We were at this hotel from June 16-22 , 2023 😎 the hotel is super 🙌🏻 they brought us to the hotel in the morning 🏨😊 they immediately gave us bracelets so that we could have breakfast , the food is all delicious , varied, for children, for adults , in short , for every taste 😚🤤 everything is new , the reception is beautiful , WiFi everywhere in the rooms in the restaurant on on the street , everywhere 🫶🏻👍 the rooms are cool, the beach is huge, there are 3 of them, you can visit anyone , the sea is not deep , clean , there are enough sun beds for everyone , bars on every beach , there is also a restaurant , you can go there at lunch , cool animation in the evening , waiters constantly go serve bring drinks 🍷 you can accidentally the sea is like dolphins 🐬😅 in general , everything went to us 🔥👍😎

We went there on March 14, the weather was warm, but in my opinion the water was cold +24 it was right cold in the afternoon, but when we left.. March 21 is already noticeably warmer) The food is good there.. I'd say she's cool.. But I didn't like the rooms. The bathroom in room 641 was narrow, the shower was nailed to the wall, the toilet was right against the sink... Personally, our room was cleaned, but when we first moved in, it was clear that the bed was not clean and someone was sleeping on it!!!! Hair and so on. They called and got out. And then the room was already cleaned! Entertainment is also good for both children and adults. There are drinks: coffee, cocoa, hot chocolate, carbonated water, alcoholic beverages are diluted. As for me, it's normal, but the rooms are not very far from the main Restaurant, ice cream from 14-00 to 16 and yes, it's just sooo much diluted, it's not even fruit ice.... 😅but just ground ice, well, okay... We can live without him! The water is cold in the water park too!!!perhaps if you arrive closer to summer it will be gorgeous, but at the moment it was cold, we went there only 1 time (unfortunately) there was only 1 warm pool, the rest with cold water. We dived into the sea , and then ran to get warm. What else can I say

We stayed at this hotel from November to December.The hotel itself is nice and large, everything is clean and well maintained.The staff was polite, all problems were solved quickly.The room was given a good one, but I wanted to stay in the new building because I was with the children., and in the old building, the watering can was not removed in the shower, it was inconvenient for the child. And the water could go cold or hot.The room that was first was large and had 3 beds, it was closer to the main restaurant.But in the evening there was a noise.I wanted peace and relaxation, so I paid extra for another room in the new building.The room itself was slightly smaller and closer to the nearby Aladdin Hotel.That's why we went to Aladdin for breakfast.Sometimes for lunch too.But dinner is better at Ali Baba anyway.There is only one restaurant in Aladdin, but the food there is also decent.They don't really have an Ala carte restaurant, so there's no point in going there at all.We met a girl who lived in Aladdin and went to dinner with her in Alaska to visit them.Ala maps in Ali Baba are also not very good, of course Aladdin is a little better.We were in a sushi restaurant and on the street where a fire show with your participation is optional.After these dinners in our Alaska, everyone had a bad stomach. Check-in at 14.00 the room went to bungalow 2937 on the 1st line, the sea and lagoons are visible from the window. The huge territory, cleanliness everywhere, lots of greenery, the staff is smiling and good-natured. There are a lot of vacationers from Europe (Germans, Czechs, Poles...) the food in the main restaurant is of good quality, everything is always fresh, fresh for breakfast, several types of yoghurts, muesli, fruits (orange, tangerines, grapefruit, melon, apples), several types of rice, mashed potatoes, different vegetables (tomato, cucumber, pepper, lettuce, greens)There are 2 swimming pools, beach bars, animation programs for children in the evening and entertainment for adults. There are enough sun beds for everyone on the beach, there is no need to borrow in the morning, there are always beach towels. The hotel fully justifies its 4 stars.

The main restaurant is very well prepared. It's really delicious. With sad fruits, in a country where the mango season practically does not end, it should be a shame to serve green sour muck. I'm not quibbling - I bought delicious mangoes myself and on the same day sour greens were served in the restaurant. Mango was given 2 times in 2 weeks.. The condee in the restaurant deserves a separate word: wild dubak!!! Not everywhere, it doesn't blow in the back streets, in the central zone it blows away with icy streams.
Rooms in the hotel: the rooms are small, almost all without balconies, instead of a balcony there is a sofa at the entrance. There is simply nowhere to dry swimsuits! People twisted as best they could - some dried on trees, some brought ropes with them. If you are traveling with a child who is not the most careful, take 2 suitcases of T-shirts with shorts for him.
The territory of the hotel is large, from the reception and the main restaurant to the sea it is very soulful to stomp. For an elderly person, the load is hellish, moving closer may not work even for an additional fee - there may not be any available rooms. I had an average of 14 thousand steps a day - it was a hike to breakfast, then to the sea, then back for lunch, rest in the room, back to the sea, dinner and to the room. Hot water appears in the late afternoon, in the morning it is just invigorating freshness, in places, under the cries of "this is Sparta!!"

