I really liked the hotel. The service is at a good level. I read reviews saying that Abkhazia is not what you expect. Well xs. I was almost delighted with both the country and the people. And now a little more detail. The staff is responsive. The food- there were breakfasts from 8 to 10, just gorgeous, everything is very tasty.The pool is large and clean, with year-round heating up to +29, so even the cool February did not prevent a swim. The rooms are clean and tidy. The heating works great, there are many channels on the TV, fast Wi-Fi. The location of the hotel is excellent. In front of the sea, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. The best hotel in Gagra.

The price/quality ratio is five. But we must understand that the repair is not modern, the "Swede" is very, very poor. At the same time, there is a heated swimming pool, cleanliness and order are maintained perfectly.
The only remark is that the staff at breakfast, namely one lady, is very harsh in her remarks, which of course looks as rude as possible towards the guests.

Great hotel. It's so small, but so cozy, like your favorite clothes. We were in the spring of 2021, my wife and I liked everything. A separate plus, although not large, but a warm outdoor pool. You can't swim in the sea in March, but in the pool - 100%.

Great hotel. We came for only 3 days - rainy days. The pool helped out a lot-we can't get out of it in the evenings at + 7 degrees. Both children and adults swam. The breakfasts are wonderful, everything is there-there was enough of everything.

I liked everything. The rooms are cleaned conscientiously, the buffet is varied and delicious (especially champagne for breakfast). A very charming territory cleaner. Special thanks to the massage therapist Alena for her attention and professionalism! My back stopped bothering me.

We stopped at the hotel on June 9th. A very competent and polite girl met us, they quickly placed us, took into account our wishes regarding the remoteness of the room from the transformer buzzing in front of the entrance. The territory is small, very well maintained and clean, the rooms are decent, with balconies, we had a view of the pool. The proximity of the railway tracks explains the sounds accompanying the trains. A very small boarding area for meals, conditionally 2 shifts are offered, in fact ... you come and wait in the corridor for a vacant table, although you can provide additional boarding on the street. The menu is delicious, homemade from normal products. But breakfast on June 12th really upset us. Instead of sausages, boiled eggs were offered to fried eggs, I was told there were no tomatoes ... they would be later) I went to the reception ... the girl irritably replied that I was the only one outraged here, they had a buffet, not custom-made dishes, and here I demand tomatoes and at least sausages for breakfast. I am attaching a photo of the breakfast assortment of the club-hotel. We have 2 rooms, each with 10,000, we paid 60,000 for three for rest, so we can organize an adequate breakfast line. Coffee is for good luck, more often delicious, but sometimes water is water. And the lack of an elevator is a special pleasure... with a suitcase on the 4th floor.
I would like to wish the staff to be more friendly and welcoming, to take into account the requests and interests of vacationers, so that there is a desire to return again and recommend to friends. We're definitely not coming back.

We liked the hotel, we were well settled, the girl at the reception explained everything in detail. The room is clean, there is a comfortable balcony where you can put a dryer and sit and drink tea in the evening. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were included, the food is good. There is a small swimming pool and sun beds on the territory, where you can also have a good time. Of the minuses, I can only mention Mars, which is clearly not new, is falling apart a little. In general, the hotel is very cozy, it's nice to be there, 2 minutes to the sea and the hotel's WiFi catches there.

Being in Amran , you will feel calm and cozy , arriving there in the off - season in November , a heated pool at the reception desk, the administrator is polite and kind , they will tell you everything and explain what you need, they fed you delicious breakfasts , the rooms are cleaned every day , I will say that I would leave next year There are hotels in this area

A gorgeous hotel. Probably one of the best in Abkhazia and the best in Gagra. Clean large rooms, a large warm and clean pool, delicious and varied breakfasts. There is a spa, massage, sauna, cedar barrel. The staff is very polite and good-natured. There is a SERVICE here.

Excellent service!Everything is clean and well maintained. The room is calm but pleasant. The pool is amazing. The water temperature is like in a hot tub. The pool is regularly cleaned in the morning and evening. Excellent breakfast buffet. The only wish is to put at least electric towel rails when it's cold outside - bathing suits do not have time to dry. And for the rest, we really liked it! We want more!

