Great location. Close to the airport, but the sound does not interfere. There is a metro nearby, which makes it easy to get to the center. Bus stops are also nearby, you can easily get to Sharjah. We lived in an apartment, a three-room mini-apartment, a hall with armchairs and a sofa bed and a chic TV, a kitchen with a sink near the window, a stove, a refrigerator, all the necessary kitchen utensils, 2 bedrooms and 4 beds. There is even a nook for ironing clothes. The toilet and shower are clean and comfortable. Cleaning every day, the guys are quick and polite. Very cozy.
The food is excellent. The service is excellent.
On the ground floor there is a small shopping center with evening dresses. There is also a small supermarket where almost everything you need can be bought.

The average hotel is not 5 stars, but the hotel is very good. The staff is not Russian-speaking, as they say. Only typically Russian-speaking. The rooms are spacious, the rooms have their own kitchen stove, refrigerator, frying pans, pots. Upon check-in, tea, coffee, water, bathroom accessories. I liked the big TV, if someone is hot there is air conditioning. Soft and comfortable beds and pillows. They are cleaned every day. Very clean. Transfer to the beach at 8:30 and 9:00 and back at 13:00. They take you to the paid beach Al Mamzar entrance 5 dirhams, at the entrance you buy a green card for 25 dirhams, which can also be used in the subway. Take an umbrella you will not regret either your own or there for rent 15 dirhams, with a sunbed 30 dirhams, showers and changing rooms for free, and there is also a beautiful park where you can walk, but there is a free beach, but everything else is paid. Water can be requested by the staff provided. Outdoor large swimming pool and gym, delicious breakfasts. Polite staff, always smiling, friendly and ready to help. A quiet eastern district of Dubai, near the metro and a budget hypermarket, as well as give vouchers and for 25 dirhams you can have lunch or dinner together, because the portions are large and give a variety of dishes, salad and fruit. We have been vacationing as a couple since April 16, 2024, and arrived in the evening when the hurricane ended. The transfer took a long time due to the weather conditions. We booked a studio suite. I got a two-room Executive Suite One Bedroom with an area of 60 sq. m. m with a bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, living room, kitchen (stove, refrigerator,toaster, kettle, tea and coffee making facilities, sugar, water and dishes), air conditioning in the 4th building on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. A room without a balcony. The windows don't open. The windows were opened with a plastic window handle. We recommend everyone to take a pen with them, as it is very stuffy, the air conditioner did not help. The beds are comfortable, the linen is clean, the bathroom is clean, replenished with shampoo and soap. The breakfasts are excellent, scrambled eggs, pancakes, yogurt, cereals, excellent fresh pastries, side dishes, cuts, fruits, vegetables, juices, coffee, tea, milk. Two buses were taken to the beach, if there were a lot of guests, at 8.40 and 9 o'clock, they were picked up from Al Mamzar beach at 13 o'clock. It was not possible to get to Al Mamzar Park. The nol card did not work, Gazprombank's Union pay did not work, and cash was not accepted. You can buy a ticket only through a vending machine with a foreign bank card. I liked the hotel very much, the staff is friendly, there is a grocery store on the ground floor where we bought food and cooked ourselves. The metro is nearby, you can get to any point without any problems. I recommend this hotel.

They were in front of NG from December 18 to December 25, 2023. Me, my husband and two daughters aged 5 and 7. I was very pleased with the instant FREE check-in upon arrival. Very very friendly staff. This is very encouraging. The faucet in the shower broke down , it was fixed an hour later . I'm counting fast. The location is excellent, near the metro, on the ground floor there is a food court, inexpensive in general, and a McDonald's. A 10-minute walk to the lu lu hyper. They changed money and bought food there. We had breakfast. They were very tasty. A huge selection of everything. After we rested in a cartoon where there were no sausages. There were watermelons, oranges, and grapefruits, and the food was also varied. They took me to the beach. But it is paid 5 dirhams. It's cold on the beach after lunch. There is a swimming pool , or rather a paddling pool . That's what children need. But you can sunbathe around it. The rooms are tired, but the fact that they are huge covers all the disadvantages. The four of us were comfortable. Excursions are offered by the tour operator, very expensive. Our family was offered a zoo for $ 270, we went ourselves, took expensive tickets ourselves and we got $ 70 in rubles somewhere 6500r + 45 dirhams there by taxi, it was problematic to leave at 6 pm. It costs about 150 dirhams, they knocked down the price for a long time and eventually agreed for 70 dirhams. Bargain everywhere.

