The rooms seem to be of standard quality, but it seems to me that carpet is everywhere in the rooms, and SMALL ANTS lived everywhere in our room, even got into a suitcase..
The hotel is not on the first line at all, but from it you can climb up to the monastery and see from the balcony the beauty of the waterfall and the temple of Simeon Kananita

The hotel is good for Abkhazia. The infrastructure is lame. The room was on the third floor, the Internet is conditionally available while everyone is asleep. The TV is only from the Internet, although it is needed for ten minutes a day. The refrigerator has one name. The food is like in a cheap canteen. Immediately take a freshener in your tube, it will be useful with local food. These are the disadvantages. Positive: Staff, such people are rare in such a beautiful country. The types are super. The hotel is very cozy, clean, the rooms are spacious with everything you need: hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, refrigerator and digital TV. The view of the mountains with the New Athos Waterfall and the Simon Cananite Church is simply magnificent (especially in the evening).
There are shops and a souvenir market nearby.
You can walk to the New Athos Monastery and stroll through the park by the sea.
The place is picturesque.

It's amazing why this hotel has so many good reviews. The hotel is no longer the first freshness. We were just outraged by the beds, and as we were told, they are in all rooms. In fact, these are mattresses lying practically on the floor , very uncomfortable . Of course, the hotel is far from a boutique hotel, but we have something to compare it with. The only advantages are the carpet in the rooms, you can always safely add + 1 star and room area for the carpet. The room is large. We had an extra seat, it was a sofa that didn't fold out. The child is 10 years old and it fits, the child above would not be able to lie down normally. The air conditioner blows directly on this place, we had to build barricades of pillows to cover the child. And it's impossible to sleep without air conditioning, it's very stuffy. The location is really quite good. .
Once we bought breakfast, we could not eat almost anything, the porridge was more like soup, when the waiters were told about it, she took it to the kitchen, but 10 minutes later it was brought back in the same form, in general, there was nothing to feed the child. We were at the hotel at the end of August 2024. He's not worth his money. Let's start from the day of arrival. The room we were originally settled in, I asked to be replaced immediately, because there was a huge stain on the bathroom mirror right in the middle, apparently the mirror is cheap and it darkened over time. The carpet was stained. They gave us another room, we go in, we look that there are no lampshades on the bedside lamps, there was a large lamp near the chair, it did not turn on at all, there were red spots on the carpet, I don't know what, there were dried white spots on the sofa, it is also unclear from what.
There was a table on the balcony in the picture of the room when booking, but for some reason we did not have it. I went down to the reception, they told me that he was allegedly taken somewhere and not returned.
In the evening we went to the shower, the plumbing is so cheap that it just looks very tired. The aluminum coating on the faucet was swollen, the shower hose was all torn, water was splashing out of it, I also had to ask for it to be replaced.
We went to bed, the sheet was yellow, I picked it up for the sake of interest, the mattress pad was also yellow, I called the reception, everything was replaced. The mattress is covered in hair.
The room was so dusty that we could write on the dust with our fingers in the ceiling chandeliers.
But most of all, of course, we were impressed by how, in our absence, they took out a bottle of detergent from the bathroom, which we brought with us. Usually, when I check in, I wipe the plumbing for hygiene purposes. Of course, no one told me anything about it. At first I thought that I had removed the product somewhere, but when I couldn't find it anywhere, I called the reception, where they told me that they had a septic tank and it would bloom if you use chlorine. Then you should register it somewhere in advance when booking, and do not take your personal belongings out of the room without saying anything while there are no guests there.
Plus, my personal white towel was taken away on the same day, apparently thinking that it belonged to the hotel. Although I put it on my purse specifically, and it didn't have their patch on it. It seemed like all their big towels had a hotel patch on them.
But I didn't want to return it from the general pile of dirty laundry anymore.
In general, I did not want to return to this dirty room so much that we tried to walk until the last moment. Well, it's not worth the number of your 11 thousand per day. There is no proper cleaning, no service! We even had a huge hole on the wall behind the bed.
And when they asked to replace the lamp near the chair, a guy came, just screwed in another light bulb and left, although it wasn't about her, and the lamp didn't work. And again we spent time calling the reception to have our tarshare replaced.
Someone wrote in a review about a towel rail in the bathroom, they really don't work for them. They asked us to solve this problem somehow so that the towels could dry out in the bathroom, an employee came and advised us to just add a warmer floor)) We were not satisfied with this option in the heat, we were told that they would send a specialist the next day, but we did not see him for a week.
We took a room with a buffet breakfast. In principle, the norms, all 7 days consisted of fried sausages and boiled sausages (I think fried ones are uneaten boiled ones), omelets, pancakes, porridge, tomatoes, cucumbers and so on for small things. The menu has not changed for almost a week.
We highly do not recommend this hotel. This is the same guest house, which is much cheaper, only the guest houses are better cleaned. Because I spent the first two days cleaning the room, it was impossible to stay there.
And if you offer dressing gowns to guests, then you would be too shy to hang a bathrobe in the closet, which is all stained on the chest. Well, who wants to wear one.
Only negative emotions remained from the rest at the hotel, we will not stay with you anymore.
If the management sees this review, then we would really like you to decide something with your employees. Cleaning at the hotel for such a price should be carried out normally. And not even how.
Of course, we were told excuses that this room was allegedly not prepared for us and all that, that initially another room was prepared for us with this stain on the entire mirror and with the same dirt inside, but the linen there was replaced with yellow and you said that the cleaning was carried out. OK, we didn't cook that day, but we could at least bring tea and coffee to the room before the end of the day. Yes, they even offer it in motels for 2000 per day.
In general, we are extremely disappointed with this hotel, we ran away from there on the day of eviction in the early morning with great joy!