We rested with our spouse on 18.10-24.10.2021, Standard room - the price is acceptable. Included: buffet breakfast, nice room, view from the window too😁We decided to choose the Amran hotel based on reviews and did not make a mistake with the choice. The hotel is conveniently located near the sea (200 meters) in the city center. The hotel is beautiful, clean and well maintained, the reception is friendly and friendly, there is a warm swimming pool on the territory (this was very pleasing). Room: clean, there are towels, TV, kettle, mugs, Wi-Fi (sometimes buggy, I think because of the load, since the hotel was full), there is one point - slippers and a bathrobe for a fee, bath accessories (shampoo, soap is better to take with you), cleaning is carried out if not forget to hang a reminder on the door) linen is changed every 2 days.
The buffet is excellent, delicious, varied, everything is fresh.
We were satisfied. Thanks to the Amran Hotel for a good stay.

Normal. The mattresses are sagging. The linen is clean. They cleaned perfectly! The handrails are loose in the pool... You're so afraid that they'll come off, the descent is inconvenient. It's not worth that kind of money. In the rain, there is a puddle on the street that can hardly be avoided.

Nice hotel ( by the standards of Abkhazia ) with a really hot pool with hydromassage and waterfall .
Delicious breakfasts with champagne .
The room stock is quite fresh. Cleaning every day , change of linen and towels for the 3rd day . There is a vending machine with drinks and snacks on site .
Excellent staff, polite and friendly.
The sea is across the street , less than a minute away .
There are shops and cafes nearby.
Out of season , the rooms are cool .

We are resting at the hotel now. Everyone is sick with rotavirus, you can only drink boiled water. The food is cold, except for the soup. I liked the soups. The cleaning is good, bed linen is changed once every 3 days, as well as towels. Considering that the rotavirus hotel, I think that towels should be changed every day. The sea is a 3-minute walk away. The beach is dirty, no one cleans it, two sun beds and an umbrella cost 400 rubles, you can take mattresses for another 100 rubles for 1 piece. But scooters are constantly on the sea near the shore, they demonstrate riding right off the coast at high speed, almost over the heads of those floating. In addition, boats and boats are constantly suitable, inviting tourists on an excursion, so there is a constant smell of gasoline at sea. Traders of corn, fish, beer, etc. walk along the beach endlessly, many of them with cigarettes and, accordingly, the smell of smoke. All this puts a negative impact on the rest, I want to leave as soon as possible. I do not recommend a vacation in Abkhazia, or you need to take a hotel with all the infrastructure. I forgot to write that we passed the border for more than 2 hours, there are no conditions.

I've been wanting to write a review about this hotel for a long time....
A great hotel in Abkhazia, not expensive, the choice of food is not great for breakfast, but everything is very tasty. The staff is caring and helpful, helped us with ordering rolls and pizzas, and always answered our questions politely. The pool is heated, the territory is well maintained, a gate with a bell. There is a vending machine with cigarettes/water/chips on site. There is a small playground by the pool, sun loungers, tangerine trees and small palm trees. The rooms are clean, at least at 6))) We had a big company. Cars were parked next to the hotel, behind the fence, but under the windows. There is no roadway there, it is quiet. There is a kettle, a refrigerator, coolers with water in the corridors, gels / slippers are provided, the sea is 50 meters away, the beach is pebbly, the purest sea! We were on New Year's Eve 2020, we celebrated in a restaurant nearby. There are a lot of tangerines there, they ate enough for the New Year and took the boxes home. It's better to go to the market for them. Take the awesome homemade wine from Arthur, tel. 8 (940) 711-18-19, he sells in a tent not far from the hotel. We took a lot of things from him.. the wine is different, which is just not there, and chacha. There are practically no shops, there is a tent nearby, not a very presentable "cafe", but with delicious homemade traditional food. A little further away, 20-30 minutes walk away, there is a shopping center with an ATM at 30 Demerdzhipa Street. Not far from the hotel is the abandoned hotel "Georgia" - we recommend visiting, next to the villa "Leona" Gagripsh gorge, overgrown with moss, as if in a fairy tale.
