Frankly, this is the worst food experience we’ve had during our trip to Russia. With your first step into the restaurant, You don’t feel warmth and hospitality. The receptionists were cold, sulky and a little bit rude. She told us that there will be 15% service fees as if we would care about this. We usually tip way more than that. The food service was poor, the waiter was rude, you feel like he’s throwing the plates on the table, with no smile, not saying anything about the dish, not asking if you would like to have anything else. They don’t get the right cutlery or plates on the table for the right dish, and many required cutlery were not provided. We have ordered some dishes that have not been served yet included in the bill. The food is below average. Unfortunately, we realized late that choosing this restaurant was a mistake, and decided to go somewhere else for coffee and desserts

The food was good and delicious. The receptionist asked if we had a reservation, but he still managed to find us a table—thank you for that. However, I didn’t like that he mentioned a 15% service charge without clarifying whether it applies to everyone or just to us. Overall, I would recommend this place for its excellent kebab and pilaf. Very bad service! They forced us to pay 15% for service even though the staff were rude and slow. The food was not nice at all. We ordered grilled chicken and meat for 3 people with a small salad, but they brought a tiny plate like it was for kids — only 6 small pieces, like for a baby! And on top of that, it was way too expensive. Totally not worth the money. I don’t recommend this restaurant at all.

As a local from dubai who has experienced so many services, Uzbekistan restaurant was one of the worst experiences of my life. They are not, at all polite. When i talked to them it was as if they were talking to a child, i felt personally offended, not just because of their language but also because of their attitude towards me. Every time i would like to justify my reservation and what i have ordered they would roll their eyes and speak slowly with a condescending tone. i went to this restaurant twice on different days and the service did not change. it was always the same. i had really high hopes for this place but i was let down. i don’t recommend this restaurant at all.

I called the phone number listed on Yandex Maps. I booked a table for two Arab guests at 17 30. A female staff member confirmed the booking. She took the guest name. The guests arrived at 17 35. Staff told them there was no reservation under that name. They spoke in a rude way. The guests called me from the entrance. I called the restaurant again. The same staff member answered. She denied the reservation. She said I booked a different restaurant next door. This made no sense. I called the number shown on their own page. I explained the situation. I told her the guests drove 40 minutes to get there. Her response was congrats it is not my problem. Her tone was disrespectful to me and to the guests. I felt ashamed in front of my guests. They trusted me. I trusted this restaurant.

The service was extremely disappointing. The staff spoke to customers in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. We had made a reservation specifically for outdoor seating, yet upon arrival, we were denied the option to sit outside without any valid explanation. The woman in charge of reservations and seating was particularly impolite and displayed aggressive behavior toward us. We invite you to review the video, which clearly shows that the outdoor area was nearly empty at the time—today, 06/06/2025 at 05:05 PM.

I went to the restaurant, and they told me a reservation was required even though I saw plenty of available tables. The reception staff were rude and unprofessional in dealing with customers. In contrast, when I went to the restaurant next door, all the tables were full and there were no reservations available, but they apologized politely and with courtesy.

Я не хочу, чтобы люди попадались на такую же уловку, как я и мой друг. Нас обманули! Я хочу вернуть свои 3000 рублей. Этот ресторан — ноль! Пожалуйста, не ходите туда, не дайте себя обмануть. One of the most disappointing service experiences I’ve had. I visited on Friday, 6 June at 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, the receptionist was not welcoming or attentive. While I was speaking, she responded with a dismissive tone, giving the impression that she was uninterested in helping. This was our second visit requesting outdoor seating, and we were told that the reservation was indoors—despite clearly stating our preference. It was frustrating to feel that our requests were not acknowledged or taken seriously. Overall, the lack of professionalism and customer care was very noticeable. I would not recommend this place based on our experience.

They charge a 15% tax on the bill. Local customers are treated better than foreigners when it comes to service. My request to change the table was ignored, even though the people next to us were smoking shisha and it was very uncomfortable. The music was too loud and annoying.

