Rested with a friend 8.12.17-16.12.17 room 3114, for smokers, on the ground floor, reception on floor G. We settled in quickly, a room with a kitchen, dishes and appliances exactly 2 (two forks, spoons, plates, bowls, cups, a large, small saucepan, a colander, a frying pan, lids). Two separate beds, large, comfortable, mattresses are clean, linen is nice, clean, the air conditioner worked perfectly, the TV is large, plasma, one channel in Russian RTR in my opinion, the table is glass, two comfortable chairs, the bathroom is clean, shampoos, soap, shower caps were replenished daily (shampoo did not suit me, the hair was dry like a washcloth). A set of towels was present, I requested bathrobes, slippers, an adapter adapter for a charger, Wi-Fi worked perfectly for two devices in the room, in the lobby, on the territory of the pool, fast and free! Cleaning is daily, the time is different, sometimes we asked not to clean, because everything was clean, they wash the dishes if the sink is dirty! They need to put sponges and a washing-up tray so that vacationers can sometimes wash something themselves, because if there is a lot to cook and there are few appliances, then there is nothing to wash with) Breakfast from 7-30 to 10-00 is excellent, pastries, two types of juices, fruits (watermelon, melon, orange, canned peaches, sliced cheeses, sausage, vegetables, olives, salad, olives are always a lot)! a kind of porridge, an omelet either as a pancake, or an ordinary one. legumes (something like soup) potatoes, rice, or pasta (1 time was on arrival) chicken stewed with fish alternated (not fastidious but boring), tea, coffee, milk, either brewed or you can eat boiling water in bags (water is put in the room only on arrival, tea and coffee every day. replenished). For breakfast, we ate to the brim, on the last day there was beef, we varied a little. There are a lot of cheeses, both soft and hard, and mozzarella. I liked the hotel, they took only breakfast and did not regret it, the kitchen is good, the service is good, there was no theft, they did not use the safe, one guy from the reception spoke bad Russian, but we speak English there were no problems, Vav and so everyone will understand. My friend had bites on the third day, as if bedbugs, just plumb all over my body, I had nothing. As we were told (Aladdin -excursions, guide Anastasia, we took safari excursions from them) that this hotel has excellent service and there can be no bedbugs! But if the ants were biting on the beach, then I would be, the midges and the husband and the mosquito are not there, it's just possible that everyone's skin is different, apparently they didn't bite mine! We slept the night with the light to scare them away, checked the mattresses, the linen is all clean, but they crawl out when it's dark! A double opinion about this, if I was bitten, I would confidently say that bedbugs, and here, maybe an allergic reaction from a friend to something, for this I just brought it to the attention, for information. I don't want to blacken the reputation of the hotel without knowing the truth!!!! In general, I advise everyone, price-quality ratio, advantages, location, near the metro, shop downstairs, food is good, but alternates every other day, it will seem monotonous to someone, but it is so in many hotels! Anyway, we don't have breakfast like this at home, I'm sorry. Thanks to the chef. There is an iron and ironing board in the room, the windows do not open, there is no handle, but it was fine for us, we did not cook, we only made toast and cooked shrimp. The bathroom, shower are all working properly, there is a clothesline, you need to pull it out from under the wall just above the bathroom. We were satisfied, if given the opportunity, we will come again with pleasure!

Clean, cozy rooms. Not far from the metro. There is a supermarket and a cafe in the same building. No need to go far, look for products. The supermarket prices are low. And the most important thing is a friendly attitude towards people. One of us had a birthday there in the room. We come from the beach to the room and see a box lying on the table. And in the box there was a cake with the inscription "Happy birthday!". How nice it was for everyone that they were so attentive to people.

The hotel is conveniently located, near the metro station. The room is spacious, comfortable bed, the room has an electric stove, kettle, necessary utensils. If desired, you can cook to eat in the room. The bathroom is clean, towels are changed daily, the water is hot and cold without interruptions. The hotel staff is polite and friendly. A nice and quite quiet place, near the metro station, within walking distance of two hypermarkets and several Indian supermarkets in residential buildings.
Friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness everywhere. The studio rooms are without any special frills, but clean and very comfortable. Daily cleaning, towels are changed regularly. The transfer to Al Mamazar Beach is perfectly organized (12-15 min drive). A small pool with heated water. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel. If you happen to visit Dubai again, we will definitely choose this hotel and recommend it to others

Helpful staff, the hotel is located a stone's throw from the metro station, there is a free bus to Al Mamzar Beach. In the hotel building there is a food court, an inexpensive grocery store. The room is clean, cleaned every day. The small kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The breakfasts
are varied, it is impossible to stay hungry. Of the minuses, there is nothing to do in the evening near the hotel.

Excellent hotel!!! Convenient location, close to the metro station and bus stops. There is a Shaklan shop on the ground floor. Always fresh seafood, polite staff and a desire to understand and help non-English speaking tourists. Rooms with a kitchen and all the necessary kitchen utensils. A shuttle service to the beach and back to the hotel is provided daily. In a word, the UAE, everything is at the highest level. I highly recommend it.

