Great hotel, everything has hot and cold water. We had a rest at the end of December, it was comfortable in the room. There is a private pool, the water is heated, so you can swim at any time of the year. Breakfast is served buffet style. The choice of dishes is not very large, but everything was to my taste, I really liked it.

A very pleasant small hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is a little modest, but very good with a selection of dishes (omelette, pancakes, porridges, etc.) and drinks. A big plus is the heated pool, it's great to swim in winter! The standard room is not very large, but cozy, with a balcony, unfortunately, there were few basic hygiene products in the room, but it's not so scary. The sea is very close, the colonnade is about an hour's walk away. There are good restaurants/cafes nearby.

A small but comfortable hotel. Friendly staff, very clean, there is a swimming pool, spa and children's room. The buffet menu is not very extensive, but it is updated daily. WiFi works not only in the hotel, but also on the beach. Towels and linen are changed on the third day. I liked the hotel very much, but the rest was spoiled by rotovirus, which my daughter caught on the second day. This is a common thing for Abkhazia, so stock up on medicines. Pharmacies are open until 22.00.
Unfortunately, Abkhazia lives as if the war ended yesterday and there are very few hotels of the Amran level. The city of Gagra is beautiful with remnants of former Soviet luxury. There are practically no new investments.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel.
Among the advantages: an outdoor heated pool, fairly clean rooms, good food, friendly staff, excellent location (2 minutes walk to the sea).
Of the cons: when we stopped by, there was someone's hair in the shower (there is a question of cleaning); a very small selection of food for breakfast; strong audibility in the room (so for some reason it was only us, and friends are quiet. Apparently, as luck would have it🤷♀️); there is a smell in the room (not smoking, just a little mustiness).
I also want to note that a train passes nearby (not often), but it is still very noisy.
The room prices are adequate.
In principle, I'm happy) but I still think that the hotel deserves a solid 4. But not 5))

We stayed at the hotel from April 6 to April 12, 2023.
The hotel left only the best impressions: a warm outdoor pool, friendly staff, delicious breakfasts with champagne. The hotel itself is new and tidy, which is rare for Abkhazia.
The location is quite convenient.
Of the cons: there is some kind of water station nearby, so you can always hear the noise from it on the balcony.
If you need a small, clean, cozy hotel close to the main infrastructure, then you are here.

I was in Gagra for the first time. The place of residence turned out to be the Amran Hotel. There is a heated swimming pool on site. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is very polite.
The accommodation includes a buffet breakfast. Everything was delicious!
The hotel is located a hundred meters from the sea.
If you are in Gagra, be sure to stay at this hotel. You will like it!

The hotel is wonderful. The service is at the highest level. The receptionists are very sociable and friendly. The food is for every taste, everything is very tasty. We didn't have time to get hungry. The rooms were cleaned every day, after 3 days the bed and towels were changed. They give out a lot of towels: there were two of us, there were 2 large white towels, 2 large blue ones, 2 medium white ones and 1 white foot towel. The pool is clean, the water is warm. 3 minutes walk to the sea (cross the road). I liked everything very much. Everything is fine, one minus is the rotovirus (apparently in the sea). We recommend this hotel to everyone. And we will definitely come back ourselves.

Great hotel. The rooms are clean. Cleaning daily. The girls from the reception helped a lot. They got sick with rotovirus with a child (I think the pool helped with this), the child needed a diet. Cooked porridge in the dining room on the water. I took it with me to the refrigerator. Warmed in the microwave in the dining room as needed.

A great family hotel! We were in the second half of June 2023 with two children. The hotel is very clean, three meals a day, alcoholic drinks in the morning champagne, wine in the evening. It's delicious at home! The playroom is open from 10 to 20, children are always under the supervision of an animator. The beach is 100 meters away. Nearby there are shops, cafes, etc. Its own heated outdoor pool, SPA.

A great clean hotel with a warm swimming pool open all year round. We rented two junior suites, the rooms on the 4th floor are spacious with 2 balconies each. One of the rooms has a second floor with sofas for relaxing. Everything is fine in the hotel except for the not very tasty and varied breakfast food, but for the low price of rooms with an excellent pool, the hotel is excellent. I recommend you to check in if you can find a free room. We were from February 10th to 12th, the hotel was almost completely occupied and it was in the off-season. I hardly saw any tourists on the street, apparently everyone was in Amran.

