I rested in Aladdin from 04/10/2021 to 12/10/2021, looking ahead, before leaving I came across a review where it was said that the only plus of this hotel is the sea, I want to fix it, the only plus of Egypt is the sea, I had no worse rest (I am not very whimsical).
I'll start with arrival (tour operator Biblio Globus, if you want to spoil your vacation, contact him), passed all controls and inspections, etc., etc., got on the bus, everything is in place, the bus stands for half an hour, the guide is silent (time goes by, salary drips), we ask what's the matter, it turns out we are waiting for the police, she I have to escort you to the hotel, in an hour we move out, after driving a hundred meters from the airport, the police like never before, what???, I ask again WHAT,,,,, we waited for the police for an hour???, she had to arrive long before we arrived, (the country was 6 it has been closed for Russian tourists for many years, but it would be better if it did not open at all). The guide was silent all the way, no information, this is the first time, in other countries, the guides gave so much information (while driving to the hotel) that upon arrival you know what, where, when and how, but here it's just zero, zero, thanks to Biblio Globus. Upon arrival at the hotel, we fill out some papers again (check-in at 14:00, we arrived at 16:00), they do not give us the keys, they do not check in. After handing out the keys and bracelets, (the luggage is on the street, you can not bring it into the hall), they said to wait for the porter, he will take you to the room, we are waiting for no one, we went to look for ourselves, (the territory is large, I remember an electric car came to the UAE), the day is lost.
Evening, restaurant, shock from the fact that the dishes are plastic (I understand on the beach, there are no questions), there are no napkins, the food is normal, I am addicted to coffee, but after drinking coffee in Aladdin, I would be glad to have instant, cloudy water in a milk jug, alcoholic beverages are poured by centimeter (somehow I took 2 cups of wine, poured into one, the administrator came running, scolded like a boy who poured alcohol from his father's bar, I threw everything and left the restaurant), you don't have time to eat, the waiters tear out the plates.
The beach is large, there is one bar, beer is poured into 200 gram cups, they do not give more than two on their hands, the sun beds are dead (it's not scary), there are umbrellas, it's good, but there is a wicker fence near each umbrella, (I'll explain why it's bad for me, imagine several rows of such a barrier, You lay down in the last and there is only a wicker fence in front of you, i.e. there is nothing that pleases the eye, there is no sea, waves, boats, professionals surf beautifully with sails, everything is hidden from the eyes). I want to appeal to tourists, not only to Russians, to everyone that is going on in your head, who came up with the idea to borrow or book sun beds, who gave you such a right?, they put everything from beach towels to dirty diapers and pads, and they could not touch the sunbed, but they are empty for days. You can look for a free sunbed for more than half an hour, no, I did not see people sunbathing, but I saw a used gasket sunbathing all day, then at least brew a karkade, and the hostess sleeps in the room, or went on an excursion, or even went home. I came in the morning (at 6:30), before breakfast, to sunbathe and swim (already at such an early hour, the sun was warm enough and the sea was cool and affectionate), imagine, all the sun beds were OCCUPIED, I stayed until 9:30, then left for breakfast, and there were about ten vacationers on the beach, why take up sun beds?, everyone comes at different times, why do nonsense?, take places in the restaurant, on the terrace, so that only you can eat and enjoy the evening freshness. And tourists also pay the staff of the beach, so that those who take their places in the morning, where the administration looks at?
Meeting with the guide, I will try in short, hears only himself, offers excursions so persistently and aggressively, as if I am obliged to get money out of my swimming trunks this second and pay for another ticket, and when you ask an interesting question You have a question, you should have seen his displeased expression, how unprofessional and sad it all is.
And departure, at 14:45 they have to pick up from the hotel, at 12:00 they need to hand over the room keys, and now the most fun thing is, I hand over the keys and they cut off my bracelet, i.e. I can't help but have lunch, drink a glass of water, etc., to my indignation that this day is included in the price vouchers, they answer me: pay extra or let's go on a date, I met this for the first time, I remember flying from the Emirates at night, they gave me a box with food, I did not take it, so the guide who came to pick up at the airport ran to the restaurant for this box, although he did not say it was necessary. They were herded into the airport like cattle, checks and searches every ten meters (this is their job, I agree for security, but this can be done with some respect for the individual), they can shout "come here" from the middle of the hall, like a warden to a prisoner, they snatch documents and bags from their hands and, without explanation, the inspection again, although they just searched, I saw an elderly man stripped, why there are no screens, horror. A security officer prays on mats in the corner (holster on his belt), it's creepy, there are special rooms for such purposes.
When the plane took off, I breathed freely, it's a pity that in such a country, such a gorgeous sea....

A great beach, a vacation with children in this hotel turned out to be a good solution! A large territory, playgrounds, a mini zoo with monkeys, a nice new water park and even a restaurant area with cartoons🤗 Children are happy, parents are happy!😉 The food is good (only a little fruit, but it depends on the season, apparently, and you can go to the market on your own 😉), the staff is attentive!

We went in November 2019. I liked everything. The food is great, the beach is big and clean. We swam with masks from the pier, watched the fish-there is something to see. The staff is very friendly and loves Russians. Excellent animators, a warm swimming pool.I advise everyone to relax in Aladdin.

We went with my mother from 06.09.2018 to 16.09.2018. The rooms (cabins) are quite cozy, clean, with air conditioning. Cleaning is regular. The service is good-everyone is friendly and friendly. The food is high-quality, tasty and varied (I'm not picky about food). The beach is sandy, there are many sun loungers.