I went to this restaurant, and honestly, the welcome at the entrance wasn’t friendly at all. The food was below average — I ordered Uzbek bread and it came out cold, and the rest of the dishes were below average too. The portions were really small considering how expensive everything was. I was expecting some live dance shows, but it turns out the dancer only starts at 9 p.m. and comes out once every hour for just about 5 minutes each time. Also, the place was half empty, but they still seated me right by the entrance. When I asked to change my table, they said all the other tables were reserved (is it even normal for people to reserve specific tables?). And to top it all off, they charged a 15% “entertainment tax,” even though there was nothing entertaining about the whole experience. Honestly, it’s an experience I’d never repeat.

Overrated, if you’re arab don’t come near this place they will force you to get the arabic menu and by ACCIDENT they showed me the english menu and it has prices with a MINIMUM 100 ruble difference after i insisted they kept saying that it’s a new menu and the prices have changed. Stay away there are far better places in Moscow

مبدئيًا، لا أحد يتعب نفسه ويجي بدون حجز. رغم أن الطاولات كانت فاضية، إلا أنهم لا يسمحون بالدخول بدون حجز مسبق. الأكل لذيذ جدًا، خصوصًا البلوف؛ يشبه البخاري لكن بنكهة مختلفة وحلوة مرة، واللحم ذايب وطري. ملاحظة للي ما يحبون الرز الدسم: الرز فعلًا دسم، لكن طعمه لذيذ وكأنه مطبوخ بالزبدة. طلبنا ششبرك وطلع على شكل سمبوسة محشية لحم مع شبت، وكانت لذيذة وتستحق التجربة. الحمص والمتبل طازجين، والتبولة خفيفة وحلوة. بشكل عام، تجربة تستحق الزيارة مع ضرورة الحجز المسبق Сразу предупреждаю: не приходите без предварительного бронирования. Несмотря на то что столы были свободны, без брони нас не пускали. Еда очень вкусная, особенно плов — чем-то напоминает бухари, но со своим особенным и приятным вкусом. Мясо очень мягкое, буквально тает во рту. Для тех, кто не любит жирный рис: рис действительно насыщенный и жирный, но при этом очень вкусный, как будто приготовлен на сливочном масле. Мы заказали шишбарак, который оказался в виде самбусы с мясом и укропом — необычно и вкусно, стоит попробовать. Хумус и муттабаль свежие, табуле лёгкий и приятный. В целом, ресторан заслуживает посещения, главное — бронировать заранее.

Благодарим сотрудников ресторана за прекрасно проведенное мероприятие. Это тот случай, когда все гости остались довольны кухней, атмосферой и обслуживанием. Учитывают все пожелания, создают приятную атмосферу. Место, в которое хочется вернуться. Несмотря на то, что в основном зале можно курить кальяны и курили их буквально за соседним столиком, никто из нас не почувствовал дискомфорта. Приятная музыка в восточном стиле, красивые танцы живота в 21:00. Интерьер, который хочется разглядывать за огромное количество интересных деталей. Однозначно твердая 5 и рекомендация друзьям.

Необычное место в центре города со своей шикарной атмосферой. С самого начала погружаешься в абсолютно иной мир, декорации на высшем уровне! Все детали от поразительных «факелов» на стене, до одежды персонала вызывает восторг. Сидели большой семьей и все оценили еду на 10/10, действительно приготовлено идеально! Хочется сказать, что такие рестораны - редкость и, возможно, не на каждый день, но сюда точно хочется вернуться, как минимум, чтобы попробовать остальные позиции из меню) Персоналу отдельное спасибо, ребята создают дополнительную атмосферу и колорит.

Просто прекрасный интерьер,красота да и только.Ну очень вкусная еда : самса с телятиной,хумус,салат «Ташкент»,шашлык с семгой,лепешка с кунжутом,сациви.Все просто бесподобно.Официанты просто предугадывают ваши желания.Девушка администратор с темными волосами очень красивая и стройная,но мне показалось что с некоторыми гостями надменная.