A wonderful hotel for those who know what they want
We spontaneously went to Dubai from 27.12.2019 to 04.01.2020.
We arrived at the hotel around 8:30 and at 9 a.m. we already checked into the room, the hotel staff carried the luggage to the room, and at the exit they lowered it to the exit.
Thanks to the reviews of previous guests, we immediately called the reception and asked to bring an adapter and open the window, everything was done within three minutes (free of charge).
The apartment is a beautiful room with a kitchen (refrigerator, hob, kettle, pots, frying pan, plates, etc.), there is an iron, ironing board, hair dryer.
The hotel has a gym, sauna, swimming pool.
Free WiFi is provided for two devices (I also needed a laptop, I managed: I used a smartphone in modem mode, i.e. I actually had stable access from three devices).
We cooked fresh fish on the first day, purchased in Lu-Lu (10 minutes walking distance towards the Stadium metro station).
Water, other food and drinks were taken on the ground floor in a full-fledged supermarket.
On the ground floor there is also a food court and all sorts of shops.
The breakfasts are quite decent, the service is excellent (even the dishes were washed and the linen was changed at least once every three days).
The first bus to the beach at 8:30, then at 9:00, back at 12:30 and at 13:00 (free of charge and without any prior appointment as practiced in some other hotels). Al Mamzar Park beach for 5 local money is beautiful, there are comfortable showers and changing rooms, well-maintained clean toilets (for an additional fee you can take a sunbed - 20 money, a sunbed + an umbrella 30 money, just an umbrella 15 money, and you can get attached for free in a stationary "fungus"). On the beach, they took Turkish coffee for 6 money, non-alcoholic tolerable beer (without flavorings) for 7 money. There is only cash on the beach, you can pay for the entrance with a metro card.
Some tourists asked the driver to stop a little earlier on the free beach and they were safely dropped off.
TV lovers will be saddened by the presence of only one Russian-language channel RTR-planet (in the morning, while they were going to turn on for breakfast, but the same bad humorous Petrosians and the same vile snotty series were going around in a circle). At the same time, the TV allows you to watch your movies from a USB stick.
The weather in late December - early January is excellent, and so is the water.
Negative reviews about this beautiful hotel can only be from those guests who do not understand what they want and where they are going: there is nowhere to walk, except for a supermarket and a clothing store, but the metro is 50 meters from the hotel.
We went on our own to Miracle garden (flower park): by metro to Union, there is a transfer to another branch and to the Mall of the Emirates, where we boarded the 105 bus and after driving one single stop we were on the spot (all paid with a silver metro card, the main thing is that you have money on your balance - to replenish the bus back there is nowhere, and he is lucky only by their cards).
Excursions from aneksovsky liar Yashar did not fully meet expectations.
You only need to take an overview of Dubai by minivan (feel free to go to any agency you like), because everything was galloping and crowded on a big bus, while they stood in line for an hour and a half at the Burj Khalifa observation deck (in that direction) and then again to go down))
On safari - try to take the front seat.
To Oman to clarify, with or without arrival at the fruit market (we had no arrival, which is a pity, because there is something to take at reasonable prices).
I paid almost everywhere with a card (with direct conversion of dirhams at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation).
We will be happy to return to this hotel when we decide to visit Dubai again.

We rested at the hotel from 23.11.2019 to 2. 12.2019. The room is on the 3rd floor, on our 4th floor. The transfer from the airport brought us to about 11 o'clock, check-in takes place from 14.00 according to the standard, but we were settled immediately, for which we thank them, since we did not sleep at night and were on the way. The luggage was politely delivered to the room. The room is spacious and clean, the room has almost everything, including a microwave oven, a kettle and an iron with ironing board, a safe, a refrigerator. There is Wi-Fi. I really liked the staff, responsive, friendly. All our requests were immediately fulfilled. The breakfasts are excellent and varied, we ate with pleasure, enough for half a day. Although there are a lot of people, but there are no queues, everything is quickly cleaned, after 10.30 they ask if we want anything else? Convenient location of the hotel, near the metro and 2 supermarkets. The room is very quiet, as I like. There is a pool, sauna, steam room, fitness.

In general, the hotel is not bad, I did not like only the same type of breakfasts, the room card almost always did not work, I went down to the reception 3 times a day so that the card was updated for me. Another disadvantage of the room that we did not like was the smell in the room (it smelled of fried fish) and the saddest thing was that it was impossible to open the window.. Sockets are European (that is, with three holes), you can ask for an adapter at the reception. As for the staff, they are very nice, friendly, responsive, generally very good! The pool is deep for kids. There is a supermarket, shops in the hotel.

Pros: a kitchen with a stove and dishes in the room, good breakfasts, a large supermarket at the hotel, near the metro station, a free bus to one of the best beaches in Dubai Al-Mamzar, decent rooms (except for impractical carpeting), free gym, sauna and hammam, do not require a deposit when checking in, 5 min. drive to the airport.
Cons: far from most of Dubai's attractions (the hotel is located on the border with Sharjah, to Burj Khalifa by metro 50 min. a transfer ride, an hour and a half to Jumeirah), the smell of food in the rooms, problems with opening windows, lack of balconies. But in general, probably the best option for a budget holiday in Dubai.

A good hotel, convenient location, not noisy, the hotel itself has an inexpensive market with groceries and fast food, a small swimming pool, but heated.
