A very wonderful hotel.We recommend it from the bottom of our hearts, we celebrated the year 2022 here and are leaving on January 7. We are satisfied with the hotel , next to the sea.Room, staff, breakfasts, swimming pool , wi-Fi , contigent is great everywhere!The locals are the kindest people!!Minus only about the city of Gagra itself, it is not the season here in winter...and everything is closed here...There are very few shops and cafes.To eat, you need to try...the prices for everything are very expensive.There are a lot of tourists. The most delicious places are the cafe "Pearl " where the Ferris wheel and "Rizza " .The spa program at the hotel is great, the pool is steamed milk.I think it's very wonderful here in the summer, if we come it's only in the summer and I recommend it to you. We took a taxi from the station for 300 rubles. It is better to arrange trips to the mountains and excursions with local residents. It is much more profitable

We stayed at the hotel in November. I liked everything very much. The hotel is in a great location. There are cafes, canteens, shops nearby, and a beach across the street. There is parking for cars and a pool. The breakfasts are super, even the shampoo is poured.The rest was great. Thanks to the hotel staff, very friendly and positive girls. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I really liked the hotel, the breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are clean. Cozy and well-made. We went to the cedar barrel with our daughter. The sea is just a stone's throw away, next to a cafe with excellent Kiev cutlets and borscht). We will definitely come back here!

We arrived at the Amran Club Hotel for the first time, we were greeted by very hospitable receptionists. We were checked in immediately, the room was clean, cozy, warm (which is very important in winter), the balcony had a wonderful view, and every morning we were greeted by dawn. The breakfasts were very tasty and hearty. In the first days we visited various and interesting excursions, we allocated one day for procedures, wonderful procedures and I would really like to mention the massage therapist Lorena, a very sincere person and a master of his craft. We thank the Amran Club-hotel for a great holiday!

The hotel is located in staraya Gagra, within walking distance from the beach. There are a large number of small grocery stores around, where you can buy non-essential food items, there are pharmacies. Several cafes are also very close by. The staff is friendly, customer-oriented, responding to requests at any time of the day. They clearly describe the features of living in different types of rooms at the time of booking, everything coincides with the reality after check-in. Very clean in the rooms, common areas, swimming pool. The breakfast is an excellent buffet. The girls from the kitchen are just smart, they cook great and are also very responsive. The only fat minus is a very bad wifi. But this is hopefully fixable. We can only thank you for a great vacation and wish good luck to the owner of this beautiful place and his friendly team. Finally: I recommend Lorena, a masseuse and a spa specialist. The transfer is also wonderfully organized. The hotel offers guided tours.

We had a rest in Amran with a small capricious female company in mid-April 2023. No matter how hard we tried, we DIDN'T FIND any disadvantages!))) We would like to say a big thank you to all the staff and the owner of the hotel! At every step and in every detail, we felt the care of us, the guests: I was immediately struck by the excellent sound insulation, we absolutely never heard the neighbors, noise from the corridor or from the street - we slept heartily)) Cozy, spacious room, high-quality linen, towels, bathrobes. A cooler with good water, a kettle and a constant opportunity to drink tea in the room. Excellent breakfasts with champagne and feijoa jam, delicious food, compliance with sanitary standards and unobtrusive waitress service. Clean, warm pool, comfortable sun beds. A wonderful spa area!
The staff is polite and, I would even say, sincere! It seemed that we were staying not at a hotel, but with close relatives.
Therefore, we sincerely thank the manager, the receptionist girls, the maids, the cooks, the waiters, the masseuses, Bakhtiar for our wonderful vacation! We wish the hotel prosperity and kind guests all year round. We will come to you again!!!

Nice hotel, friendly and courteous staff. Delicious breakfasts with champagne. Daily and high-quality room cleaning. The location of the hotel is good, not quite on the first line, the beach is across the street, but there is no noise from passing cars. However, the path to the hotel is a little uncomfortable, gravel, after a little rain you have to maneuver between puddles. The heated pool is a big plus in the off-season, when the sea is still cold, and you can sunbathe. There is a children's room. Spa treatments and massages are super.

A wonderful hotel! It is located 5 minutes from the sea (cross the road and immediately the beach). Very friendly and helpful staff, they will always come to the rescue and help resolve all your questions! The outdoor pool is always +30!!! We were very afraid to bathe them there with the children, since it was +8 outside, but it turned out to be in vain, everything went well!

