Objectively, there are no claims. But there are nuances.
Of the minuses: the waiters ask not to go to the bar in the main restaurant for drinks during lunch / dinner / breakfast, whether it's alcohol or water, apparently they are being chased for this, they say they should bring people, but after ordering they confuse the order or simply forget to bring it. When you eat and really want to drink, this feature of them is a burden. Toilet paper was not added to the room until it was requested and so twice a week of rest. The light bulb in the hallway burned out, which was told to the guide in the lobby 3 days before departure, there was no replacement. The towels were also changed after the reminder. The food is for an amateur, but it has always been like this since I was in Egypt. I drank alcohol locally, out of necessity, but it is below 2 on a five-point scale, this is also a kind of feature of the area.
Of the pros: the excellent sea interrupts all the cons and questions about food and alcohol. The staff as a whole is trying, it can be seen, thank you for that. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, as it should be.

My favorite hotel is Aladdin. The steep beach is the sea , the huge territory, the food is delicious. Damn, I often travel to countries, I thought Egypt would not come and even 4, but no, I really liked it. It's clean everywhere and the staff are not gloomy but pleasant on the light. The restaurant staff is straight. I usually don't come back, but I'll come back here, I really liked everything. I recommend it honestly 🙏🏻

Everything would not be bad, a good beach, room cleaning almost every day, 4 bottles of water a day for 0.5, refrigerator, kettle, concerts in the evenings, but there are questions about nutrition... I was injured 2 times and it was on those days when I ate fish! Here in the reviews someone has already written about bad fish. If I hadn't stocked up on medicines just in case, then the rest would have been completely ruined. For the first time on the second day, there was a fever and a stomach ache, well, of course, sitting in thought on a white stone. It's good that we had enough medicines, so the next day everything was already over. Also , when I took the greens , the ground and half - washed fruits fell on my teeth . So draw conclusions...

Now we are resting at the hotel, the standard rooms require repair, the plumbing (toilet bowl) is just a nightmare. The weather is very windy, so in the water park the area for children under 10 years old is not heated at all, the water is cold, the slides for adults are heated. A child of 7 years old is not allowed on adult slides. It is impossible to swim in the kindergarten because of the cold water. The child was upset.

We had a family vacation in early April.
1. The rooms are very tired, the first time we saw them🙃 But! : mattresses, pillows are comfortable, towels / bed linen are perfectly clean, daily cleaning with a change of linen + towels + washed floors / dust every day (left $ 2 every day) the child constantly forgot expensive gadgets in the room - everything was neatly put on the table for us!
2. The food is delicious, you definitely will not stay hungry.
3. The territory is very well maintained, beautiful, large- pleasing to the eye!
4. The sea is excellent, but fresh/cheerful)) a heated swimming pool and a water park helped out.

We had a rest in July 2023. We liked everything. The rooms were cleaned regularly, bed linen was changed 1 time, towels daily. Upon arrival, we checked in at 2 p.m. The room was clean, the porter carried the luggage. The bracelet was issued immediately upon arrival (at 10 o'clock), so you could use the beach and have breakfast.The staff is friendly.
Meals for 3 *, meat is mostly chicken, fish is not tasty, seafood -shrimp was 2 times a week - for dinner.
Excursions from the tour operator (Biblio Globus)very expensive. They took me on a free trip to the city, to shopping malls. The guide claimed that she was driving state-owned shopping malls where everything was under control.. They took us to Cleopatra, where they bought a fake perfume😂
The pharmacist clearly spoke about the miraculous powers of the oils, which are also on sale here (Cleopatra). Naturally, we bought everything😂😂
The quality of the oils also leaves much to be desired.
In general, you should not buy anything there.

We had a rest from 10/29/12 to 11/19/12. Me, a friend and children 5 and 14 years old. I lived in a super suite, a friend in a standard one. Everything is as usual in the rooms, only they do not put shampoo and all sorts of pleasant cosmetic trifles here. There were no mosquitoes in my room, perhaps because the windows faced the sunny side, and my friend had to suffer with them for several days, and then eventually decided to change the room. Sanitization is regularly carried out on the territory, but there are mosquitoes anyway. As for the restaurant, there is a lot of meat, there are vegetables, but practically no fish, during the rest period there were shrimp 2 times and crabs once. You can eat for free in Alyakarta, there are several of them: Mongolian, sushi, Italian, fish and oriental, as well as by appointment go to dinner at Ali Baba (this is a nearby hotel). By the way, those who are vacationing in Aladdin can use the bars, the water park, the beach, animation in Ali baba for free. It's convenient. Because the animation in the hotel is very boring, the animators themselves hang out in a bunch, people do not invite, evening programs are minimal, on the principle of entertaining yourself. On the second floor there is a nightclub with a DJ, he plays music professionally, I really liked it, the only minus is that they smoke there too, and this is an enclosed space, you know what a stink it is. For non-smokers, this is hell. There is also a nightclub in Ali baba, called 40 robbers, the entrance there is from the street (road), to the right of the main entrance to the hotel. There are higher ceilings and more air, but we liked the music more here. I also want to mention the work of Oksana's reception and another Egyptian girl, unfortunately I forgot the name, these girls are just gold! They will always come up, ask if everything is good, if there are any comments and always help, tell you what and how. I have never met such a respectful and benevolent attitude anywhere else! Thank them very much! All our problems were solved thanks to them! I will describe one situation, in the evening someone (I suspect the waiters themselves) took the tables on the terrace, putting packs of cigarettes on it, but I decided to sit down anyway, because people were already sitting at the other tables and the waiter immediately ran up and started telling me that he was busy with others and they were at dinner now In general, he drove me away. I was upset at first, and then I went to the reception and explained the situation, you should have seen the face of this waiter! Well, in the end, of course, no one came for cigarettes, and there were basically no other people, just a waiter working off his baksheesh. Then the bar boss apologized to me, and the waiter ran around pleasing me. So keep in mind any issues can be solved with the help of these fairies! Who else is interested in this, on Tuesdays there is a foam party on the beach at Ali baba at 14.00

