I do not recommend this hotel. The room cleaning leaves much to be desired. After the previous guests, even the garbage was not cleaned, which was a shock to me. The furniture is outdated. It is impossible to sleep on a bed. The bed creaks all over from old age, the mattress waves. There is no sound insulation. The neighbors could be heard chatting all night. The bathroom plumbing is old, the faucet is leaking. The three of us stopped by, but there was only room for two in the room. But these are still flowers. At 7 a.m., we were woken up by a crash. It was a group of staff who came into the room to clean it. It turned out that they were told downstairs that we had left. And since 8 a.m., construction equipment has started working outside the window. Even the closed windows didn't block out the noise. Breakfast for three. The oatmeal and rice were a strange color. We didn't dare to eat it. And the mini croissants were withered. The coffee was only American, and the tea was not brewed, since the water was barely warm. And all this for such a lot of money?! It was the first and last time we stayed here.

Belarus Hotel in Minsk is located in the very center of the city. Very beautiful Park, embankment. The hotel itself is quite cozy. Very tasty breakfasts for every taste. The only thing that surprised: it is stated that the hotel is a SPA. However, the time for guests included in the room rate is only one hour a day and only in the morning. At the same time, no bathrobe or towels are provided for visiting the pool.

We stayed there from October 12 to 15, a wonderful place! Cleanliness, lovely rooms (we had a family two-room suite with two bathrooms), great breakfasts, very friendly staff. Convenient location near the Trinity Farmstead, near the pedestrian bridge over the Svisloch - excellent opportunities to walk and explore the old part of the city, visit temples and museums, shopping centers. The hotel's swimming pool-water park, the Panorama restaurant with a viewing platform - couldn't be better, we were lucky.

My family came from Kaliningrad to Minsk for a week. We are staying at this hotel for the second time. We really like him. A Soviet-built building. But it looks great. The location is great. Nice pool (access to the pool is included in the price). There is a gym. The hotel staff is excellent. The breakfasts are very tasty (!!!), very! The choice of dishes is good. This time we were in a family room on the ninth floor. Good lighting in the room (new hotels usually do not have overhead lights and the rooms are dim.we are uncomfortable). Отличная гостиница. Понравилось все, удобное расположение, от центра пешком не далеко идти. Завтрак был отличный, разнообразный. Номер большой, уютный все необходимое есть. Вид с окна тоже замечательный,кто на верхних этажах. Есть отличный панарамный ресторан на верху с шикарным видом. Кафе на ресепшн. Есть аквапарк, но на него не было времени сходить. Не далеко если перейти на другую сторону реки находится большой торговый центр Галерея. Очень довольны были, что в программе экскурсии у нас там была остановка на 3 дня.

We were left with a bad impression of the hotel.
Of the advantages, only a convenient location and comfortable beds.
What we didn't like was that they put us in a dirty room.
We arrived much later than the standard check-in time - upon entering the room we found that it had not been cleaned at all.
The reception staff just informed me that the maid would come and clean right now. And where can we go during cleaning?))
They did not offer to move us to another room, they did not make any discount for this misunderstanding. The price tag for the room, as it were, is not cheap. And customer orientation is very low.
Also, there is not even water in the rooms.
I'm sorry, but I don't recommend this hotel for people.

К большому сожалению, оценка гостиницы будет соответствовать ее звёздности.
Из плюсов:
1) Отличное расположение гостиницы, прекрасный вид из окон, особенно с высоких этажей;
2) Очень приветливый и культурный персонал;
3) Неплохие завтраки, претензий нет. Единственное, помещение не всегда справляется с потоком гостей, нужно искать столик;
4) Наличие банкомата в холле отеля;
5) Большая парковка.
Из минусов:
1) Номер стандарт совершенно не соответствует своему ценнику, это было полное разочарование. Номер уже достаточно "уставший" и, в целом, выглядит и оборудован как в гостинице ультра-эконом класса;
2) В номере WiFi ловит исключительно либо у входной двери, либо в туалете. В современном мире это очень критично, особенно для тех, кто работает удаленно;
3) Ресторан при гостинице совершенно не соответствует своему уровню цен и рекламе.
Быть может, наше впечатление бы улучшил бассейн, однако в период нашего проживания он был закрыт.

