It's a very nice place. The price and quality are consistent. The room has everything stated. A big plus is that the sea is just behind the fence. The beach is free. The tour service is available on site throughout the day. All tours start from the hotel. Buses run to the market 2 times a day and taxis for a modest fee.The food corresponds to the price. There are shops, bars, cafes nearby. The staff is attentive.And the guest houses themselves are located in the Garden of Eden.Everything is modest, but tolerable. The main thing is the sun, air and water. I'm going to come here again and I advise my friends.

A rather old wooden "hotel", but it
would be nothing, after all, next to the sea! But when all the rooms are equipped with old little antediluvian
almost non-working air conditioners, and old battered plywood beds are installed with old mattresses thrown over them, with springs sticking out in all sides! It was hard and stuffy to sleep! We had to open the door to the veranda and mosquitoes immediately
flew in! Here is a compote called Bouquet of Abkhazia! The owners of the "hotel" put me in my place! For a cheap tour and a cheap place! That's it! Oleg V.

I didn't like the general attitude towards the tourist
The flow is large and there was a feeling that no one cares how you will rest in this boarding house.
Some rooms smell very damp, musty, but at the same time the room itself is not even bad, it is well furnished!
They show several channels on TV (our neighbor complained about this) but you didn't come to watch TV)
So it's not a problem! Cleaning only on request or at check-out

The food is very tasty! Thanks to the chefs, very friendly people, I had very good impressions) no stomach upset and other things! And borscht is just a bomb!
In general, the boarding house itself is located on the outskirts and there is nothing there! There are abandonments all around.After 20 hours it is better not to travel anywhere, we traveled by taxi (on average 150 rubles) the area is not safe, the locals are deprived of female attention and are very persistent! they do not understand refusals and take offense (at themselves)
Right on the territory there is an opportunity to take excursions, prices do not bite, and they liked the excursions!
Suitable for a beach holiday, because the sea is really very close! Very much))
There is also a mini cafe right on the territory, it is located right at the entrance, there are very tasty chebureks (cost 70 rubles), too, very nice people!
Cows go everywhere, including dogs on the beach, but dogs are very well-mannered and pedigreed often (in the photo a German cop, a brooch)! All friendly, not arrogant and very hungry, fed them whenever possible
The beach is not loaded from the word at all) you walk 50 meters away and there are no people at all! I think there are huge advantages in this!

We had a family vacation from June 30 to July 7, 2019. We liked everything very much, the hosts greeted us friendly, despite the fact that we arrived there at one o'clock in the morning. The sea is just outside the gate. We took a room without food, only bought breakfast for the child. It was possible to have a very satisfying meal for breakfast. Breakfast costs 130 rubles. not so expensive. I read the reviews before, at first I thought what awaits us there. The linen is a little damp, but what do you want the sea is very close, humidity. I think this is normal. Of course, there is audibility from the room next door, but it only interfered on the first day, and then you don't pay attention. There is an air conditioner that saved you from the heat during the day, a TV, a shower cabin and a bathroom all in the room. It's very convenient. The territory is very beautiful, there is a lot of greenery: flowers, trees, well, they have a very beautiful garden. There is also a terrace equipped with tables, from where you can admire dolphins in the morning and watch the sea in the evening with quiet music. In general, everything cannot be described, it is necessary to stay there to look at all this beauty. If someone does not want to take food, then there is a cafe nearby, at Olga's, it is called. There are also good breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

A good economy class boarding house right on the seashore. They are fed homemade food, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV in the room. Towels are provided. There is beauty in the yard. Veranda with sea view, relax in the evening. Nothing more. If you want comfort, look for a hotel that is further from the sea, the price is higher. For example, new Athos, Pitsunda. Considering the price, the place is great. An excellent administrator. I took a room without food, but in the end we agreed to eat there just to pay for the fact. The prices are humane, satisfying. The room had everything you needed, air conditioning, mini fridge. The sea is within walking distance. The city is 20 minutes away on foot, but the bus runs quite often.

The hotel is normal. Not 5 stars, of course, but there are advantages. The sea is literally 10 meters away. Every day, a bus runs directly from you to the city (market), the fare is 20 rubles. The actual meal at the hotel is 150 rubles. That is, breakfast, lunch and dinner will be equal to 450. The room is fine, there is a bathroom, shower, toilet, refrigerator, TV, wardrobe, ottoman. There are no tables or chairs. You can take wooden homemade sun beds with you to the sea, this service is free. There is also wi-fi, also free, but it does not catch on the entire territory, but only at the main building. There are 3 buildings in total. There are children's swings. The hotel is guarded day and night. There is a cafe 40-50 meters from the hotel, right on the seashore, but this is its only plus, although the food at first glance is not expensive and varied there, it is not cooked tasty, sometimes they cheat on the stability of the dishes. And the composition itself is changing. There is another cafe "Olga's", it is more a dining room than a cafe. It's even cheaper there, but we ate there 1 time and immediately got poisoned! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! There is a grocery store opposite this cafe. There is no expensive food and water. Very friendly sellers, if they lend something and help with transfers or something else. There is also a woman Olga on the territory of the hotel, she is responsible for excursions, excursions are not expensive, but for an amateur. We personally went to 2, and there are only about 12 of them, and we didn't really like it.

We had a rest from 09/5/18. To 09/17/18.
It totally sucks. Accommodation: neighbors can be heard, as if the partitions are completely missing. There is sometimes slightly warm hot water. MOSQUITOES!!! The walls are covered with traces of dead mosquitoes .The plumbing is rusty and falling off. The table is ruined. There are 2 programs on TV. Dining room: porridge for breakfast, a piece of sausage, (cats do not eat) cheese (sausage) a microscopic piece of butter. And so it has been for 11 days. From entertainment: a cafe on the shore. We ordered : kharcho, pilaf, cognac for two. Brought: porridge with water. Pilaf is the same porridge, without water. Cognac is a tincture of almonds with alcohol. The bill is 1095 rubles. And 95—for the service. The only plus is the sea nearby. Speaking of the sea . Abandoned boarding houses along the coast are exotic. The administrator is an outright boor. I do not recommend it.

The hotel is not for the sophisticated. We got a room with a toilet door that did not close because of the swollen threshold and a very comfortable mattress with bulging springs (the request to fix the door was ignored). There is no sound insulation, you can hear every sneeze. The food, although tolerable, is poorly organized.Of the good ones, only the sea is close by (although stray dogs walk on the beach) and a woman works on the territory of the hotel offering good excursions. In general, the hotel does not spoil the impression of Abkhazia, but you need to be prepared for everyday discomfort
