We rested with a friend for 10 days.
We were very satisfied!
The hotel is modest, but they managed to bring their motto “feel like home" to life. Very kind staff, always meet you halfway, help, prompt
It's a bit far from the city center, but there are 2 metro stations nearby: Al Nahda (closer) and Stadium (further away, but near a large supermarket Lulu, by the way, there is a currency exchange). And inside the hotel itself there is also a small supermarket (open until one o'clock in the morning) and several shops (a lot with wedding dresses))
We took only breakfast, in my opinion, it is more convenient, the breakfasts are good, quite varied.
There is a shuttle service to the nearest Al Mamzar beach and back (there is a free part, we never got there, and a fee for 5 dirhams, you can also pay with a metro card). By the way, I strongly advise against collecting cone-shaped shells there, it seems that they are empty, but almost all of them hide small crabs that die without water, we unknowingly accidentally killed five, we found it too late😰
There are rooms with and without a kitchen, at first we were without, but then they asked and they moved us without any problems
Also, an employee of Harshika was watching our room, he even helped us open a coconut. The rooms were cleaned every day, if anything, it was possible to contact the staff and any issue was quickly resolved. Take the adapter if you have it, but the staff gave us a chance to use it.

We rested at this hotel from 10/15/2023 to 10/21/2023. The hotel is ordinary, nothing special should be expected. The hotel itself is not new and the rooms are also not the first freshness. The room is clean, cleaning every day, the bed linen is snow-white. Minus this dirty carpet. The breakfasts are good, you won't stay hungry. The pastries are very tasty. The hotel staff is friendly and will always help with any question.The hotel has a swimming pool, but finding it is a whole quest. We had to take a person from the service staff to take us to the pool. There is a metro station 5 minutes from the hotel and you can get to most locations by metro. There is a bus service from the hotel to Al-Mamzar Beach every day at 09:00. Driving to the sea takes only 10-15 minutes. The bus takes tourists back at 13:00. The beach itself is clean and beautiful. In 7-8 minutes walk there is a free beach, where there is also a toilet, shower and the sea is no worse than on a paid beach. I especially liked the sea, or rather its temperature. The water is very warm and it is comfortable to swim. In general, if you are going with a great mood, then you will rest for five points!!!

It's not bad for your money. Good service, excellent breakfasts, there is a swimming pool. The infrastructure is within walking distance, there is a shop and a poppy in the building.

I often visited this hotel. Nice apartment hotel. There is also a grocery store and a food court in the same complex. You can also cook lunch or dinner in the room, as well as visit cafes. There is a metro station and a bus stop nearby. You can get to any place in Dubai. A bus takes you to the beach.

A wonderful 3* hotel, I would even give 4*!!! Delicious breakfasts, great service, everything is for people, not the other way around. Close to the metro, but it's a long drive to the sights. We settled in right away, we also left and were given time to pack.

Today is the last day of our wonderful vacation in Dubai on 05/28/2024. We had a rest at the Al Bustan Hotel. I would like to express my gratitude to this hotel for the excellent service: cleanliness, location, breakfasts, staff, comfort, etc., everything is at the highest level! The hotel is good. There was a pungent smell of detergents when checking in, but it disappeared on the first day. There were nuances with the number:the shower broke and the toaster did not work, but everything was replaced within half an hour after the message about it at the reception. All the staff knows English perfectly well - there are no problems with communication. The hotel itself has a grocery store with acceptable prices when compared with other shops in the city. Wi-Fi is only available in the hotel, the signal is powerful, uninterrupted.

It is not necessary to consider it as a classic shopping center. This is a minimarket, which has almost everything you need, a pharmacy, a food court and McDonald's, ATMs, optics, some small things and the bulk are women's dress shops for local ladies. Women can go on an excursion. Impressions will be provided! There is free underground parking. The metro is nearby. All shops are on the ground floor of the hotel.

NICE hotel, cleaning every day, changing towels every other day. The food is monotonous, but you will not be hungry. The biggest plus is the responsive staff, they will help with all questions, solve problems very quickly.
Near the hotel there is a metro, several large supermarkets. And there is a shop in the hotel itself. You can cook something light in the rooms.
The TV in the room is huge, with YouTube.

Very nice hotel. We got a family room. No one expected to see such a wall-va place. Huge living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms... Just about a personal place.
There is a swimming pool. On the ground floor there is a large supermarket and a McDonald's. Metro stop in 1 min. We really liked it...

