We rested in this hotel with 2 families in the period from 10/13/2024-10/19/2024. The hotel has a beautiful green area, a lot of greenery, flowers and fruit trees. On our arrival, tangerines on trees, persimmons, grapes, feijoa, pomegranates were just sung. There is a heated swimming pool, but the sea water was much warmer. There are plenty of umbrellas and sun beds near the pool. The check-in was quick enough. There are also cozy gazebos and a barbecue area on the territory. The rooms are completely decent. There is carpet on the floor, a large double bed, a TV (it worked in both rooms), air conditioning, a wardrobe with hangers, a kettle, bedside tables, plumbing in the bathroom is of course already tired, but everything is in good order. The mattress is good, it was quite comfortable to sleep, pastel white, without stains, towels are not so white anymore, but this is not critical. There is no cleaning in the room, it was not critical for us either. The staff is smart, beyond praise. In one room, the light bulb was not on when checking in, it was immediately replaced. The day before departure, the rains began, it turned out that the air conditioner for heating was not working in one room, they told the administrator, she and the technician came up within 10 minutes, it turned out that the air conditioner needed to be refueled, everything was done within an hour and a half. Meals at the hotel are 3 times a day. In the morning, there are 2 types of cereals to choose from, eggs in various forms, sausage, cheese, coffee, tea. For lunch there were 2 types of soup, 2 types of side dish, a choice of chicken or cutlet, there was a beetroot salad, compotes. For dinner, there is a choice of 2 side dishes and a choice of chicken or meat, as well as very tasty pastries. At the distribution, Marina and her assistant are very responsive and polite, they always reported more than you ask them to. They definitely weren't hungry in terms of nutrition. They wrote above about queues, it's the fault of vacationers exclusively, the crazy grandmothers, as in the hungry age, lined up half an hour before the start of the canteen and yelled at everyone not to get up to them. We came to eat an hour later, there were no queues and there was enough food. Wi-Fi is very weak. The sea is right across the road, the approach is normal pebble, the sea was warm, there are plenty of sun beds, there are canopies. The hotel has a good location. At the exit and turn right there is a bus stop, you can get to the thermal springs and the market. There are always taxis near the hotel. There is also a Magnet store nearby, a very good Maria store (accepted cards), above on the other side there is a kiosk selling excellent smoked trout, smoked mussels on skewers. I believe that this hotel has only one significant disadvantage - it is the lack of a generator. During our stay, the lights were turned off twice, and accordingly, Wi-Fi and hot water in the room automatically disappear. But I think this issue will be resolved soon, because even this year a lot of work has been done at the hotel, the changes are visible. In conclusion, I can say that we were very satisfied with our vacation and are ready to return here again. At this price, the hotel is just a credit!

We were in October, we were not very lucky with the weather, but we did not freeze. A huge plus of this hotel is that it is close to the sea, beautiful views and awesome air and nature. Everything else is as stated for 2 stars. If you are a fan of super comfort and super service, you are not here! The territory is beautiful, everything is well maintained, fruit trees on the territory, I really liked it. There is everything you need, a TV, a refrigerator, Wi-Fi, but I visited a Soviet campsite, but I remembered my youth. If you go there, then only with a cheerful company, since there is no entertainment nearby. In short, the price and quality satisfied me 😀👍

A good hotel for your money, we had a rest in October 2024. The food is good, everything is always fresh and delicious, (the chefs are great, thank them very much) meat and cheese every day. The rooms for the economy hotel are not bad, the renovation is fresh. There is a beach across the street, sun beds are free, but there is not enough for everyone, you need to borrow early in the morning.

We stayed at this hotel for a week, we really liked everything.
+ delicious homemade food 3 times a day. At the distribution, 2 lovely women serve food and there are always 2 food choices (2 types of soup, 2 types of side dish, 2 types of meat, etc.). In the morning coffee with milk, in the evening without milk, tea in the morning and evening, compote for lunch.
+ clear sea across the street, availability of free sun beds and umbrellas.
+ clean room with all amenities (there is a refrigerator, kettle, TV, hairdryer).
+ a TV with a system like a movie search, there are all kinds of movies, cartoons, TV series.
+ availability of Wi-Fi

The best hotel for your money =)
The rooms are cozy, the only thing if you want your bed to be changed more often or towels washed, you just need to ask the administrator about it =)
They are fed 3 times a day! As in the Soviet dining room, and portions are not limited, you can ask - they will put more for you)))
The service is excellent! =) The staff is good-natured and polite! I would especially like to mention the Marina (kitchen) fed us, from the bottom of my heart)))
The location is convenient - I went out - here it is the sea.
It's clean, the floors are washed constantly.
In general, I and the vacationing guys with me liked everything =)
And, by the way, if you want to go to the market on Gudauta, there is a bus for 40 rubles. in one direction, so as not to spend on a taxi.

