I had a rest in this hotel from 30.12.2019 to 5.01.2020. settled in five minutes. We took a tax for 6 nights about 2000 rubles (payment is accepted in dollars and dirhams) .there is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. Everyone is very polite . We took breakfast and dinner. Dinners can be easily exchanged for lunch. Everything is very tasty.we lived in room 3128. Utter silence at night. I highly recommend it.
Great hotel!
Convenient location near the metro and the airport. Extremely helpful staff. There is a small swimming pool and a fitness room. They take you to the beach every morning, bring you back at lunch. Right in the hotel there are grocery stores, cafes and restaurants, you can eat.
I recommend it!
Great hotel, great service, very helpful staff.
Very convenient location, near the metro, 30 minutes drive to Dubai Mall.
Delicious food, free transfer to the beach (10 minutes) at the same time we got not only the beach, but the whole park 😁
Great hotel. Delicious and varied breakfast. The staff can also speak Russian. Upon check-in, a memo is issued in Russian. There is free Wi-Fi, And TV. By the way, one Russian 🇷🇺 channel. The metro is within walking distance. As well as a hypermarket.
Room service rating-4, room condition-4, reception work-5,transfer to the beach-5, meals and waiters-5. The employees are helpful, modest, friendly, not intrusive, ready to help. The impression is very pleasant. We enjoyed the rest. We will recommend it to friends. We are glad to visit again.
An inexpensive hotel with a convenient location (50 meters to the metro), good service and a transfer to the beach, a good, albeit one-dimensional kitchen
Nice hotel, but still a little far from the center. Although the excellent Al-Mamzar beach is almost nearby (6km).

Very close to the metro, near a store, McDonald's and subway. The rooms are clean, there is a kitchen, an iron. Check in before 12:00, evict at 14:00 - very loyal!
Unpleasant odors all over the hotel, in the evenings they burn some candles with a terrible smell that lasts all day. The rooms are dirty (with spots of unknown origin) for 4 * somehow does not pull. Otherwise, everything is fine, the staff is friendly, only English-speaking.
The hotel is good, linen and towels are changed after 2 days, the room is cleaned every day, the staff understands what they want from them, they are very helpful.
The area is deaf, there is nowhere to go for a walk in the evening. The hotel is so-so, a hostel of an improved type, there is no hood in the apartments where you can cook, the smell of cooking does not fade from the room. 4 stars does not pull 2.5 maximum in any way. No one understands Russian at the reception
We are coming here for the second time. We will arrive on the third. Good rooms with the possibility of self-cooking. My wife liked that they cleaned every day, washed dirty dishes, made the bed. Normal Wi-Fi. In general, we were comfortable. And yes, nice beds and pillows. I slept very sweetly...
we went to the hammam and sauna in the evenings. It's just a pity that separately (. We worked out in the fitness room. My wife went for a massage there in the gym. And the rest of the time we walked, rode around Dubai, sunbathed on the beach. I like everything, even the breakfasts, which, unfortunately, were not very diverse. But even this became noticeable only on day 4-5. Although if you remember the breakfasts in Italy in 3 stars. ... There are great breakfasts in Albustan. Helpful smiling staff. The only drawback is that only one person speaks Russian more or less well. And the fact that the hotel is mostly Russian, it would be very necessary. Although on your fingers everyone understands you everywhere. Even in difficult situations. Only they can't say))).
Modest "four stars". They gave the room not the same as they ordered, at first. The pool is very small and shallow. The service is at an average level, slippers and bathrobes in the room were waiting for almost a day. The restaurant is good, the boutiques are downstairs. In the lobby, the administrators speak only English. In general, not bad.