I really liked the hotel. We lived as a family for 3 nights. The room filling is above average, the plumbing is not bad, but clearly "tired". However, there is no rust, no chips, no cracks. Despite the 3 stars, bathrobes, shampoos, slippers are like in a good "four". The room was cleaned without reminders or requests. Breakfast was bought twice - for 21 BYR, you can hatch like a wild boar: cheeses, vegetables, delicious sausage in excess, two hot fish and two hot meat dishes. The hotel itself is impressive from an architectural point of view, and it is very conveniently located.

The location is excellent the city center accessibility to all significant places is great.

Отличная гостиница, находится прямо в центре , возле реки Свислочь, на последнем этаже смотровая площадка, туда доставляет панорамный стеклянный лифт. В гостинице хорошие комфортные номера , завтрак ( шведский стол) включен в цену. В отеле классный бассейн, имеет стеклянную крышу. На последнем этаже отеля есть ресторан, из окон которого открывается красивый вид на город, также имеется аптека, банкомат, прокат велосипедов, бесплатная большая парковка. Хорошее расположение и близость к достопримечательностям делают этот отель одним из лучших в Минске. Отдыхали в нем в конце сентября. Очень все понравилось. Завтраки и обслуживание в кафе и в номерах на высоте. Если приедем в Белоруссию , то остановимся опять только здесь!!

The staff at the hotel is very polite and helpful. They always try to help with solving problems. There is a very good swimming pool, saunas and a gym. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Hairdresser - my wife needed to get her hair done urgently, quite professional craftsmen. Breakfast is a buffet, a large selection of dishes. But there are queues, often this is due to the arrival of delegations and teams, especially youth ones. But in principle, there is nothing terrible. The waiters very quickly clean the tables and put the food on the table. Everything is quite edible. We took breakfast a couple of times - everything was normal (they can be purchased right on the spot, which is very convenient).
There is only one disappointment - this is the Panorama restaurant. Located on the 22nd floor, the view from the top is very good, the hall is quite cozy... This is where the positive ends. I had to have dinner there twice, I decided for myself that it was better to call a taxi and go somewhere else to eat. The waiters are always jostling at the bar and moving away from it with extreme reluctance, showing with all their appearance what a favor they are doing you. The second and last time I had to wait for the waiter for 20 minutes and then I just went looking for him... The time was about 23.00, the administrator offered his wife coffee as an apology... It's a win-win option, he kind of apologized, well, what kind of fool orders coffee at eleven at night... They brought beetroot salad with a curd souffle, but in fact - just sliced pieces of beetroot with a spoon of ricotta... apparently, this is what souffle is in their understanding... I also ordered carbonara... well, one of the most standard restaurant dishes that is difficult to spoil. But the local chef does not back down from difficulties - they brought some Tagliatelle vermicelli, but for some reason it is very much not al dente, for these noodles(???) a handful of semi-fried brisket is poured on top and all this is abundantly filled with either fat or oil.... the sauce, garlic, parmesan parsley and pepper with cream apparently ran out, which did not affect the price for it in any way....uh.... Well , let it be ...dish. Both the receptionist and the waiter agreed with my assessment, but that was all... As a result, the hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The employees are responsive, the Panorama restaurant got in there by mistake ...
Yes, I almost forgot - the coffee in the hotel is very average, there is a nice cafe Brioche - very cool pastries and pastry, well, the coffee quality is much higher than average.

A decent breakfast buffet. The water park and sauna are free in the morning. One "but"...the standard room for two is small and the renovation is so-so. If there is no need to stay in the room all the time, then it will do.

The advantages of the hotel: the location, awesome views from the room, I had a wonderful view from the 15th floor of the Svisloch river. I will not write about the room, all sorts of "currents from taps" and other small things, you can put up with this, after all, not 5 stars.
Now the cons, for which I lowered my rating: QUEUES (see photo) for breakfast, in which you can stand at the entrance for 30 minutes, guys, this is no good! It's not the first year you've been working, you can't organize food for visitors normally!!! I stood in line for 25 minutes, did not get to breakfast, went to the reception and asked for a refund for breakfast, which I could not get through. QUEUES for elevators to go down/up to the room! The Stone Age is simple! All the advantages end as soon as you reach the elevator! We settled a lot of people, but we didn't figure out how to arrange and feed them!!!