We had a rest in April 2024! We arrived in Russia and have been in the hospital for 4 days (they are finding out what we caught in this terrible hotel). The hotel is very dirty! In the main cafe, the cleanliness of the tables is not monitored at all, dirty dishes left after someone are wrapped in clean napkins.The glasses are all stained! They dilute everything with juices! The power supply does not even pull at 4 *. The shared toilets in the cafe and the main building are all covered in dust, the sinks are dirty, it's scary to touch the handles!

Unfortunately, when we left, we forgot a silver chain with a cross in my husband's room. Maybe the cleaning staff found it. This is a gift from a very close person, very dear. By default, they move into the far end of the neighboring abandoned hotel, you come to the reception, swear - they move into a better room (we stayed there). For money, they check into a nice room by the pool. The room is old, one-story, stank of sewage in the toilet, they kept the door closed. The cleaning was poor, they asked for towels for several days, they could not bring them. There is no clothes dryer, but there are chairs and a table outside. The room was right at the reception and dining room, it took about 7 minutes to get to the sea.
Territory
It is large, good, there is a mini zoo, there is access to a nearby hotel with an aquapark. There is a heated swimming pool. There is an exchanger right in the lobby. White herons run around the territory, you can look at the fish by the water. There are souvenirs across the street from the hotel, you can also walk to the nearest shopping center or take a taxi (I recommend downloading the app)

Animation in the evenings at the restaurant, various performances, a club on the territory of the hotel, you can get into the neighboring alibaba, but there is a drug den. In the morning there was an aqua charge, we did not get there. They take you to the pharmacy and souvenirs for free. I highly recommend the pharmacy.

In the main restaurant, breakfast and lunch are like everywhere else in Egypt, in the morning they cook an omelet with you, for dinner there is a grill, it was almost always delicious. The coffee is bad, the juices are diluted, I had to drink beer from morning to evening. Fruits are minimal, seafood – white fish and small crabs, which are easier to throw away. There have been sushi, but they are disgusting. Delicious falafel. In general, the food was not bad, we were not hungry, sometimes we even got high. The snack restaurant is located on the beach, shawarma, burgers, potatoes. There are several bars on site. Ice cream at the far pool is bullshit. There are several ala-kart restaurants, only the fish one deserves attention because of its location by the sea. Local alcohol: gin whiskey tequila beer wine, mixed cocktails, give 2 glasses in 1 hand. Hookah gamno.

We were very sorry that we took dinner, which was expensive. There were a lot of food decorations, all sorts of figures, fondue, salmon, lamb. They gave me mini-presents. It's beautiful, delicious, but in fact it didn't differ much from an ordinary dinner, because everything ended before the new year, then you pay more from above to get into the club. We decided to score and celebrate with our company with a bottle of champagne, caviar and a pineapple stolen from the table.

At first, drinks were brought both in the restaurant and in the bar, then they gave up on us. I've already said that cleaning is bad. There are Russian speakers at the reception, you can always explain yourself. The hotel is aimed at Russians, although the neighboring Alibaba is aimed at Ukrainians and foreigners. There are only men in the service, because their women sit in mailboxes at home and give birth to children.
Travel package
For 8 nights it cost us 190k for two with NG dinner. We flew by Pegasus, which canceled the return direct flight and took us with transfers through Turkey, as a result, instead of 5 hours we got 12, I do not recommend Pegasus.
P.S. Go to Luxor with a walk along the Nile, very impressive, but choose a good transport company, we spent the whole fifth point on wooden buses.

Of the 10 hotels I selected, 5 Sharm and 5 Hurghada went to the tour operator. While we were thinking, the charm disappeared, since the flight was planned only from Kazan and everything was sorted out on the date we chose, Hurghada remained, I doubted between several hotels. Aladin has a lot of good reviews, and even a girl tour agent friend advised Aladin, their clients recently returned and were satisfied. We bought vouchers for 10 days from Kazan. The rooms are good, but I had to pay 10 dollars for a good room at the reception.someone is immediately settled in a normal room, someone is taken to the farthest room where the air conditioner is noisy and, accordingly, it is better to move out of it, well, this is almost everywhere)

A 4-star hotel pulls with difficulty. The territory itself is quite normal, three hotels are connected by one territory (Jasmine, Aladdin and Ali Baba), the food is also for four. There are very few fruits. Of the fruits in October, there were only melons, apples and dates, in the evenings bananas were added, which were swept away in half an hour.
The room stock is very old. The rooms are cleaned terribly, the towels are dirty all the time. If you ask to remove it again, then you can wait for hours. I had to call the reception several times.
Not a bad animation. Every evening there were some entertainments.
The beach is sandy, but small. The sunbed has to be occupied as early as 7 in the morning.

