The hotel itself is located in a very convenient location, near a monastery, a waterfall, and the sea is not far away. There are many restaurants where they will feed you well for reasonable money. But the hotel left negative emotions, the breakfast upset the most, everything is always cold, there are Marmites, but they are not included, the assortment is meager; fried eggs, pancakes, cheesecakes and for some reason sauerkraut with beetroot. And this is for breakfast. One kind of terrible sausages, and one kind of even worse sausage. Instant coffee (there is a jar with a spoon) and a cold type of custard in a thermos. From the hot, only boiling water for tea. It seemed to us that the rooms had never been cleaned since they were built, the linen seemed clean, but crumpled, dusty, the carpets on the floor were worn, cockroaches. At the same time, the price tag is more than not childish! The hotel rooms are more or less normal, so you can check in, but for a day. Out of season, I don't know how they do it, maybe when there are no watermelons, everything goes differently)))

The specified parking lot (if this unpaved something can be called that) has only a couple of places that are naturally occupied, so for a beautiful paved area directly near the hotel, take out and put 200 rubles to local entrepreneurs. Next, the request to vacuum the sand in the bathroom and replace the towels with normal ones without stains was fulfilled by half. It is not entirely clear why it is impossible to initially put normal clean towels to guests. The furniture is all shabby, it doesn't match the photos. "Well, this" is an expression suitable for this hotel. Of the advantages of the location-monastery, waterfall, grotto, etc., interior and staff (all polite) there are no more advantages. We lived for almost a week from 23.04 to 29.04. The cleanliness in the toilet is very lame, the plumbing in the shower is not cleaned, all covered with water, the toilet is dirty, it constantly stinks of urine (sorry) everything was dirty under the toilet seat, they asked the maid to wash it because it was not pleasant, the kettle was in scale. Room cleaning starts early around 9 a.m., you will not be able to get enough sleep, because you can hear a vacuum cleaner and conversations from the hallway. The cleaning itself is to take out the trash and put the bath accessories, for 6 days we did not change the linen and changed the towels 1 time at our request, the dust did not wipe off.
The doors to the room are a "loud" horror, there are closers and they close with such a bang, and you can hear all the doors from the corridor.
They did not eat there, the table for dinner was meager and windy, cold, they did not want to pay 650 rubles per person for weathered pasta.
The transfer offered from the hotel costs 3,500 rubles from the border, they did not take it-it was expensive, we took a local transfer to Sochi airport for 1200 rubles per person.
We had a rest in late May-early June. We were very satisfied. Large, really comfortable rooms. Thick carpet on the floor, air conditioning, Underfloor heating in the bathroom, spacious balcony. Towels were changed every 3 days, bed linen every 5 days. Bathrobes and slippers, a safe, a refrigerator, a kettle and dishes are all you need.
Very helpful staff - all requests and questions were resolved very quickly. Dear Jamila, Fatima, Svetlana and Ruzanna, thank you for the delicious breakfasts! It is varied and delicious. My daughter was delighted with the pancakes.

We had a rest in July 2024. The impressions of the hotel were bad. We arrived at 15.00, although check-in was at 14.00, i.e. the staff should have been ready by 14.00, but we arrived an hour later and waited for half an hour while they cleaned our room and changed the mixer. Then we found out that only our room did not have a phone, we asked to bring it and put it on, but it turned out that the staff did not even know that there was no special connector for the phone in the room, so we were told to write to WhatsApp, but they did not solve the problem with the phone. It was immediately discovered that the air conditioner did not cool the room at all, they asked to come and fix it, replaced the filters, which had a huge layer of dust. All this would have been fine if a huge black COCKROACH hadn't crawled into our room in the evening!!! The manager tried to convince us that it was just a bug, but we talked to other people later and found out that it was an earthen cockroach that can also fly! Of course, the renovation at the hotel is relatively new and good delicious breakfasts, I consider this a big plus. But the lack of service and the presence of insects in the rooms completely overrides all the advantages, I consider it unacceptable for huge cockroaches to crawl in the room, and the manager himself tried to prove that this is normal! It is clear that there are many insects in the subtropics, but then it is necessary to carry out dysenfection and put nets on the territory of the hotel. Also, our friends who visited Abasha in 2023 and remained completely satisfied, upon arrival in 2024, were completely shocked by how much worse the rooms became with the arrival of the new head, which caused cockroaches, and the staff completely dissolved. We were vacationing with my husband and a two-year-old child. Everything in the hotel is thought out to the smallest detail. I needed a spoon for shoes, to bring it in a minute, a thread with a needle, the same thing, coloring books and pencils for the child. In one word, thank you.

The room is good (the sink and tiles are already cracked, but this is probably a question for the guests, not the hotel). The duvet cover on the day of arrival was clearly used, crumpled and stale. They asked to change it. They apologized and changed it. Cleaning is just taking out the garbage. The towels were replaced on the 4th day.
