The suite is not comfortable to sleep in because of the constant noise of the pump that works outside, there is dust and cobwebs in the room, it is not possible to sit on the loggia because of the smell of street sewage. One of the advantages is that the hotel is located in a very convenient location, within walking distance of a waterfall, the sea, near an ancient monastery. The hotel has friendly staff, they will call a taxi for you, suggest excursions, and treat you to a good coffee. When choosing a room, I advise you to clarify which side the room is located on, do not take it next to a passing sewer. Otherwise, the hotel is not bad.

We rested at the hotel for 4 days. What can I say, if you are still faced with a choice between yes or no, then the choice is obvious! Of course yes! The hotel is beautiful, fashionable, stylish, Mega comfortable. It can be seen that the owners put their heart into it when creating it. The numbers are like in the pictures, everything matches. We had room 3008 with two separate beds, a view of the waterfall. You can't think of a better location. The balcony was not closed at night to enjoy the birdsong and the sound of the waterfall. We did not eat at the hotel, but in cafes and canteens, the food in Athos is very expensive, we also saved the shops. I will add about the friendly and absolutely friendly staff of the hotel. Thank you for your hospitality! New Athos and Abaash in it are a fabulous duo!

The hotel is great.
Within walking distance of all the sights and interesting places of the city - the waterfall, the New Athos cave, the monastery, etc.It is a 10-minute walk to the sea, there are many shops nearby with local wines, cheese, churchkhela, souvenirs.
The staff is friendly and friendly.
The room is good, there is everything you need. The room was cleaned daily.
The food is delicious and varied, the choice is not huge, but sufficient.
We did not find any disadvantages during the stay.
We had a rest from March 16 to March 24.

I chose the hotel based on reviews. The first time in
Abkhazia has nothing to compare with.
Room for 2 adults and a child, two-room.
It turned out about 10,000 rubles a day.
The room is spacious, the bed is good, the sofa is also comfortable. Sleep comfortably, no noise is heard. The breakfasts are not bad, the only point is if you come to the end of breakfast (by 10.00), you may not get any food.
The disadvantage that was revealed: towels have never been changed for us for 4 days and cleaning is weak, only garbage is taken away. And there is no water in the room and a cooler in the corridor, they did not dare to drink from the tap (we were told that you can drink such water).
The location in Athos is convenient and nice.

Nice hotel. We were at the end of April. The season has not started yet, but we were lucky with the weather. The hotel has everything you need, cleaning is constant. Breakfast lunch and dinner 550-650 rubles buffet type. Everything is delicious. There are also many cafes and attractions nearby. 10 minutes walk to the sea.

The hotel is beautiful from the outside, but the rooms already have traces of chips on the furniture, on the sink, the water did not leave the drain at all, it was not pleasant to wash in the lake of foam and water, there was a musty smell in the room, it was forbidden to open the balcony at night due to the fact that some bugs fly in, they caught a cold because of the air conditioner, they had to turn it on all night. There is a kettle. The breakfast is good and delicious. They don't put water in the room. The beach is far away, the sea is not visible from the hotel. I will not visit anymore. They gave me 11,000rubles for the room. There are no slippers or bathrobes.

The staff is responsive, they told me everything, advised me how best to do it. The room is spacious, excellent bathroom. Sooo comfortable bed, so important after excursions! Breakfast, everything is delicious, a good selection, snacks, salads, hot, desserts, drinks. I want to share my experience. We booked 1.5 months in advance, on the hotel's website, there is a WhatsApp business account, they respond quickly, actually we agreed and made a reservation there. Payment by bank details to Sberbank of Abkhazia, we received the booking documents by mail. Everything is safe. I recommend the hotel!

We stayed at the hotel from 4 to 10 May. The hotel is very high-level, especially for Abkhazia. Definitely worth the money. Friendly, helpful staff. The solution of any issue from them in a matter of minutes (other blankets were needed, 3 options were offered and even completely new ones were unpacked). I was pleasantly surprised by the availability of good umbrellas in sufficient quantity (it rained one day). I can't say about the food, we ate in a cafe outside the hotel. The mattresses are good, the pillows are thick enough, we liked it. The main attractions are just around the corner. Excellent room cleaning is much better than in Turkey and other countries in premium hotels. This hotel was recommended to us by friends, and now we will recommend this hotel. Thank you for a great stay.

We settled on the 4th floor, construction and repairs are underway. Builders are walking along the corridor, cement is on the floor right on the carpet. The smell of dampness and construction. There is no smell in the room itself, but the sensations are immediately spoiled. I said this at the reception - in response, I received an offer to move out and get the money back. Cool, right? This is despite the fact that we just checked in with an infant. The eldest daughter was asked to sleep on a non-folding sofa, 1.5 meters long, crooked and uncomfortable cushions on the sofa, apparently promised a sound and healthy sleep. We asked for a euro cot - it was brought when we were walking. They came and opened the door - there is a cot tied with a package, instead of a rope. Like put it on yourself, cover it yourself too. I called the front desk and told them what I thought. They immediately came running and told how the girls of the worker were getting tired. Great, I probably should have regretted it. While making a bed for my daughter, I looked at the blankets on our bed. I saw brown spots, either the ass was wiped with this blanket, or chocolate, one thing is clear - the laundry is DIRTY!!! I've attached a photo. I immediately told the woman who was making the cot. Okay, we'll change it, it was said. She brought clean duvet covers, and when I asked her to change the pillowcases, she was surprised, like they were clean, but she changed them anyway. In short, we do not actively recommend this hotel. God forbid to come back here again

They were in July 2022. The hotel is new, small, the rooms are nice, with carpet, underfloor heating in the bathroom. To the sea, walk slowly for about 20 minutes, there is no private beach, but there are rental sun beds and umbrellas on the beaches. I liked everything! The only thing I would like to turn to the management is to change the cook or the approach to food, everything is sooooo fried, overcooked, after 3 days of eating there was no desire to go, at least let them serve another alternative. And one more thing, the maids are up to 17 o'clock, and they go home, i.e. in the evening there is no one. Many thanks to the girl at the reception, she did not remember her name, helped to call a taxi to the pharmacy at night, and helped with the pharmacy so that it would not be closed, since there are no round-the-clock pharmacies there.

We had a rest in April 2021. We arrived for 2 days, stayed for 6 days. We settled into a great room with a view of the waterfall. A large cozy room. The room has everything you need: a safe, a kettle, tea pairs, a work and coffee table, a sofa, an armchair. Sooo soft carpet. In the bathroom there is a heated floor, a heated towel rail, Upon check-in, we were met at the reception by a simply charming girl Angelina and all the following days provided every possible assistance in solving any issues. It so happened that there was a need to see doctors and we asked for help at the reception. Ada, that's the name of the hotel manager, drove us to the hospital in her own car. In general, the human and emotional attitude in this hotel is at a high level. The location of the hotel is unique. In the heart of New Athos and within walking distance to the sights. This was the first time we had a vacation so that we didn't have to look for excursions, but just had to choose the time when to go and which one. On foot, walking distance to all the beauties. The view from the room was gorgeous. We took full board and never regretted it. Everything is delicious at home. Considering that I had to stick to a diet, there were always dishes that could be eaten. There are a lot of vacationers with children in the hotel and it is not surprising: it is very comfortable to relax with a child in such a cozy hotel. We will definitely come back. A beautiful, new hotel, has been operating since 2020. The rooms are very cozy and clean.
Within walking distance of local attractions, a waterfall, an abandoned railway station, Novo Athos cave (incredibly beautiful) and many more places that we did not have time to visit.
