Frankly, this is the worst food experience we’ve had during our trip to Russia. With your first step into the restaurant, You don’t feel warmth and hospitality. The receptionists were cold, sulky and a little bit rude. She told us that there will be 15% service fees as if we would care about this. We usually tip way more than that. The food service was poor, the waiter was rude, you feel like he’s throwing the plates on the table, with no smile, not saying anything about the dish, not asking if you would like to have anything else. They don’t get the right cutlery or plates on the table for the right dish, and many required cutlery were not provided. We have ordered some dishes that have not been served yet included in the bill. The food is below average. Unfortunately, we realized late that choosing this restaurant was a mistake, and decided to go somewhere else for coffee and desserts

This hotel is excellent choice for Saint Petersburg trip. Excellent location close to attractions, restaurants and cafes, metro and public transportation, supermarkets and shopping centers. Excellent staff, very kind and friendly. Excellent room design, simple yet elegant, practical layout and useful amenities. Comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere of the hotel. Housekeeping clean the room every day.
