We had a rest at Villa Lavanda at the end of June 2025. I really liked everything! The villa consists of several separate houses and a two-storey building with rooms. We had a cozy house with a terrace, It was very clean and cozy inside, there is everything you need: towels, hairdryer, refrigerator, air conditioning, smart TV, wi-fi. The room for 4 people had a double bed and a bunk bed for children. There is a new heated swimming pool on the territory itself, which was cleaned every day by a special robot). The territory of the villa is very beautiful: lots of beautiful plants, flowers, climbing grapes. There is a covered terrace with tables, swings and cozy armchairs where you can relax and unwind. One of the advantages is just a huge kitchen with a fresh renovation, which has everything you need for cooking: two stoves, an electric oven, electric kettles, a microwave, and many different dishes. It's harder to say what's not there)) You can also use two washing machines and an ironing board. There are also several large tables nearby to eat. The owners of the villa, George and David, are very hospitable and friendly, they help with any question.: how to call a taxi, how to choose a tour, where to eat, etc. You can see how they try to make the guests happy. We didn't want to leave there! This is our first time in Abkhazia and we consider ourselves very lucky to have a place to live. The sea is nearby - 5-7 minutes walk, there are many cafes and canteens nearby. A hundred meters away there is a small minimarket where you can buy groceries. Pitsunda is 5 minutes away by taxi, where there is a market and many shops. In short, we are very satisfied!! We will definitely return to this beautiful country and certainly to Villa Lavender!!

Само место хорошее, нам понравилось. Плюсы: 1. Как оказалось это стало главным плюсом - наличие бассейна с подогревом. В июне море ещё холодное и детям наличие бассейна было прям спасение. 2. Пока всё новое находиться приятно, надеюсь и дальше все останется на таком уровне. 3. Есть генератор. Свет в селе отключали пару раз и он реально пригодился. 4. С горячей водой проблем не было, висят бойлеры. 5. Есть кухня с набором посуды, кто сам готовит это удобно. 6. Наличие веранды. Приятно было проводить вечера на ней и завтракать утром. 7. Продуманы остальные вопросы и мелочи: есть 2 стиралки, холодильники, фен, тв с интернетом и т.д.. 8. Сосновая роща непосредственно у берега моря прекрасна и очень спасала в жару. Минусы: 1. Здесь 22 отдельных домика/номеров. Людей много, иногда напрягают шумные соседи. 2. Площадь жилья в домиках очень маленькая, на вскидку не более 10 м². На 4х человек это катастрофически мало. 3. Шумоизоляция в домиках никакая, хорошо слышно сеседей. 4. Рядом с виллой нет инфраструктуры, нет приличных кафешек, много недостроев, плохие дороги, нет тротуаров, какахи от коров на дорогах повсеместно. Подытоживая, сама Вилла Лаванда нам понравилась, всё удобно, много плюсов, управляющий Георгий молодец следит за всем, что-то постоянно улучшает. Изначально планировали остановиться здесь на неделю, но очень подкупила сосновая роща возле моря, такого сочетания в Абхазии вроде больше нигде нет. Переезжать на другую локацию передумали. Плюс не нашли ничего лучше в этом селе с бассейном, по итогу остались на вторую неделю. Так что смело рекомендую данное место!

I chose my vacation from 08/27 to 09/01/2025 with a friend in advance, exploring the coast of Abkhazia! I stopped at Pitsunda, Ldzaa. I got to know the owner, George, and received detailed information on the characteristics of the resort, living conditions, and location. Villa Lavender - upon arrival, a picture emerged: "Yes, this is what I dreamed of on vacation!" Finnish technology cabins, bright and clean! Special thanks for the sweet sleep on soft mattresses! Level 5*.))The villa has its own guardian angel, David! I am always ready to communicate and I am in touch with all questions 24 hours! The territory is well maintained, surrounded by roses. The pool is one of the highlights of this space! The philosophy of Villa Lavender is silence and respect for the rest of the neighbors in the houses! There is a detached kitchen house on the territory, where we have enough space for everyone to cook! 2 verandas (near the pool and a lounge veranda for relaxation, socializing, retreats).Great location, 7 minutes from the sea. The bay impresses with its length and beautiful pine grove along the sea! My vacation turned out in the most wonderful way! Quiet, clean and cozy. Guided tours of mountainous Abkhazia will nourish and warm you for a long time during the long Murmansk winter! If you value silence, comfort and service, then Villa Lavender is waiting for you! See you in May! I wish prosperity to the guys who created this little corner of paradise for body and soul!