I was there a year ago, I really liked the hotel not only for its comfort and location, but also for the lack of a deposit upon check-in. Before purchasing the tour, of course, I clarified this fact with them by e-mail, so that there would be no misunderstandings upon arrival. The resort fee was $30 for 10 days. Clean, neat, beautiful in the lobby and restaurant. The room was cleaned regularly by young guys. There is a kitchen with a set of dishes, a compartment for separate garbage collection. The bathroom has a built-in system for pulling ropes to dry the laundry. After reading the reviews, I took a window handle with me and did not regret it, it came in handy, the most important thing is not to forget it when you are going back. The window of the hotel was on the ministadion, where training took place at night, it was interesting to watch. During the day, athletes apparently sleep, they have a completely different way of life. I drove a minibus to the beach. It is interesting to walk around the territory, it is very beautiful. The water in the bay is slightly hot, I warmed up from the heart, like in an Icelandic hot spring. Sometimes it was possible to negotiate and move the time of departure from the beach to another hour. Supermarket is a separate topic, I saw so many exotic things, I even brought a stick of sugar cane, they chewed with the whole family, I didn't have time to buy an Indian nut, and there was no time to go to another supermarket to look for it. By the way, for those who are fond of baking - in the same LU-LU in blue tin cans there is a chic baking powder baking powder, cupcakes and biscuits rise coolly on it, baking soda taste is completely absent...I still regret that I bought a large jar, with our baking powder does not go to any comparison. I hope I will definitely return to this hotel.

Not a bad location, near the metro, supermarket. Bus to the beach at 9:00, from the beach at 13:00.
The rooms are spacious with a small kitchen. Stove, kettle, refrigerator and necessary utensils are available. They are settled earlier, if rooms are available. And we extended the room without any problems, with a late departure, absolutely free of charge.

Vacationed with my husband from 14.04 to 21.04 2023. It was +30+35. Water +25
We arrived and immediately checked in, although the dinner time was over (until 22h), but the food court works longer, so we were offered dinner, we were very happy.(we have breakfast + dinner, but you can change dinner for lunch)
The rooms are clean, pleasant, everything is there, towels, soap, body lotion and shampoo, the hair dryer is old, but it works well. Clean up every day, thank you!
The metro is nearby, we had silver cards, we replenished them and went everywhere, conveniently, a transfer takes us to the beach at 9 a.m. and back at 13 p.m. On the beach, they paid for the entrance with the same cards, 5 dirhams, there are sun beds 10 dirhams and umbrellas 20 dirhams. But you can do without them, the sand is cool, we took towels with us and lay under the wooden "mushrooms". but there are free beaches nearby, nothing worse than paid. And there and there changing rooms, Toilets are all clean and tidy. (On Al Mamzar Mon and Wednesday -women's days with children, men are not allowed on the beach these days)
The food is just fine, the cooks tried, varied, satisfying, delicious, they fed us)
it is possible to find something to eat, even with different features. Breakfast is a buffet, and dinner/lunch in the food court.
There were always fruits, dried fruits (dinner), meat, fish (dinner), desserts, coffee, tea, juices, vegetables, yoghurts (breakfast) puff pastry buns (breakfast) cheese, sausage, porridge, breakfast cereals. Very tasty, really!
The pool is small, but clean, there is a place to sunbathe.
Sports hall (female and male separately)
Super market is right at the bottom of the hotel, it's convenient to buy everything. McDuck.
There is a clothing store next to the hotel. A little further Lou Lou, like our auchan, there is an exchanger 1dollar = 3.65 dirhams.delicious fruits, just awesome, inexpensive seafood, and super baklava! On the second floor there are perfumes, phones, clothes, household appliances ...
there are a lot of all kinds of snack bars, jams near the hotel.but we arrived in Ramadan, they didn't work until sunset, then we could have a snack. Nice hotel. Due to translation difficulties, they did not change the number. They wanted a bathroom, they gave it with a curtain and a hole in the floor. Accumulating water reached half of the bathroom.
But they were allowed to stay after 12, they were not evicted. The bus to the airport was at 16, they were allowed to stay until 14, thanks a lot for that.

Nice hotel. The first days could not orient themselves inside the hotel there are different entrances and buildings. The rooms are cleaned normally.