Initially, we bought a Superior pool view room (with a view of the heated pool). They paid extra for this, because it costs more than Standard. Upon arrival at the hotel (at 16:30), we were immediately checked in, room 1440 on the second floor overlooking the pool, at first glance the room is nothing. Further, it turned out that this pool is not heated and, accordingly, there is no soul, no music, no drinks, etc., that is, it just exists, but no one uses it. There are only 2 sockets in the room!!! One is in the bedside table, the other is in the bathroom with a hairdryer!! We charged the second phone in the bathroom!! It's a shock. When asked by the guide where to stick the kettle, either in the bathroom or on the bedside table)) "very convenient"(((
Plumbing is tired is not the word, the water is hot, then cold. And if you decide to take a shower after 20:00, you will have to wait 10 minutes until the water merges and becomes warm. I talked about it 3 times at the reception and the guide (I even wrote in the room problems section). in response, silence.
in 8 n / 9 days, the bed linen was changed once and it would be better not to change it, because they changed the sheets, but it was all in pellets. There is no duvet cover (2 sheets on the bottom and on top of the blanket). In these rooms (Superior pool view) there is only a DOUBLE BED! 2 single beds are not provided. Only in standards. Our friends also bought a Superior pool view and they had to live in a Standard room, as they needed 2 separate beds.

Soft sand, wide shore, smooth sandy entry into the sea. Nearby there is a bar with cold drinks, a toilet (always clean), a heated swimming pool nearby, where all the animation takes place. There is also a volleyball court nearby. The beach is 10 out of 10!

The kitchen is very modest, not 4* exactly, very small selection of dishes. If there is delicious soup and delicious meat at lunch or dinner, the day was a success! 2 types of soup (you'll be lucky if one turns out to be edible). Chicken, fish every other day (terrible) - I haven't even eaten this in Russia, beef is edible every other time. We ate rice in gravy))) Tomatoes are tasteless, cucumbers are the same. From fruits: oranges, tangerines, green tasteless melons, dates.
Breakfast is generally!! Fried eggs are fried in such old pans that they can hardly be torn off! A lot of oil on the pan and on the fried eggs themselves (I see this for the first time). I am generally silent about the dissatisfied face of the cook. Cheese, sausage - horror. Only pastries are delicious.
ALA CARD:
I do not recommend Italian. They left hungry, everything tasteless, waited 30 minutes for their order. The service is terrible.
Mongolian - I recommend it. There was a delicious assortment of meat cooked in a frying pan and served on it. The soup is so-so, the pasta is like pasta.
Sushi/Chinese soup is delicious, like Tom Yam, insular. Salad with crab - not a scrub, of course, but with a crab stick)) The rolls are covered with some kind of mayonnaise. It tastes like a three. Soy sauce is a nightmare, I didn't know it could be so tasteless.
The service in Chinese and Mongolian was excellent! They even left a tip.
BAR AND DRINKS:
Powdered juice, various sodas, all this cannot be poured by yourself, only through a bartender or waiter. It's the same with tea and coffee. Tea/coffee is only freely available for breakfast and then there are no clean mugs, then the milk has run out, the tea in the restaurant is only black packaged.
Red wine is a rare poison (I had enough of a sip), white wine is a little better, but also poison. I haven't tried anything else from alcohol.

Mixed feelings, depends on the specific person, there are very pleasant smiling people, and there are not so many)) Basically, everyone is doing well, except for some personalities.

Towels can be handed over only in the evening! For example, we go to lunch and want to hand over wet towels, but they tell us: bring them in the evening. That's it. the day of departure (at 12:00) explained why I don't rent in the evening! Quiet horror. At 17:00, everything on the beach closes and even the water stops flowing to rinse your feet))) This is also the first time I've seen this!

The heated pool is located next to the sea, which is convenient. In the early days, it was difficult to call it heated. And it was only on the 4th day of our vacation that the water in the pool really began to heat up. And as I already wrote - at 17:00 everything closes, the staff starts whistling and expelling everyone from the pool. If someone doesn't come out, they come up and whistle in your ear)))And this is the first time I've seen this!
snack:
There is nowhere to eat from 10:00 to 12:30! from 16:00 to 17:00, they promised cookies with tea in the Lobby, but we did not wait for them.
territory:
I really liked it, it is green, well-groomed, pleasant music plays in the evening on the territory, there is a place to walk, including on the territory of Ali Baba.

We rested, tanned, lost weight)) Everything is fine, all this did not overshadow our vacation, BUT those who love comfort and delicious food are not here.

And... our tour for two with my son (7 years old) for 8h/9 days (Aeroflot) it cost 114,000 rubles. Expensive or cheap - judge for yourself.
