Great hotel! We are resting in it now. Very friendly staff!!! Thank you all very much!!! Since, unfortunately, we do not know the language, they tried to understand and help us until we got used to it)) Check-in according to the rules at 14:00, but the room was vacated earlier and we were checked in at 9:00, for which special thanks. The breakfasts are good. The metro is nearby, you can see the city on your own. The bus to the beach is free. In general, everything is great!

A great hotel for your money. We settled in as soon as we arrived, immediately, we were given an adapter for euros. The omelet is great for breakfast, the fruit is fine, the yogurt is great, the only thing I didn't like was the sausages, we ate to bursting. They cleaned every day. For me, the best beach except sun (Indians), a big line, always found mushrooms, shower and toilet are excellent, few people compared to others, went kite and marina more. In the morning we went to the stones on mamzara and saw a stingray, an igloo, fish, crabs and jellyfish. We went 1 time on our own to the beach by metro + bus took 1h 20 min. The hotel bus is 15 minutes, taxi 21-23 dirhams to the beach. It's hard on the green line during rush hour, a lot of Indians drive after work. We got from the hotel ourselves to the safari park by metro + bus 2h + tickets, everything cost 5 thousand, instead of 16 thousand from anex. The store had stocks of slightly spoiled fruits, so they took a large mango and tangerines at a local hotel for 3 dirhams. The nearest alcohol store is 20 minutes by bus, on the way the vivo bananas store is 3 dirhams. In the morning we took a lunch box at the check-out. It's a bit far, but you can get everything by metro.

A hotel for a relaxing and eporomny holiday. The lobby is small, the Russian language is not well understood. Saved English. The food is not very good, mostly fast food and a lot of seasonings. The hotel is not new, BUT quite good. If on hot trips - the prices are more than acceptable. On the ground floor there are a lot of shops and a food court, there is also a supermarket in the same building. Fire staff, help in all cases. A room for two is less than a room for three, but there are places behind the eyes in general... We had an exit near the pool and there is still a plus in this, there are changing rooms and toilets near the exit to the pool! I mean, in case of a long excursion, you came back and everyone ran to their toilet.

Very comfortable rooms at an adequate price. The rooms have a kitchen with a set of necessary utensils. Pots, frying pan, cups, spoons, forks, glasses, kettle, there is a refrigerator and a microwave oven. On the ground floor there is a supermarket where you can buy any kind of food, fruits and vegetables, as well as industrial goods.
The kitchen is excellent. Sooo delicious cooking. Desserts are interesting, beautiful and delicious. The price is acceptable.
There is a swimming pool outside. The sun was there only before lunch in March, it was cool outside. But the water in the pool is warm. The depth on one side of the stairs is up to 1 meter. On the other side is 2.3 meters. The shape of the triangle basin. It is not convenient to swim. But you can buy it. It is no more than 15 meters long and 7 meters wide. The room has a nice big bed and a kitchen with a stove, kettle, cutlery, a huge toaster, pots and pans and plates. They clean every day, towels are also changed every day.They try to make everything as comfortable as possible for the guest, they respond to all requests quickly and without unnecessary conversations.The transfer to the beach is free at 9.00 there and back at 13.00.They will take everyone away, no one gets there by himself, the main thing is to arrive on time. We have been vacationing as a couple since April 16, 2024, and arrived in the evening when the hurricane ended. The transfer took a long time due to the weather conditions. We booked a studio suite. I got a two-room Executive Suite One Bedroom with an area of 60 sq. m. m with a bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, living room, kitchen (stove, refrigerator,toaster, kettle, tea and coffee making facilities, sugar, water and dishes), air conditioning in the 4th building on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. A room without a balcony. The windows don't open. The windows were opened with a plastic window handle. We recommend everyone to take a pen with them, as it is very stuffy, the air conditioner did not help. The beds are comfortable, the linen is clean, the bathroom is clean, replenished with shampoo and soap. The breakfasts are excellent, scrambled eggs, pancakes, yogurt, cereals, excellent fresh pastries, side dishes, cuts, fruits, vegetables, juices, coffee, tea, milk. Two buses were taken to the beach, if there were a lot of guests, at 8.40 and 9 o'clock, they were picked up from Al Mamzar beach at 13 o'clock. It was not possible to get to Al Mamzar Park. The nol card did not work, Gazprombank's Union pay did not work, and cash was not accepted. You can buy a ticket only through a vending machine with a foreign bank card. I liked the hotel very much, the staff is friendly, there is a grocery store on the ground floor where we bought food and cooked ourselves. We were at the end of December! This is a great hotel! I would give him 4* instead of 3*, it usually happens the other way around!

- excellent food! But the conclusion is only with regard to breakfast. The breakfasts are quite plentiful, although not very diverse, but once a week some positions changed. Even people on proper nutrition have something to eat!
-the rooms are clean, the towels and linen are clean, the bed and bedding are very comfortable, the kitchen was nice. Cleaning was 7 days out of 8 stays. The interior of the hotel, although not the most modern, still looked simple, decent and pleasing to the eye.

Not an expensive hotel, but very large. They are cleaned well, each room has a kitchen. Near the metro. From the hotel there is an exit to the shopping center, although there are mostly evening dresses, like for a ball)) but there is a supermarket.

The hotel is super, located in a shopping center, the rooms are not too rustic, but are undergoing renovation, rested in the New Year 2023, really liked it not far from the metro, there is a grocery store nearby, the staff is polite and solves all questions quickly,