We stayed at this hotel until 07.07. The hotel is amazing, the best in Abkhazia. The location is good, there is everything you need nearby, not on the outskirts.
Now in detail.
Cleaning- 5 points, nice woman, cleans every day, towels are changed every three days. Gadgets and money were accidentally left several times - everything is in place, nothing was touched. The cleaning is good, better than we were in Europe.
Food: the food is a good buffet, the food is homemade. Champagne for breakfast, wine for dinner. There is coffee, delicious compote, juice. Two soups, two porridges, in general, it took a long time to list, they were always full. It is quite diverse. But, please and advice- enter French fries and nuggets for dinner- children and teenagers will be grateful to you))
Staff: in the kitchen, the waiters quickly remove the dishes, every meal the cook comes out and checks everything from there and everything from beautiful, etc. The receptionist is Natalia, very friendly and always smiling. I was at Lorena's spa - I also liked it, a wonderful woman)
Cool pool! This is a straight top! They clean it every day.
In general, the cleanliness is sterile everywhere! This is important for us in this country and has saved us from all kinds of viruses.
The room has tea, kettle, safe, refrigerator, bottle openers, umbrella in case of bad weather, soap. Each room has a balcony, there is a dryer.
There is a children's room, but it is for kids, we did not use it.
In general, we were delighted with the vacation and 70% of this is the merit of the ideal hotel! It can be seen in everything that employees care about the guest, and everything is done for the guest.

The hotel is not large, there is a heated pool, we were in March, the water in the pool is warm, we swam at +10 °, there is a vending machine with soda, chips, etc. on site, the hotel cafe was open only for breakfast. The standard rooms had only liquid soap,bathrobes for a fee,all rooms have a balcony, the water was hot all the time, the cleaning was average, we dusted ourselves a couple of times,there is a dryer,safe,hairdryer,umbrella, helped us out a lot on excursions,there is a spa, massage room, sauna in the basement.There is no elevator, we trained our legs. We had a rest on 28.05-31.05. A nice hotel, but there is practically no internal territory. Almost all of it is occupied by a swimming pool. The Swedish line was not working yet. There were only breakfasts. The food is delicious, but monotonous. It takes about three minutes to walk to the sea. The beach is big. Sun beds are paid. The staff is polite. The room is clean, but the cleaning is not always the same. Probably depends on the specific employee. We recommend you to visit. One of the best hotels in Gagra that I managed to visit, and we were there more than once. The rooms are spacious, clean, snow-white bed linen, towels too. There is everything you need:teapot, cups, cutlery. The breakfast buffet may not be very varied, but you definitely won't stay hungry (even champagne is served in the morning). We were at the end of February, the pool was heated perfectly (+29), we swam constantly. Special thanks to the girls at the reception, all questions were solved instantly. I also really liked the SPA. The location is excellent: there are many cafes and canteens nearby, shops, the sea across the street. I recommend this hotel to everyone for a vacation, and we will definitely come back here.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days, we liked everything in general: buffet breakfasts (omelets, pancakes, porridges of two types, vegetables, fruits (orange, apples), sausage, cheese, ham, pastries, also champagne; we ate every day. There are no lunches and dinners, no one cooks.
We got to my birthday, they brought a compliment to the room: a bottle of champagne and fruit, it's nice.
There is a warm swimming pool (29°) on the territory, but they did not have time to swim. The rooms are clean, although the bed linen is changed every 3 days, so we did not catch this moment. But it seemed to us that the sheet was in someone's hair, the pillows are very hard, so a minus star. There is no elevator, you will have to lift your suitcases up the stairs.
Upon check-in, they said that there is 50 liters of hot water in the tank at a time and if you spend all of them, you will have to wait half an hour to fill up again. I have never spent so much, although I washed for a long time (15-20 minutes), maybe they just say to wash less))
The hotel itself is located next to the railway, trains run 4/5 times a day, but from 9 am to 16 somewhere, so they absolutely did not interfere, especially since we were on excursions.

We went to New Year's Eve for 4 years in a row. It was all wonderful. But....
Everything is gradually falling into decline, and prices have increased disproportionately - they have equaled Sochi, at least for the New Year holidays.
The pillows became wooden, the bedspreads and blankets were exhausted. Cleaning has become a "fuck off". The pool is one bowl. Neither the counterflow nor the waterfall work.
Everything is maintained only by the hospitality of the staff - thanks to Natasha, Kristina and Vika, as well as Bakhtiar. There are also invariably delicious breakfasts. Now I will recommend this place only because of the location and the winter atmosphere of the "old Gagra".