A family of 3 people vacationed in September 2024. The price - quality is excellent! The sea is 20 m from the hotel. The hotel has a garden with tangerine and pomegranate trees.., coolness and beauty in the heat. We rested from 26.06 to 05.07. Everything is wonderful, we lived in building 1, the room is good, refrigerator, wardrobe, 📺 (although it was not connected), hair dryer, shower, bed with a new mattress, the linen was washed but fresh, the towel was changed upon request, I responded positively to any request and fulfilled. When we arrived, the administrator was Makka, a great fellow, then the administrator was Julia, also a good fellow. In the kitchen: I would like a variety, but alas, the baking is wonderful, well done cook, and the food was delicious, without frills but delicious. If I understood correctly, Marina and her daughter worked at the distribution, they were also great. Overall, we really liked this hotel, it is suitable for families, there is nothing for young people to do there. There is a cafe next to the hotel, if someone suddenly wants variety in terms of food, the prices are decent. There are several kiosks near the beach, hot pastries and very tasty smoked trout-I recommend it.

This hotel was offered to us by a travel agency. We rested from 13.06-03.07.2024. The hotel was renovated, the first days of our arrival, the Administration Room was completed, but the repair did not interfere with the rest at all, the work was carried out cleanly and neatly, the employees cleaned everything at once. Our small room was in the 2nd single-storey building in the depths of the territory. The room has comfortable new furniture (2 double beds, Euro-folding bed (extra bed), wardrobe, refrigerator, small bedside tables and coffee table). There is a kettle, hairdryer, air conditioning. The TV was not connected, but we did fine without it. A room with a bathroom. We really liked the location of the room (the shady side, silence, you can hear the birds singing, in the evening you can really hear the music from the neighboring hotel). The room has a full-length window that opens onto a shared veranda. The presence of a veranda is also very convenient, you can sit on it, chat with neighbors, as well as on the territory where there are many trees, respectively shade, there are benches with tables (they are of course already old). The hotel has a swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas. There are only hotel guests on the beach, which is very convenient, the beach is not crowded. Sun beds and umbrellas are provided, and you can also sit under the canopy, which are installed at the entrance. The beach is shallow, the sea was of a comfortable temperature, clean, turquoise. During a small storm, dry algae, twigs and debris (bags, glasses) floated in, but the staff cleaned the beach relatively quickly. The territory is green and well maintained. Room cleaning, towels and linen change on demand, sometimes we had to wait a little, but it didn't bother us at all. We had 3 meals a day included. Meals are served in the on-site dining room. I would call it home cooking. The food is delicious, varied, there is a choice of dishes, there is more than enough in quantity (we did not buy anything from the food, we bought only fruits). You can eat downstairs, or you can go up to the veranda and enjoy dinner while admiring the sea, which is 10 steps from the hotel. Various excursions can be booked from the hotel to suit every taste. You can also negotiate cheaper with local drivers and they will take you wherever you want. The hotel is located in a village, there are not many places for walking, there are small shops, tents. There is a scheduled bus service to the market. There are small nuances: there is a queue in the dining room at the beginning of lunch, not everywhere and not always catches Wi-Fi, if there is no light (and it does not turn off there regularly for a long time), then there is no Wi-Fi and hot water. Abkhazia itself has a lot of nuances. But, we were going to the sea, and it's beautiful there, and almost at the exit of the hotel (through a small dead-end road), so we were delighted with the rest. The hotel staff is very friendly and patient to all guests. Special thanks to Marina and Katya in the dining room for their work, patience and kindness; to the administrator Maka, who accepted us as her dear guests (immediately offered us lunch, chose a room convenient for us, my son is a disabled child and it was important to us). Both the staff and the guests of the hotel and all the locals we met treated my son's peculiarities with understanding and kindness, which made our stay even more comfortable. I feel like I've been in a fairy tale! I fell in love with Abkhazia! I am very pleased that I ended up in this hotel! The rest was unforgettable! The hotel's territory is small. There are several gazebos and a swimming pool area. They smoke everywhere. After 23:00, everyone is silent. There is a small trampoline behind the dining room.
▫️When checking in, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, vinegar with bleach, but we understood that this was a dez remedy.
▫️The market is 3.5km away . Taxi drivers all charge 300 rubles per car, no matter how many people are driving. Bus 40p.
▫️Wi-Fi does not catch! The overload is strong, more or less catches by the pool. The problem will be solved soon. You can purchase a SIM card for about 1200 rubles.
▫️Food, as already written, has almost no choice, but it's delicious! Milk porridges. There is always meat. The soups are good. I don't know who didn't like home-cooked meals. Fruits are not given. Alcohol and bottled sodas are sold at the distribution center.