It was the second time the family had a rest at the hotel. And again, only positive emotions. The location is very good: waterfall, gorge, railway station, museum, shopping malls, cafes, restaurants, New Athos Monastery, Stalin's Cottage, 7 minutes to the sea at a leisurely pace along a picturesque street... Probably the only thing that upset me was the increased range of dishes in the hotel restaurant. Everything is very tasty, and this is fraught with extra pounds.
The administration and staff are very responsive and immediately resolve any issues that arise.

A lovely stylish hotel in a picturesque location. The windows of the room overlooked the waterfall. In the morning, birds sang and squirrels ran from cypress to cypress. The food in the restaurant is homemade and very tasty. The entire hotel staff is attentive and helpful. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea along the cypress alley. We really enjoyed our vacation, as we paid attention to the pros, since there are enough cons in everyday life! )))))

We had a rest in early August 2024. The hotel is not worth the money. The room is shabby, the bed linen is stained, the towels are washed, the dryer falls off the wall on the balcony. The refrigerator is not working in the room. The breakfasts were monotonous, they came from the very opening, everything was cold, had to be heated in the microwave. All nine days for breakfast are eggs, sausages and pancakes. The coffee is diluted, also cold.Of the fruits for breakfast, only apples. The staff at the restaurant is not efficient. There is never an employee in the bar. A double bed consists of two narrow mattresses that move apart every night and in fact you sleep in a hole. There are also very low beds, you sleep almost on the floor. In general, if you are used to good service, then you are not here.

The breakfasts are quite monotonous in composition, although it allows you to choose something so as not to repeat yourself. The watermelons were ripe. Instant coffee, you can buy a more decent one at the bar.

Unfortunately, it does not match its price. We chose purely by the appearance of the hotel and the photos of the rooms, it looks beautiful and stylish. In reality, the facade of the hotel also looks stylish and the area around it. There is a private parking, but it is not equipped.

There were yellow spots on the duvet cover. The room itself is already tired, the furniture is stained, and the carpet is also stained. But the bathroom was most disappointing, the toilet was not removed from the word at all, the whole lid was covered in urine drops, including the rim. There are incomprehensible slippery spots on the floor, as if some kind of gel was spilled. The towels were not the first freshness, they had a pleasant smell.