A wonderful hotel! This is not the first time we have stopped here upon arrival in Gagry! We have had experience with other hotels, so there is something to compare it with! Delicious breakfasts, homemade, and most importantly-fresh food! Spacious rooms! Bed linen and towels-everything is clean and fresh! We visited the spa, sauna and cedar barrel, we liked it! Cleaning daily, good! The staff is responsive, cultured, the girls at the reception are beautiful!

The hotel is nice and conveniently located.
Of the cons:
- small, old TVs in the rooms. They hang high, far away, nothing is visible.

We spent the New Year in this hotel. There were amazing impressions of the hotel, especially considering that unfortunately I had to spend the whole vacation at the hotel due to illness.
I'll write down the advantages ✅
- heated swimming pool, open from morning to evening
- amazing staff everywhere (thanks a lot to the girls from the reception who helped with literally any problem and request)
- there is a spa, massages, sauna
- delicious varied breakfasts, excellent coffee and food is always replenished quickly
- comfortable large rooms that cleanly clean and have all the amenities
- exit by cards, no one will be able to get into the hotel , parking and a closed area
- unlimited tangerines at the reception
- excellent Wi-Fi working everywhere
- 2 minutes to the sea and the promenade on foot , and many attractions are within walking distance like coffee shops and all kinds of shops
But there are also disadvantages 🔴
- very poor sound insulation , we lived on the ground floor and every person was clearly audible
- I can't remember anymore😂
I advise you to stay in this hotel if you want a comfortable stay

Great place, we went on the advice, not a bit upset. The sea is across the street, there are good budget canteens nearby, there are a lot of shops within walking distance, but everything is individual here. The rooms are clean, there is a balcony, air conditioning, a varied breakfast, one thing for three days, then everything repeats, but it's not bad, it's fine. The only negative is the shower room, there may be mold and dirty plumbing, but if you look at it comparing with others, then nothing. The staff quite adequately suggests places to relax, where to buy food, where not to take it. This place has decorated our vacation.

Well, an absolutely ordinary hotel, it's definitely not worth your money. It is better to rent a house for this money.

We read a lot of laudatory reviews, chose this hotel, and so on exclusively facts:
1) bed linen is changed every three days, there are no questions, it is rather customary in Abkhazia, but no one changed the pillowcases and sheets after three days (although new towels were brought), the administrator gave me a new sheet, and did not even move an ear to call the cleaner, change yourself, residents..
2) mattress all sagging, sleeping in the shape of a hemisphere-semicircle
3) you come for breakfast, all the tables can easily be occupied, the waiter (the only one) just does not have time to clean them, at the reception they only ask to return to the room and come down later
4) the choice of dishes for breakfast is quite meager, they sort everything out very quickly, for the first time I saw stewed cabbage as an alternative to meat dishes))
5) to get a second card and give it out is a whole problem, initially they give one card, the second one is not allowed)
6) endless construction 30m from the hotel: loud, annoying, tedious, terrible (a similar multi-storey hotel is being built)
7) the staff was polite only upon check-in, after all the comments and requests, the reaction was absolutely incorrect
8) the carpet in the room stinks, you constantly have to ventilate the room
9) the toilet and shower are as small and uncomfortable as possible, the shower is not attached, the shower stall is all leaking, disposable products are not given out in principle, toilet paper is added at the request (or unwillingness) of the cleaner, there is no dryer, additional towels are refused
10) a very noisy refrigerator in the room, who is a light sleeper - you will not be able to sleep)
11) there are no any!! umbrellas and awnings, that is, sun beds are available, but there is no shade
12) there is no sound insulation as a class - you can hear what is being said in the room through two walls or how the TV works in the next room
13) if you have a smoking neighbor, all the smells will be in your room
14) the absence of any! fruits for breakfast
15) no elevator
And at the same time, the price tag in the off-season for a standard room is cosmic!
I would never recommend this dreadful hotel to anyone. Not even two stars

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. Quite a decent hotel. Fresh and clean. Expected the worst. Not very comfortable pillows, there is no small light. But this is Abkhazia.
Located near the sea, in a quiet side street.the breakfasts are modest, but everything is well prepared, fresh products. I didn't have enough good coffee, but when to just spend the night is not essential.

A wonderful hotel! Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, all employees are competent, they will tell you everything, help you call a taxi, and book excursions! The breakfasts are good, and even with champagne! We plan to return in the fall!

Our first family vacation at this hotel was very great!The food is just fine, a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner!Champagne for breakfast, wine for dinner - just a fairy tale!Especially thanks for the nursery, our child ran there running))))