Шикарный ресторан с узбекской кухней в центре Москвы! Интерьеры - дорого/богато, обслуживание на уровне, еда - высокого класса, все очен вкусно! Естественно, для любителей таких восточных блюд (тяжелая пища). Чебуреки одни из самых сочных и вкусных, что я пробовал. Плов - эталонный. Рекомендую данное заведение. Тут можно и отметить праздник, и просто сходить-насладиться вкусной узбекской и кавказской кухней.

Очень атмосферно. Самый лучший восточный ресторан в Москве. Персонал вежливый, улыбчивый. Еда достойная. Будто бы готовят настоящие узбеки. Для себя отметила мааааленькое неудобство: я девушка, а в этом ресторане обедают/ужинают, как правило компании мужчин или восточные семьи. Для одной девушки или двух подружек здесь некомфортно. Понятно что я выбрала не тот ресторан, но уж очень хотелось отведать настоящего плова. Спасибо что впустили и накормили))))

Были небольшой компанией в этом ресторане 06.02.2026. Был День рождения одного человека из компании. Все блюда были холодными, включая те, что должны быть горячими, например, шашлык. Кухня вкусная, но ничего особенного + все холодное. Обслуживание долгое. Официанту пришлось напоминать про одно из блюд, потому что его долго не несли. В итоге, ждали еще столько же. Никакого поздравления имениннику не было, хотя напоминали об этом дважды + при бронировании это также было озвучено менеджером. Интерьер и живая музыка приятные. В общем место симпатичное, но еда и обслуживание средне.

Потрясающе вкусно и красиво!!! Все что попробовали в ресторане и плов, и манты, и люля, и суп - всё безумно вкусно, просто хотелось пальчики облизать!!! Очень красиво и колоритно, персонал очень вежливый, чувствуешь себя званным гостем!!! Если будете в Москве, очень советую посетить.

Пошли в ресторан полагаясь на высокий рейтинг. Так хотелось поесть вкусный, сочный шашлык. К сожалению, испытали полное разочарование, даже десерты не стали брать, ушли в другой ресторан . Сразу отмечу сервис плохой . Сначала посадили не за тот стол, потом пересадили , но он был не подготовленный . Долго ждали когда за сервируют. Стульчик под дамскую сумочку не предложили. Шашлык был остывший и сухой. Порции мизерные. Обычно такие порции в детском меню бывают. Овощная тарелка вообще насмешила, один огурец, один помидор, одна веточка базилика и немного зелени. Печень была не дожаренная, с кровью . Самса с телятиной ничего особенного , холодная . Две звезды за цыпленка , он был вкусный.

Отмечали день рождения друга за «столом Саши Белого» в хваленом ресторане «Узбекистан». Есть гостевая парковка, небольшая. Я приехал на советской «Волге», и место ей нашлось моментально. Охранник вежливый, улыбчивый, все объяснил. «Узбекистан» есть «Узбекистан». Вкусно, насыщенно, по-узбекски. Уютно, не шумно, комфортно. Подача плова изумительная, как и сам плов. Не могу сказать, что это лучший плов в моей жизни, но он вкусный. Остальные узбекские блюда, такие как лагман и манты, – высший пилотаж. Спасибо, вернусь обязательно!

Прекрасно встретили и обслуживали. Замечательная кухня,блюда приготовлены отлично. Хорошие и удобные залы. Нам очень всё понравилось. Есть небольшой недостаток и просьба для гостей кто заказывает кальян делать это около веранды или в одном определенном месте,не всем приятен запах,и для детей не очень... Поэтому хотелось бы,чтобы вопрос решили. Все остальное на высшем уровне,планируем посещать чаще. Спасибо сотрудникам и поварам!!!.

Ресторан Узбекистан один из любимых,когда хочется плова и восточной еды.Зал всегда радует глаз из-за атмосферы восточного колорита,как-будто попадаешь в сказку.Последний раз были недавно ,в выходной день,конечно народу много,даже свадьбу отмечали,что не помещало насладиться прекрасным гостеприимством данного заведения!!! Официанты огонь.
