The best sea in Abkhazia is in Pitsunda! 🌊🐬 🫶 I would like to share my warm impressions of my stay in this guest house! We had a family vacation with children. The owner Gurgen is an adequate and responsive person. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. High-quality furniture and linens , blackout curtains , excellent sound insulation, hardly any neighbors were heard,lamps with USB charging (everything for a comfortable stay) , hair dryer, TV, refrigerator. Cleanliness is not only in the room, but also throughout the entire territory. The children did not catch rotavirus (thanks for the daily cleaning at 7 a.m. in the kitchen) . A separate huge plus is the infrastructure. Everything you need is within walking distance: a canteen, shops, and a 15-minute walk to the market, next to the market there is a large Olympus store with adequate prices. And the most important thing is, of course, the sea! The coastline is gorgeous, the sea is much cleaner than in Sukhum / Gagra. Gurgen, thank you for your hospitality! I would like to give you a little advice: arrange even the most modest playground in front of room 24 on the territory , it is just very lacking .The flow of guests with children will increase significantly .Thank you for hosting with the kids. Nice guest house, the rooms are small, but all the equipment is new and working. Good mattresses and pillows. The helpful host - I had to book 2 rooms, and then cancel the reservation for one because the child couldn't go. We've done everything. Very good location - 10 minutes walk from the center and literally on the edge of the reserve of relict pines, 5 minutes to the sea through the reserve. Cooking is no problem: there is a well-equipped kitchen and many shops nearby. In some cases (progress!!!) you can safely pay with Sber and Vtb cards without transferring money to your phone. A small and well-maintained territory. Lemon and medlar are growing, which are offered for free. There are chickens, cats - it's interesting for children. In general, the price/quality ratio is five. Just remember that this is a guest house. Clean and do the laundry/ironing yourself. But there is a washing machine and an iron with ironing board in the kitchen. The only drawbacks are slow Internet connection. I definitely recommend it.

Amazing location! The sea is 200 meters away through the nature reserve. The market is 10 minutes away on foot, shops are a minute away. The rooms are cozy and clean, the beds are good, and some rooms have underfloor heating in the bathrooms. An enclosed kitchen on the ground floor and an open kitchen on the second floor. Kitchen utensils are available, shared. Thanks, we'll be happy to come back.