If you want to relax, go through the whole vacation in a swimsuit...pareo ..and beach dresses ... shorts and T-shirts are definitely for you in Argo !!
I chose a hotel based on its location to the sea (20 m from the hotel )and an equipped beach ..New deck chairs (there were enough for everyone and even there were free ones)..umbrellas ..and awnings ..The sea is clean and calm..There is no storm (such a geographical location)
It was located in the 2nd single-storey building. All the furniture is new. A very comfortable bed..linen and towels are not snow-white (I am sure that this will be corrected, since at the time of rest there were still repairs in the household units )
The territory is surrounded by greenery. ..there are many flowering shrubs and fruit trees. .everything is very well maintained
A gorgeous swimming pool where you can swim 24/7.
There were problems with the light and, accordingly, with the water, but I am sure that in the future they will install their own generator and this problem will be solved

The third plus is the kitchen and its staff. Everything is delicious, fast, clean. But that's where all the advantages end. They settled us first on the ground floor. The room is damp, the beds are damp, the smell of humidity and mold. There is no hot water, there is no Internet in the room, there is no TV in the room. Since we settled in the dead of night, we just had somewhere to fall asleep. The next day we were moved to another room, already on the 3rd floor, at least there was a water heater and there was no dampness. There is a pool with muddy water on the territory of the hotel, they did not take the risk and swim in it. They forgot to give us a set of pastel for the child, they did not give us large towels. The TV didn't work all 14 days, and we paid for it. They are extremely outraged.

This is the second time we choose this hotel, I like the convenient location and proximity to the sea.
Everything is improving every year, a swimming pool has appeared, tables and chairs have been updated.The clean area and very friendly staff, the Aida administrator is always there, and if there are any questions, everything is solved immediately.
We are also happy with the food, we were not hungry.
The rooms have a TV, air conditioning. We were not looking for disadvantages, if you want, you can find them everywhere.We were going to rest and we rested.And if we go to Abkhazia, we will definitely go to this hotel.There is a sincere attitude and attention to the guests.

We stayed at this hotel from 03.05-10.05. We really liked the hotel. The rooms are comfortable. Fresh repairs have been made, doors and locks have been replaced. The air conditioner warms and cools. There is a refrigerator in the rooms. Panoramic view from the window.
The dining room is clean, comfortable, and outdoors. Three meals a day, very tasty!
Breakfast is always cheese, sausage, porridge, lunch, various soups, side dishes, meat. And it's all DELICIOUS! The choice of dishes is great! There are fruits and vegetable salads.
There is a swimming pool on site, with lighting and heated water. There are a lot of sun beds, visitors do not swear for sun beds, there is enough for everyone! At the time of our rest, we were still doing repairs. I think it will be even better in the near future than it is now!
There are fragrant trees, palm trees, flowers on the territory. In general, cleanliness and beauty!
The sea is across the street, the beach is clean, without garbage.
I would like to say a special thank you to the HOTEL STAFF. Girls, you are just a miracle! And managers, and chefs, and just working guys! There is always a smile on your face, they radiate a good mood from the very morning. They will always help, answer any questions, always meet you halfway, absolutely. We had a very good rest, there was no such warmth in any hotel. We spent it with kind parting words and a great mood!

