A decent hotel with good service and a good location.
All the advantages of the hotel have already been painted. I want to write about the disadvantages
- for all the cleanliness in the hotel, I got poisoned there on the second day of my stay.I have not eaten anywhere else, so there is no doubt that the infection is in the hotel, there is no need to doubt. Moreover, when communicating with other guests, I realized that I am not the only one.
Now about the group transfer.
The website says that the luggage is transported and accompanied by a guide all the way.Now, that's not true.Be prepared for the fact that you will carry all your things exclusively by yourself!
If it weren't for the poisoning, then I could safely recommend the hotel.Maybe the others were luckier than me.

We had a rest in August 2024. My first and last time in Abkhazia. They are being poisoned in the dining room. And I'm not saying this for the sake of a red word, but absolutely seriously. A family of four people came down with rotovirus due to eating on the buffet, and they got better only when they stopped eating on the buffet! If you have a sense of self-preservation, DO NOT COME AND EAT HERE!

Excellent hotel, spacious rooms with everything you need, friendly and sociable staff. Clean, cozy, warm (we rested in February, the temperature outside was +5 - +8 ). The territory of the hotel is closed, there are Parking places nearby. Heated swimming pool, spa treatments. There is also a room for children. Buffet breakfast, very tasty coffee)
Within walking distance of the sea, a beautiful promenade.

We rested with my sister from 13.11.23.-18.11.23, junior suite, exit to 2 balconies, corner room, sea and mountain views, the room has everything you need: 2 bathrobes, slippers, kettle, appliances, refrigerator, safe, hairdryer. The room is clean, fresh, daily cleaning, the staff is friendly, friendly, breakfast (tea, coffee, juices, champagne, porridge of 2 types, omelette, vegetables, fruits, cheese, sausage, everything is delicious, the dining room is quite free. The pool is a feature of the hotel, the water is clean, warm, we swam every day. The hotel is near the sea, there are many shops nearby, in November there are working canteens, cafes, a pharmacy nearby. There is a list of excursions at the reception, which can be ordered upon arrival. The hotel has a sauna, cosmetologist's office, massage room. We managed to use the sauna, we need to make an appointment in advance. There is a transfer order. We were comfortably brought from Adler and also comfortably delivered back. Beautiful heated swimming pool. Nice spa area. Not a bad breakfast. Attentive staff. Taxis and excursions can be ordered at the reception.
I would also return in winter. Gagra is quiet and warm!

Good afternoon! We stayed at the Amran hotel with a family of three for 10 days . We lived in a junior suite.I liked everything very much, on all points! The only thing is, this is an extra place for a child, a folding bed . We even asked for a triple mattress , but that didn 't help either , the baby was radiating . Please fix it! Large bed, comfortable mattress. It's just a pity that there are no dinners, a view from the sea and not the first coastline. The sea is close, but across the street. And we were also a little disappointed by the size of the TV and its location. It turned out to be small, and it does not hang directly in front of the bed, but in the corner of the room, so it is not very convenient to look at. And the lamps are reflected in it. You can only watch by turning off the lights everywhere.

Amran is a real find for a perfect vacation! My family were just delighted with everything that this hotel offered. A great buffet, a heated swimming pool, children's animation and a game room — we don't need anything else for happiness. And the beach is only three minutes away! We are already planning to return here next year.

It is located in staraya Gagra. This is the fifth time I've been to this hotel. I like to get massages here. I'll try to come back here again.

Honestly, this is a decent hotel in all respects! And the staff is attentive and helpful. The rooms and grounds are clean. The cuisine is wonderful: champagne for breakfast, white and red wine in the evening! The only thing is that the pool would be good from early in the morning, it would work before breakfast! The sea is visible from the window! Everything is within walking distance!

My husband, son and I had a family vacation)
Unfortunately, we were there for only 5 days, in early July.
We were greeted kindly.
The rooms were always kept in order, clean and tidy. The bed is fresh, the pillows are comfortable, the towels were changed as needed🙏🏻
The food is always fresh.

Well, an absolutely ordinary hotel, it's definitely not worth your money. It is better to rent a house for this money.
The food is the same. Pasta was served for dinner, you will see them for breakfast, the range of food is very small and very monotonous, on the third day we stopped eating there altogether.

The hotel is located in a private building, there is a killer smell in the rooms and from the air conditioner, this is not a club hotel, but a guest house of not very good quality. There is no territory, and the pool is made of polyethylene. We have learned how to take pictures in this hotel, but we do not provide 4-star service. There is not enough food for breakfast, and when something is taken out, a queue is built. In general, the rest was ruined, Instead of the booked week, we left after 2 days. Of course, no one returns the money.

I liked the hotel: clean, cozy, guest-oriented. Breakfasts are included, which was very helpful out of season. A separate respect for baking and hot sauce. A warm pool is a great way to spend time at the end of January in the evening, when there is nowhere to go and there is a chance to get into the zone of a rolling power outage.
The only drawback, when booking, they indicated a 2-bed bed, upon arrival there were 2 separate ones. But these are small things.
For Abkhazia, a 5+ hotel. We will advise all our friends!

We stayed at the hotel from April 7-14. We booked a junior suite. The administration took into account all our wishes for the convenience of the room, which we immediately liked. The only thing I didn't like was the paid sauna, which doesn't even have a relaxation area after the steam room. They closed the door for us, because there were other procedures (fish, barrel) and after leaving the steam room, we had to sit on the steps of the pool (instead of a sofa).

Convenient location, the sea is across the street. The breakfasts are excellent, there is something to eat, drink, even champagne, I really did not enjoy this drink in the morning, but the guests enjoyed tasting it) A warm pool, illuminated in the evening, this is a masterpiece! Also with an orange tree, beauty! Cleanliness is 5+, they are constantly doing something there, all the time rubbing, washing, cleaning. The girls at the reception are respected, very friendly, smiling and polite, all questions have answers. And of course, special thanks to Lorena from the SPA, a professional in her field, and she does everything with love and a kind soul. God, what massages, I call her a sorceress, without flattery. Great hotel. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. A very pleasant small hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is a little modest, but very good with a selection of dishes (omelette, pancakes, porridges, etc.) and drinks. A big plus is the heated pool, it's great to swim in winter! The standard room is not very large, but cozy, with a balcony, unfortunately, there were few basic hygiene products in the room, but it's not so scary. A small but comfortable hotel. Friendly staff, very clean, there is a swimming pool, spa and children's room. The buffet menu is not very extensive, but it is updated daily. WiFi works not only in the hotel, but also on the beach. Towels and linen are changed on the third day. I liked the hotel very much, but the rest was spoiled by rotovirus, which my daughter caught on the second day. This is a common thing for Abkhazia, so stock up on medicines. Pharmacies are open until 22.00.
Unfortunately, Abkhazia lives as if the war ended yesterday and there are very few hotels of the Amran level. The city of Gagra is beautiful with remnants of former Soviet luxury. There are practically no new investments.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel.
Among the advantages: an outdoor heated pool, fairly clean rooms, good food, friendly staff, excellent location (2 minutes walk to the sea).
Of the cons: when we stopped by, there was someone's hair in the shower (there is a question of cleaning); a very small selection of food for breakfast; strong audibility in the room (so for some reason it was only us, and friends are quiet. Apparently, as luck would have it🤷♀️); there is a smell in the room (not smoking, just a little mustiness).
I also want to note that a train passes nearby (not often), but it is still very noisy.
The room prices are adequate.
In principle, I'm happy) but I still think that the hotel deserves a solid 4. But not 5))
