One of the most disappointing service experiences I’ve had. I visited on Friday, 6 June at 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, the receptionist was not welcoming or attentive. While I was speaking, she responded with a dismissive tone, giving the impression that she was uninterested in helping. This was our second visit requesting outdoor seating, and we were told that the reservation was indoors—despite clearly stating our preference. It was frustrating to feel that our requests were not acknowledged or taken seriously. Overall, the lack of professionalism and customer care was very noticeable. I would not recommend this place based on our experience.