-location close to the center;
-view from the window, if you're lucky with the room;
- good food;
- it's pretty quiet in the room.
Minuses:
-poorly cleaned rooms (dust, clogged shower drain, garbage on the floor);
- it says that they provide boiling water, in fact they did not give anything, they sent it to the cooler on the floor where the water is not hot enough, tea cannot be brewed;
- water, there are no mugs in the room, only glasses;
- the refrigerator in the room is not working;
- "tired" room with rusty fittings, worn furniture, cracked tiles;
- queues in the dining room, the problem of entering the dining room and the problem of finding a place in the dining room;
- the window in the room consists of 3 parts, the smallest ones do not open and are clean, the central large one partially opens and is dirty.
Total: I am delighted with Minsk and Belarus, I will definitely come back again, but, alas, I would not stay in this hotel a second time.

Очень хорошая гостиница. В номерах чисто. Полотенца можно менять хоть каждый день. Есть сауна. Бассейн. Джакузи. Горка. Правда не большая, но тоже очень прикольная. Мы с Сыном брали номер с завтраком. Шведский стол. Всё очень ВКУСНО. Слов нет, всё надо пробовать. Персонал очень вежливый. Отзывчивый. Меня и Сына конечно сильно сбивало с толку их цены!!! Заходишь в магазин, а там цены как в СССР. О городе очень ЧИСТО. Сразу видно ЛЮДИ ЛЮБЯТ СВОЙ ГОРОД!!! В ОБЩЕМ СОВЕТУЮ СЪЕЗДИТЬ ПОСМОТРЕТЬ!!!

The building is very beautiful, everything is neat inside, although the spirit of the USSR is felt. There is a storage room, sofas downstairs where you can wait for check-in, a bar with drinks, food. There were dirty cups in the bar.
The girls at the reception are quiet horror, unfriendly, do not smile, answer questions as if they are forced to work here, sit with sour faces, and it is the administrators who determine the first impression of the hotel, in our case even of the city. I remember Vera - very unpleasant, they didn't even approach her specifically, so as not to infect her with her negativity.
We lived in a suite, the view is gorgeous, I don't know how in other rooms, but we had a refrigerator, large TVs. The sofas are shabby, the bath is too, but the rooms are beautiful. In the dressing room there were hair apparently of past guests.
Elevators really work fast, they arrive quickly. The breakfast is gorgeous, everything is there, very tasty, although it is very stupid on the part of the leaders to hold breakfasts for left-wing tourists during the breakfast of guests. We were standing in line for the buffet because of these tourists. Although we are hotel guests. The queue for the buffet is even funny)) In general, everyone really wants to make money there.
We didn't go to the pool, but there were always a lot of people there. We went up to the observation room on a panoramic elevator - cool, thanks to the guard, accompanied us, warmly communicated, I didn't remember the name, unfortunately, I remember that there was a mustache :) There are always no seats in the restaurant on the 25th floor, we need to book a month in advance, we were unlucky, we didn't get there
Parking is large, free, there was always a place, even though they came for the holidays
In general, if we take into account these points, then everything will be great, but there is still room to grow.

Гостиница полностью оправдала свои 3 звезды. Понравилось близкое расположение к центру, удобно, что в 10 минутах ходьбы станция метро «Немига». Близко расположен торговый центр «Галерея». Рекомендую взять номер с завтраком. Континентальный завтрак с большим выбором всего: от яичницы до картошки с курицей. Йогурты, салаты, нарезка сыра и колбасы, все сытно и вкусно, по-домашнему. Ресторан «Панорама» не рекомендую. Совкое меню с майонезными салатами - это прям не ресторанный уровень. Дизайн ресторана оставляет желать лучшего. Никогда не сталкивалась с тем, чтобы в номерах не лежало меню и необходимо было подняться в ресторан, чтобы с ним ознакомиться и заказать в номер 🤦🏻♀️ В целом гостиница очень хорошая, приятный обновленный ремонт, быстрые и новые лифты, приветливые администраторы на стойке. Единственный минус - это уборка номеров. К качеству претензий нет, а вот то, что уборщица не постучалась, а сразу открыла дверь своей картой, когда мы лежали на кровати. Ну это же азы сервиса.