The biggest plus is two steps to the sea.Location, service, food - we were quite satisfied. The hotel is declared as an economy and no one expected much chic, the room has a bed, shower, toilet,refrigerator, TV - that's enough. Only the condition requires washing, washing and repair. The beds creak, the shower curtain is definitely time to wash and the shower itself is flowing, the table cover is falling off. And a few more words about WiFi. He takes it only in the dining room. It rained for two days, everyone stayed at home. There was not enough space in the dining room to sit with the phone on the Internet. But there is no Internet in the rooms. The main problem is the rooms on the ground floors. They're all mildewed and the air is stale. The rest of the floors are fine, there is a TV somewhere.
Food with minimal choice, homemade, basically everything is edible and delicious.
The sea is 30m away, a big plus.

We rested from 16-25.06. Very economical . Maybe it's worth 1 star. Plus it's the sea 2 steps away and a beautiful pool area. We did not use the pool, we came to the sea. But vacationers swam at night, so the pool is 24 hours. We stopped by at night, apparently we were not expected, the room was not ready, although check-in is supposed to be from 14.00. We were not lucky with the room at all, there were no signs of repair, although it was stated that repairs had been made and the rooms were modern. When we left, we found out that such rooms were still in another building. But apparently someone will be lucky. It is stated on the website that there is a TV and a refrigerator , but it is missing. The refrigerator was brought to us after complaining to the hotel guide, they also replaced the room with a more or less decent one, but repairs were minimal and in it, towels and toilet paper were brought. In 9 days, 3 times there was a blackout and, accordingly, water. I am not writing to complain, but to inform those who want to relax there so that they are ready. Since we were not ready for this, and the first days were just in shock. Plus, the sun beds are free. The diet is monotonous, there are no vegetables and fruits. Not a buffet, as stated on the website, and not even a complex. There is no choice, what they give you, you eat. But they weren't hungry. And very good women at the distribution. But I would like more vegetables, pasta, chicken and buckwheat, and we eat at home. There's not much to eat for the kids either. There is a queue for meals, you can stand for up to 40 minutes at lunch. There is no catering service. These poor women are at the distribution and carry food and distribute, dishes are also brought and immediately cleaned. In other hotels where they rested, there was a separate employee who replenished dishes, pots with food, wiped tables. In general, it seems that there is no head, everyone works on their own, as best they can. And there is no entertainment. Therefore, if you prefer a lazy vacation by the sea, then you can choose this hotel. If you are waiting for something else from your vacation, then you definitely are not here

I will start from the moment of arrival. We arrived at night, with children, read, in advance, reviews, a lot of good ones, also recommended at the travel agency. But... the rooms were given, immediately, it was impossible to hide, the smells of dampness and smoking, floors, in mold, puddles, without a refrigerator, first floor, extra bed, sleeping, on the floor, as in such a room, with children... I had to stand on the street and wait until people from other rooms moved out, we were not settled, more or less, better. Not a single cleaning in the room in 10 days. Begged for toilet paper, then clean towels. However, the TV was made, it shows well. You can watch movies, cartoons, and television. There is an air conditioner. We were lucky with the toilet, we have a good one, in others, people complained, they flushed it with a basin. On the common balcony, at first, they hung the rope themselves, but, after a while, the workers held the ropes to each room. There is a swimming pool, but be careful...the water is unclean. We rested from 13.08-20.08. We arrived at 3 a.m., with a sleeping child in our arms. A disgruntled guy met us and settled us in room 109, which is next to the kitchen. We were tired , we didn't see anything.and in the morning they saw and were stunned!! The room is terrible!!I'm not ready to receive guests at all. Why check into such rooms? Moreover, the 13th was already paid, and the 14th arrived!! Either they prepared the room, washed it, or did not disgrace their hotel)the toilet does not work, it was flushed with water from a bottle!!!!the stench in the room is terrible, beyond words!!! In the evenings, music is blaring, because the speaker is right next to room 109!!

It is better to take toothpaste, brushes and shampoos with you, this was not in the room. Oksana also immediately told us about the excursions, where she was, and which places are better to visit, we visited (horseback riding, rafting on the river Bzyb, Lake Ritsa, Mount Athos and the Athos cave). We had breakfast and dinner included, the food was delicious, fresh. Lunch cost 350 rubles a complex. It is a 2-minute walk to the sea. There are many cafes near the beach, barbecue, corn. The rooms are nice and cozy. Everything you need is there. We lived on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains.

