Great villa!Well-maintained territory,large, plenty of room for everyone,quiet.We lived in a triple room in a new building.The room has everything you need, a kettle, a fridge, and air conditioning.The water is cold, hot around the clock, the pressure is excellent.There are two balconies in the room, one in the room.The other one is shared, there is a table with chairs on the shared balcony, and it's nice to spend time with a cup of coffee.The furniture is good, the beds and mattresses are comfortable, the bed linen is clean.There is a shared kitchen, with everything you need, which is very surprising, so it's free laundry.3 minutes to the sea, through a pine grove.The only thing missing was a change of towels and bed linen.And so, the rest turned out to be wonderful!!!I recommend it!

Exactly 4 minutes to the sea. Along the way, there's a corner store, a canteen cafe, and awesome Ossetian pies. There are cabins, a hotel, a shared kitchen with everything you need + washing machines, a swimming pool, a barbecue area with tables. We lived in a hotel. The room has two rooms, a balcony and a split in each room. There is a bathroom in the room with a double bed. The other room has a TV, refrigerator, sofa and 2 folding chairs. Nice terrace on the floor, there are tables. You can drink coffee and enjoy it in the morning or beer in the evening. There is no room cleaning. The tap water is excellent, soft, there is no point in buying. Everything is clean, cozy, and the atmosphere is very friendly. We will definitely come again.
