I stayed at the guest house 12 for 12 days in June 2024, I am very happy with my stay! The rooms in the blast furnace fully correspond to the photo and description. Everything is new and neat, clean, nice to be in. A very comfortable bed, an excellent mattress, high-quality bed linen, like everything in the house. The sea, the sights and the entire infrastructure are within walking distance, everything is nearby. I really liked that there is everything necessary for living: two kitchens with all utensils and appliances, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, clothes dryers. Very hospitable hosts of the house!

A nice, cozy guest house. Cleanliness and order. The linen is snow-white. There are two towels per guest. We rested in early May in room 2 . Everything works: air conditioning, underfloor heating, TV. Each room (there are five on the floor) has a shower and a toilet. Hot water without restrictions. Two kitchens (one on the veranda of the second floor) are equipped with everything you need. There are a lot of dishes and other kitchen utensils. There is a large courtyard where we parked the car. The hostess Daria and her husband are very friendly, friendly people. The location of the house is very convenient. Near the market, the center of Pitsunda. Walk to the sea (to Argo beach, or to the "Bathers") on foot 10-20 minutes by walking. I really liked it, I recommend it.

I really liked it. The house is new. There are four apartments in it. New renovation, furniture. There is everything for a comfortable stay. The beach is 15-20 minutes away (on foot) There is a market, shops and cafes nearby (5 minutes on foot).
