When I laid out the sofa in the shape of a bed and slept on it, it fell in two places, but there were no such recesses in the place under my ass. That's why I didn't sleep well.
The room itself is cleaned often, but for 4/5. Once I had sand poured into the bed and I hoped that it would be removed, when I came the bed was made, but there was sand on it anyway.
The transfer always leaves and arrives on time- there are no obstacles.

We were with a friend at this hotel in February 2018.
We didn't like the hotel at all. There was a strong smell of dampness and mold in the room. There is no balcony. A friend is allergic, about a day later she felt bad, constantly drank antihistamines. Internet can only be accessed on 1 device.
It's a long way to Burj Khalifa, you need to go by metro. Dubai Marina too. The beach is also not close. On the ground floor there is a whole gallery of evening and wedding dress shops with a price of $ 5 thousand . One plus - the metro is nearby. But we didn't come by subway to ride, especially since it closes at 22:00.
It was the only vacation when I counted the days before flying home.

Two separate beds, large, comfortable, mattresses are clean, linen is nice, clean, the air conditioner worked perfectly, the TV is large, plasma, one channel in Russian RTR in my opinion, the table is glass, two comfortable chairs, the bathroom is clean, shampoos, soap, shower caps were replenished daily (shampoo did not suit me, the hair was dry like a washcloth). A set of towels was present, I requested bathrobes, slippers, an adapter adapter for a charger, Wi-Fi worked perfectly for two devices in the room, in the lobby, on the territory of the pool, fast and free! Cleaning is daily, the time is different, sometimes we asked not to clean, because everything was clean, they wash the dishes if the sink is dirty! Friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness everywhere. The studio rooms are without any special frills, but clean and very comfortable. Daily cleaning, towels are changed regularly. The transfer to Al Mamazar Beach is perfectly organized (12-15 min drive). A small pool with heated water. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel.