We rested from 12.02.2023 to 19.02.2023.
The hotel met all our requirements also for such a relatively small cost.
We took only breakfast- a wonderful buffet.We arrived at 9.00 and to our surprise we were settled immediately.We left at 18.20, but were in the room until the last. Room number 3356 is a studio, which is very convenient. There is a supermarket in the hotel itself, the prices are normal.Thanks to the kitchen in the room, there were no problems with food at all.
There is a heated swimming pool.A transfer takes us to the beach every day, but somehow we were late for the return trip, but thanks to the convenient location of the hotel we got back ourselves.Near the metro, bus stops and taxis of course.Mostly we used the subway - very convenient. I really liked Zaid at the reception, we had problems with the language, well, he turned on the translator on the phone and all the problems disappeared.The staff is very friendly, and in the restaurant, and cleaning and luggage carrier, etc.
The hotel is boldly recommended to everyone. I also put a + mark for myself.

We were at the end of December! This is a great hotel! I would give him 4* instead of 3*, it usually happens the other way around!
Positive:
- there are no planes at all! - I'll tell you right away, because we were worried about it ourselves.
- it is very close to the metro, which was important for us, since we moved around the city mainly by metro, taxis are expensive.
- excellent food! But the conclusion is only with regard to breakfast. The breakfasts are quite plentiful, although not very diverse, but once a week some positions changed. Even people on proper nutrition have something to eat!
-the rooms are clean, the towels and linen are clean, the bed and bedding are very comfortable, the kitchen was nice. Cleaning was 7 days out of 8 stays. The interior of the hotel, although not the most modern, still looked simple, decent and pleasing to the eye.
-the service is on the level! Everyone is friendly, neatly dressed and always ready to help and solve any problem!
- the nearest beach is excellent, both paid and free, which buses regularly went from the hotel, you could always climb.
-there is a great supermarket Lulu at 1 stop, we saved ourselves there with ready-made food and vegetables/fruits when we had the opportunity to eat at home
-swimming pool in the courtyard with free towels
-free sauna and fitness

Cons (they were not critical for us at all, but they may be important for you):
-the district itself is a quarter of Hindus and Pakistanis, this did not bother us at all, since we treat other nations calmly and plus it is as safe as possible in Dubai, even at night it is quiet among poor neighborhoods
-there are no normal cafes in the area, only fast food
- a very small pool, although there was enough space for everyone. The sun doesn't shine on him all day
-periodic problems with Wi-Fi, if you try to connect more than 2 devices, it is better not to do this, otherwise you will have to run to the reception later. According to the rules of the hotel, initially only 2 devices can be connected

We rested with a friend for 10 days.
We were very satisfied!
The hotel is modest, but they managed to bring their motto “feel like home" to life. Very kind staff, always meet you halfway, help, prompt
It's a bit far from the city center, but there are 2 metro stations nearby: Al Nahda (closer) and Stadium (further away, but near a large supermarket Lulu, by the way, there is a currency exchange). And inside the hotel itself there is also a small supermarket (open until one o'clock in the morning) and several shops (a lot with wedding dresses))
We took only breakfast, in my opinion, it is more convenient, the breakfasts are good, quite varied.
There is a shuttle service to the nearest Al Mamzar beach and back (there is a free part, we never got there, and a fee for 5 dirhams, you can also pay with a metro card). By the way, I strongly advise against collecting cone-shaped shells there, it seems that they are empty, but almost all of them hide small crabs that die without water, we unknowingly accidentally killed five, we found it too late😰
There are rooms with and without a kitchen, at first we were without, but then they asked and they moved us without any problems
Also, an employee of Harshika was watching our room, he even helped us open a coconut. The rooms were cleaned every day, if anything, it was possible to contact the staff and any issue was quickly resolved. Take the adapter if you have it, but the staff gave us a chance to use it.
In general, I highly recommend it

We rested at this hotel from 10/15/2023 to 10/21/2023. The hotel is ordinary, nothing special should be expected. The hotel itself is not new and the rooms are also not the first freshness. The hotel staff is friendly and will always help with any question.The hotel has a swimming pool, but finding it is a whole quest. We had to take a person from the service staff to take us to the pool. There is a metro station 5 minutes from the hotel and you can get to most locations by metro. There is a bus service from the hotel to Al-Mamzar Beach every day at 09:00. Driving to the sea takes only 10-15 minutes. The bus takes tourists back at 13:00. The beach itself is clean and beautiful. In 7-8 minutes walk there is a free beach, where there is also a toilet, shower and the sea is no worse than on a paid beach. I especially liked the sea, or rather its temperature. The water is very warm and it is comfortable to swim. In general, if you are going with a great mood, then you will rest for five points!!!

The hotel is good. There was a pungent smell of detergents when checking in, but it disappeared on the first day. There were nuances with the number:the shower broke and the toaster did not work, but everything was replaced within half an hour after the message about it at the reception. All the staff knows English perfectly well - there are no problems with communication. The hotel itself has a grocery store with acceptable prices when compared with other shops in the city. Wi-Fi is only available in the hotel, the signal is powerful, uninterrupted.
