We had a rest in August 2025, in building 2. A detached building with a fence, next to a high-rise building, but plus a market nearby. It's a long way to the sea in the heat. There are 2 crooked barbecues and three skewers in the yard. Two tables and chairs (not all intact). There are no umbrellas above the tables (as in the photo? ), incl. you can't sit in the yard during the day, there's no shade at all (you'll burn out). There is a small outdoor kitchen, but there is nothing working except the faucet and a couple of dishes. The rooms are tired, the walls are stained (is it so hard to paint?💅). The furniture is knitted, and the springs will come out of the mattress soon. The lighting in the room is weak, the light bulbs are more powerful and it will be better. There is a small fridge, kettle, TV. The old air conditioner barely works during the day when the heat can't handle it (at least it's cleaned and refueled!). The bathroom is small, and there is a shower stall in one room without a wall. Everything pours onto the floor. During the entire stay, the rooms were never cleaned (although they wrote in the hotel chat!🤔 ) and at the end of the vacation, the smell in the toilet was appropriate . Towels and linens are not changed until you ask for them (and then the maid brought them the next day "gritting her teeth") . A place for non-demanding people. We liked the nature and the sea!🤩😎 😁

- excellent location - friendly staff -spacious room with air conditioning, refrigerator and balcony -delicious and hearty breakfast (3 options, if I'm not mistaken, but we took Abkhazian, honey, matzoni, omelet, divine corn rolls and cheese) - the room was cleaned every day We visit Pitsunda every year and have rented accommodation in different places, we have been looking at this hotel for a long time and now we have visited it, we really liked it,we will definitely come again (The breakfast in the photo looks small, but the corn buns are very satisfying, and the dawn is from the balcony, which has a table, 2 comfortable armchairs and a small clothes dryer)

The hotel is very cozy, the rooms are clean, there is air conditioning, hairdryer, TV. The breakfasts are varied and very tasty, the staff is courteous. Convenient location, many cafes nearby, the sea is within walking distance. We're thrilled.