We rested at the hotel from October 10 to October 16, 2023. I liked the hotel as a whole. The room had everything you needed, including bathrobes, slippers, a kettle with cups. The location is convenient for visiting all the sights of New Athos on your own. The staff is very responsive. My husband had a birthday, they put a bottle of champagne in the room. Umbrellas, blankets are given out at the reception for free and beach towels for 50 rubles. per day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner - buffet. You can pay in advance, you can - on the spot. The food is delicious, homemade. But there is nothing from the national cuisine, the restaurant is located in a windowless room. If it is not very expensive to eat (dinner and lunch - 650 rubles), then it is suitable. We used it a couple of times. Before paying, you can see what is being fed and make a decision. Our breakfasts were paid for. For six days, the assortment was the same, you can eat: there are porridges and eggs and pancakes, sliced cheese and sausage. For some reason, everything is warm, except porridge. There is a microwave in the hall. Boiled coffee and cocoa are brought in thermos flasks, but still warm! The TV catches only three Russian channels (1, TVC and zvezda) and then in poor quality.
The most unpleasant was the invasion of marble bugs that eat the nearest vineyards. They filled the balcony. As a result, not only could we not drink coffee on the "view" balcony, but in general we were afraid to go out there just to hang clothes for drying. I don't know if this is a seasonal phenomenon, whether there was only such an invasion in this hotel. But unpleasant!
Overall, the hotel is not bad. If I booked it now, I just wouldn't pay for breakfast right away and would take a cheaper room without a balcony.

I really liked the interior of the rooms, everything is clean and fresh, the carpet is clean, the beds are comfortable, heated floors in the shower, a hot heated towel rail, there is a clothes dryer on the balcony. We did not have bathrobes and slippers in our rooms, more precisely, in one room there were slippers in the amount of 1 piece, in the other room there was nothing. The room is cleaned very well, thoroughly vacuumed and everything is washed to a shine. The halls are clean, the location relative to the attractions is excellent. The views from the rooms are either on a cypress alley with a piece of the sea in the distance, or on a waterfall.
We rest in the off-season, so the hotel is half empty. The breakfasts are very ascetic (I hope they are more diverse in the season): scrambled eggs, sausages, a couple of types of porridge, pasta, Buckwheat, string beans, salads mainly vinaigrette, coleslaw and either olivier or crab.... There are no dairy products, no compotes and juices. There is instant coffee, tea and cocoa in a decanter, I don't say anything about fruits at all, I see the same pastry for the second day, while it is already wooden. For a meal, 3 stars maximum, or even all 2, since there is nothing to feed the child (I would like to see at least a little cottage cheese and yoghurts, well, cold drinks).

We stayed at this hotel from 28.04 to 08.05.2023. A wonderful hotel, modern design and room facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful. There was a leak on the faucet in the room. It was changed within an hour.
The food in the restaurant is delicious. Simple and familiar to an ordinary person. Wines or stronger drinks are available at the bar.
All the main sights of New Athos are within walking distance.

The hotel is not worth the money, you can only sleep and eat in it. There is nothing else in it, no pool, no gym, no sauna, NOTHING!
We took full board, in general they cook delicious, BUT when you constantly eat there, you notice how lunch transforms into dinner) The choice of dishes is not big at all.
The hotel is relatively new. It is quite cozy and clean. The towel was changed 1 time per week of stay.

I definitely recommend the hotel!!! Very chic room, sofa, armchair, large bathroom with underfloor heating!
A variety of breakfasts, very tasty. The staff constantly monitors the availability of dishes, everyone is polite and friendly.
Near the main attractions, you can rent a car. What else do you need?!
Choose a hotel and you will not lose, my husband and I liked it (we have seen quite a few hotels).

Good value for money. Convenient location. The level of staff training is not high, but it is good for amateurs, do not judge strictly, no one there is trained in hospitality as a profession.
They work intuitively, and there is even some charm in it. They try their best.
The hotel is quite fresh, but already a little battered. The rooms are cozy.
The rooms and common areas are clean. There is an elevator.

We got the Presidential Suite. The room itself is great, the terrace is magnificent. But the room is not thought out in detail: there are no hangers for clothes, there is no refrigerator, there were no bathrobes, slippers, towels were put in sufficient quantity after contacting the reception. The room was cleaned in four days very mediocre.
There is a feeling of unfinished rooms, it is early to rent it out, you need to provide small things for the convenience of guests.
I liked the breakfasts very much, although many people wrote badly about them.
The girls at the reception are also adorable.Uh, we always wanted to help and solve any problem.

We took our things to the laundress. They ruined an expensive sports top. Washed white with black socks. They did nothing, they were rude.
2 cockroaches were killed in the room. Room 3001 has a palm-sized hole in the curtain.
In the dining room, the girl manager or the waiter (I don't know) is rude to the guests.
The level is the bottom.

We came for 1 day. The room is cozy. No staff in sight! Everything seems to be not bad, a great breakfast, very varied. Great location. It's just a pity that the restaurant is closed in the evening!