We had a vacation with my husband from April 23 to April 30, 2022. Excellent hotel, well-maintained territory, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts. Heated swimming pool. The staff is pleasant and courteous. A chic SPA area . Special thanks to Lorena (a sensitive and friendly girl), the spa treatments and massage are just great. I recommend it to all vacationers. A shocking place. It was unexpected to get an overnight stay on the way to such a cozy, clean, impeccable and not expensive hotel. I really liked the breakfast and the staff too. Secure parking is a huge plus. The rooms have everything you need, comfortable mattresses, the latest cozy atmosphere. The service is 4 stars. We will always try to stay here.

A three-star hotel. Stayed at the hotel for 1 night. I arrived with my wife in the evening, it was still light. While we were settling in, around 18 hours, it turned out that the electricity was turned off. Then four hours in total darkness in the hotel and the city. At the same time, water is also not supplied to the rooms, so it was not possible to use the shower and toilet. I wanted to leave and take the money, but in the end they gave me the light. The girls at the reception, slightly "frostbitten", could not tell us anything about the time the lights were turned on, and also did not offer us any food option. As a result, we ourselves found a quite decent cafe 800 m away, which worked (on a generator), where we had a wonderful dinner. The interior of the hotel and the standard rooms are tasteless. All rooms have black entrance doors (very dull view), stairs and floors of floors are lined with cheap tiles. There is no elevator. The feeling of staying in a good hostel rather than in a good hotel. At the reception in the morning, the girl did not get up when addressing her, but looked out from somewhere below from under the counter, sitting on a chair with a dissatisfied look. When asked to turn down the TV screaming in the dining room, she said, "the TV is supposed to work" (well, what can I say). Breakfast is generally dull, not a single fruit, and this is in early December, when the whole of Abkhazia is littered with persimmons, tangerines, feihua, etc. Coffee is rubbish brewed somewhere in the kitchen and poured into a glass coffee pot.After a morning walk, we came to the room to pick up our things at 11.45 (and finally leave), but it was not there - the electronic lock was already locked (some nonsense). We waited 7 minutes, near the room, until the aunt came to unlock (just a "scoop"). Well, in general, you can stop by for 1-2 nights, but no more.

We had a rest in August 2022, we liked everything very much, we have no complaints about the hotel. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day, there is no extraneous noise, except for the railway, but trains rarely ran and it did not bother us. A good sleep on vacation is very important, sleeping with an open balcony. The pool is cleaned daily, we witnessed that the balcony overlooked it. The menu in the dining room is varied, the food is delicious. I would compare this hotel with a four-star Turkish one. Wi-Fi is free, it worked even on the beach. We stayed at this hotel this year in June. The rest was ruined. Many of the guests came down with vomiting and diarrhea. They say "acclimatization" at the reception. Did you communicate with a couple who had been to Abkhazia 8 times before, do they also have acclimatization? I think it's time to check the sanitary standards in the kitchen of this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel in April 2022. We liked everything, new furniture, comfortable mattresses. The rooms have everything you need: kettle, cups, corkscrew, air conditioning, safe. You can rent a bathrobe, which is very convenient to go to the pool. The staff is friendly, they always try to solve all your problems, tell you, call a taxi. It is 3 minutes to the sea, 5 minutes to the bus stop, you can go to Athos, Pitsunda and Sukhum, we walked to old Gagra, 40 minutes. Breakfast for 5+, everything is always fresh and delicious. We used the spa salon, special thanks to Lorena. Abkhazia is a country of the soul and it's true, I really want to go back there and I think more than once.

Good afternoon. We stayed at this beautiful hotel from 8.04 to 15.04. I'll start by booking directly. We just got a call and the girls at the reception helped us with accommodating a large family. A few days later, our composition will change towards an increase in vacationers and the girls also helped us book a room next to the existing one and helped us in every possible way. Upon arrival (much earlier than the check-in time), our rooms were ready. We were not only able to catch a wonderful breakfast, but also relax in the room after the flight. Regarding the breakfasts, we enjoyed the variety and usefulness. One of my children, "maloezhka", was always full. The rooms are clean and cozy. Cleaning every day. ALL!, I emphasize, the entire staff is not only friendly, but they accept guests as their loved ones, from cooks to maids and a massage therapist! All the people working at this hotel will always help, prompt and just smile and greet you. It was so good that I didn't want to leave. We plan to spend more than one vacation there and will definitely recommend it to our friends and family!

For Abkhazia, this is a very good level hotel. There is a warm swimming pool, a buffet breakfast. The sea is just around the corner. I would like to mention the staff separately - the staff are great fellows and very polite. I took off one star for the fact that the cost for a regular standard room, in my opinion, is still too high, especially in the off-season. But the overall impression remained positive.

I do not recommend this hotel! they take an advance payment of 50% and do not return it for a very long time, they keep other people's money, although it was sent to the card as if it were a state institution and they cannot return it. I wrote several times asking for money back and even the go-ahead holidays make the turnover shorter and there is no interest.