We just returned from vacation, we knew where we were going in 2000 in jasmine, the sea is gorgeous, the food is not chic, but you will not stay hungry there is animation,aerobics,bocce,darts,volleyball,mini disco,live music in the evenings in general everything is normal, the most important thing is to bring a good mood smile and smile at you,the guys are all great and the animators and the boys in the bar are all working at 200 percent.my husband had a birthday party at the main restaurant without a reminder with a cake and songs in general everything is fine.the most important thing is the gorgeous sea and the beach.

We were in November 2022 with 2 children. In general, I liked everything, all the points are on a solid 4. The only thing is very weak animation, mostly singing. But otherwise I liked everything, close to the airport, economy rooms, but everything works, a large green area, a great big sandy beach for children with a smooth approach, there are reefs and a sunken ship with fish, there is a decent warm pool for adults and for children, a large water park with slides for all ages and a warm pool for kids, there is a small selection of food, but they cook very tasty, the staff fusses, everything is cleaned, rooms are cleaned, etc. The girl at the reception is ready to really help in solving the guests' questions. In general, a solid 4+ by all criteria (but there were people who paid 1.5-2 times more than us for the tour, they expected more, and were not very satisfied).

that there are bungalows in Aladdin , for me this is the main thing that I do not feel like in a residential area😀 the food there is varied , you can choose a dish for every taste ,it is very good to come there with young children , so there is a master class for them all day and a disco in the evening 👍for adults also from 10 am to evening there is an entertainment , in a word , animation for 5 + YES, the most important thing !!!!Aladdin has a very good access to the sea , slippers are not needed , if you need to hide from the sun at sea , there are excellent wigwams😀 you can write a lot about Aladdin , but I advise you to look and evaluate yourself😀

I had a rest in this hotel from 25.09 to 02.10. As I checked into the hotel, I could not understand why it has a good rating. They put me in a room in houses. This number, apart from tears, did not cause other emotions. It is dark as in a dungeon, there is one very small window. In the bathroom it is not clear what kind of system, there was a tiny bathtub and there was an unregulated watering can. Small ants and spiders crawled all over the room. The refrigerator was shaking, the light in the room was very dim, the floor was covered in mold, it was impossible to walk barefoot. Immediately after viewing the room, they came to the reception to change the room, but they said that there were no free people and they would come tomorrow. Having somehow spent the night in this terrible room, the next day they were given a room in the building on the second floor. It is more or less possible to live there. The bed linen is of terrible quality, all in pellets. The furniture is all old. The food is average, you won't see much variety. A la carte restaurants were saved every evening. In general, I will definitely not come back here anymore. I attach a photo of the first issue. By the way, almost everyone who came with us was settled in such terrible rooms. And they were relocated only after complaints and then not immediately.

On the beach, the first line of the sunbeds is occupied not by tourists, but by beach workers. Then they invite you to these sunbeds and wait for a dollar.

Wi-Fi is free, but catches only in the lobby, in the dining room more or less. The staff runs everywhere, they please, they want a tip for it. They talk about tips everywhere. If you refuse something, they immediately take offense, turn away, lose interest in you. The shops at the hotel have the same story. Prices are cheaper than where they will take you on a sightseeing tour, but not for everything. You can pay by transfer to Sberbank in rubles, as well as at the nearby Ali Baba hotel. There is a water park, big, interesting. The food is varied, you will not stay hungry. They offer several restaurants, go boldly to all. What about the beach ... there are enough sun loungers, but the tide is out, the frog pool, if you want to swim and dive, go to the neighboring Ali Baba hotel, there are more comfortable and softer sun beds. They constantly walk on the beach, they stick with excursions, if they enter into a dialogue with them, they will not leave behind. I haven't seen any food on the beach, there are bars with drinks. Plants are also watered at night, if you pass early in the morning, you can hear the smell of drains a la someone peed in the corner. Numbers!!! This is not a good person settled us in a terrible place, the child had this place, there was no mattress, no bed linen, somehow he changed our room, there was no strength to swear, that's why we were on the road all day.
