owned and therefore it is impossible for outsiders to walk on them. There is a very large embankment nearby, we walked there, everything is within walking distance. The transfer was free only to the Ajman Shopping Center. We took an excursion to Dubai at the agency opposite the hotel, liked it, it's not tedious, no shopping, it's better to go to Dubai Mall by taxi, I think, if you really need to shop! The weather at the beginning of December is fine, but by the middle it was already cool for us, the sea was starting to storm and the winds were blowing. We were with our daughter for the first time in this hotel. We were satisfied with the room, it was not with a view of the bay, but there was a balcony with access to the roof, where you could walk, admire the views, flowers and shrubs (they are planted there).
The room is large with two separate beds, refrigerator, safe, ironing board, dishes. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower. Cleaning every day, the food in the restaurant is decent, the staff is not annoying, but attentive, they solve all issues. There are Russian speakers at the reception.
The beach is clean, there is always a place, towels are given out.
In the evening there is a place to walk - near the Museum, the embankment, shops and restaurants. I recommend this hotel - for a cozy, relaxing holiday - that's it.

Your choice of what to eat will be immediately curtailed, there are few sweets, fruits too. In short, they survived. Otherwise, a normal hotel for recreation, the staff is very friendly, the cleaning is good, they try. The beach is suitable for children, but the sea often recedes. It was stormy for many days, but the vacation did not spoil. I'm not sure if we'll come again, but I can't recommend it either, choose for yourself.