The main disadvantages: the lack of a generator, when the electric power is turned off, there is no light or water, they cannot cook normally without electricity. There are generators in the neighboring hotels, but not in argo.
The pool is very poorly cleaned, the water is cloudy, blooms, and the sediment is strong.
Queues in the dining room, monotonous and very simple food in the dining room without fruits, vegetables only 1 time a day in the form of a salad.

The bathtub is a nightmare.All the plumbing is just dirty. It's just disgusting to touch. We went there from a tour agency, guaranteed us a new renovation, said that the owner had changed and redone everything. There was a hole in the stretch ceiling in my room. I'm sure there are insects there. The crickets made a lot of noise at night. As for cleaning, there is none. A woman goes to clean, they do not have a vacuum cleaner in their equipment - only a broom.They are cleaned only after your departure, grow new towels. It's the 21st century, seriously. There are no detergents. Just a rag and a glass cleaner. As for the food, it's good, two women are handing it out, very friendly, but the dishes are all wet and chipped. The tables are dirty, especially on the second floor, everything is stained. The pool is very dirty. They started cleaning two days before our departure, and then only because a woman asked. As we learned, there are good rooms in hotels and then they need to be begged. If you arrive at night, know that you will be put in a very bad room. The situation is worse in the second issue. The refrigerators in both rooms are very dirty. The air conditioner did not work in the room, they came and connected the drip. And he flowed all over the chair-the smell again. The advantages of this hotel are the clean sea in two steps!!! The breakfasts are normal, like in kindergarten - porridge, a bun, a piece of butter and sausages. Dinners are the first (different soups every day), side dish, something meat and salad. The village where the hotel is located is quiet, remote, a real village without entertainment and noise. An ideal place if you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle, but boring if you want to hang out. That's where the advantages end. The rooms in the wooden building (we lived on the 2nd floor) have been in need of repair for a long time, the plumbing is old, and even dirty, not washed. The furniture is old, the floors are shabby, the towel has long lost its white color. And the complete lack of sound insulation in the room! The audibility of 100% of what is happening outside the door, outside the window. It is not possible to fall asleep. Dirty tables, on the veranda (on the street) they are not wiped at all when. Ants in the room (( There was a separate story with the curtain - it was installed on the same strip of the curtain with tulle, and IT WAS CONSTANTLY FALLING!!!! We turned to the staff, wrote an application, it fell again, there it was necessary to deal with the curtain. They came into the room, quietly opening the door and squeezing through the door so as not to touch this very curtain. Then I got tired of running to the staff, hooked on a nail, so she hung until the end of our vacation ((There are a lot of chipped dogs on the beach, and I love dogs, BUT they went to the toilet right here on the beach, which I witnessed myself several times, I had to go and cover it all with pebbles so that the children or someone didn't step into all this. We rested from 7.06 to 15.06, arrived at night, we were not expected at all, the room was not ready and only after repair, at 4 a.m. they knocked out the walls to hang at least curtains so that they could sleep out of sight of everyone. Drinking in the hotel around the clock, screaming and music at night, smoking everywhere, you can't leave the doors to the room ajar (while you're in it), the smell carries into the room. The pool is not cleaned at all, the hose, which, according to the administration, has been cleaned for a long time overgrown with grass, the bottom is all in slime, hair and fine dirt float in the water, they do not have a filter for water purification. The TVs in the rooms are hanging, but not connected. Hot water in the room only in the morning, at lunch and in the evening only cold. Wi-Fi catches very weakly and intermittently only near the pool. The entire territory is being renovated, there is dirt and dust all around. There is no reception. The territory (paths, playgrounds, around the pool) is not cleaned, but for some reason the grass is swept all day. The rooms are not cleaned, you need to run around the territory for toilet paper and look for the administrator to ask her for a roll and proudly walk with him through the entire perimeter to your room. You have to carry the sun beds by yourself from the hotel. They noticed that they have a constant problem with settling in, people wait for several hours. We had a room reserved for three, there was only a double bed in the room, they brought us a cot on which it was not at all possible to sleep, everyone had to huddle on the same bed. There are no dryers in some rooms, people improvise and hang clothes on trees. Electricity is often turned off, and they have it directly connected to the water supply, respectively, there is no light, no water, power delay and no Internet. There were also problems with the lamps in the room, they do not go out completely and burn accordingly all night.
On the plus side, the sea is close and clean, the food is good.
