A great hotel. I don't know where people who write negative reviews used to settle, but I'm happy. The location is great, the hotel is visible from many places. Within walking distance of tourist facilities, a park area. We settled in very quickly, an air-conditioned room, a view of the suburbs. The room has a TV, refrigerator, hairdryer and hygiene products (bottles on the wall). The buffet breakfast is for every taste (meat, fish, sausages, cutlets, fresh and steamed vegetables, etc.). It is interesting to look at the home-cooked breakfast of the critics. In general, I recommend this hotel.

In general, the hotel is not bad, beautiful green area, gorgeous mountain views and, not least, warm pools. Before we went, we read various reviews, especially about the rooms. We booked a standard room in the fourth building, we came across a good room, and the furniture is not as modern as it is now in hotels, but everything is not bad. The bed is wide, the mattress is very comfortable, untucked and did not creak, as many wrote. The bed linen is white and pleasant, but it has not been changed once in five days, but at home we also do not change so often. I did not like the shower cabin in the room with a curtain, after taking a shower, there was always water on the floor, of course something needs to be done about this. Regarding nutrition, there is something to eat, but everything is monotonous, in five days there are only these salads. There was always fish, meat, vegetables and fruits were not enough, but they still left with an overfilled stomach. We took three meals a day and did not regret it. There is a spa area where you can steam in rainy weather. We were lucky with the weather, it was sunny and hot. To the ski lifts, if you do not link to the transfer from the hotel, by taxi 10 minutes within 300 rubles. We were satisfied with the rest. Yes, there are some ladies at the reception who communicate rudely, but not all of them. If we are still in Krasnaya Polyana, we will probably stay at this hotel. Have a good rest, everyone.

A family of 2 adults and 2 children rested in a family room . The room is large, two rooms and a common part. In general, it 's great for the family . Everything worked, no problems. The location is excellent and there is 24-hour parking. The staff works perfectly, at 3 a.m. they even quickly found a second room because they did not want to wake our grandmother after walking at night) There is a pool with a slide and 3 saunas , what you need. A buffet breakfast, a large selection of food there and children up to and including 8 years old are fed for free , which was very surprising. Therefore, you can take a room without breakfast and pay on the spot. The price-quality ratio is unambiguous. I recommend it and will definitely come back.

We arrived in Minsk. We have pre-booked a room. The location of the hotel is very good. The breakfasts are good. Our stay was slightly overshadowed by the lack of air conditioning (it was very hot in Minsk at that time, + 30) and a poorly functioning refrigerator. But the view from the 15th floor was wonderful. In short, a wonderful hotel. The room was cozy, large with snow-white pastels, a view of the city center from the window, but there is one thing, a room without air conditioning. The breakfasts are varied, you will definitely not stay hungry. In the evening we went to a cafe for dinner, for a fee. The menu is above all praise, very, very tasty, serving like in a restaurant. The rooms themselves are spacious, bright, clean and modern. Among other things, dining at the restaurant on the top floor of the hotel is a separate topic. The view, live music, delicious dishes with elegant serving and large portions (there are several options to choose from). Breakfast is a buffet, there is a large selection for every taste. Very nice hotel, conveniently located. All the main sights of Minsk are close. The room has everything you need to relax, clean, comfortable! The breakfasts were a super choice for every taste. Sometimes we got into a big load of the dining room at breakfast, but the staff coped with it very quickly.
The hotel building has 2 restaurants, a swimming pool, parking, a pharmacy, a grocery store, and an ATM.
All the staff are very polite and hospitable, next time we will only be here and recommend this hotel!

I really liked the hotel! The location is good, the surroundings are beautiful, you can enjoy a walk without moving away from the hotel. The main sights of Minsk are, as they say, within walking distance. Clean, well maintained, lovely cozy room with wonderful views from the balcony. The breakfasts are buffet style, everything is very tasty, and the choice is simply huge.

We rested at the Belarus hotel as part of an excursion tour. The Soviet-era building impresses with its monumentality: 22 floors with a panoramic elevator on the main facade, a huge hall, 6 high-speed elevators, an observation deck and a restaurant overlooking the city. The accommodation includes a buffet breakfast with a huge selection of dishes: traditional porridge, scrambled eggs, omelette, casserole, sausages, lots of vegetable salads, as well as hot dishes - side dishes, cutlets and even fish. There are a lot of desserts, fruits and various drinks and everything is very tasty. The room is clean, snow-white linen, towels were changed every day, very comfortable beds, there is a shower set. The Wi-Fi worked fine, there was no time to watch TV.
One of the disadvantages is the lack of air conditioning (only central ventilation), I do not know only in our room or in the entire hotel, but we rested in September, so it was not critical.
The hotel has a very advantageous location - Svisloch embankment, 10 minutes on foot to Troitskaya Sloboda and the Town Hall, 20 minutes to the main transport artery - Independence Avenue, on the opposite side of the river shopping center Gallery with brands now defunct in the Russian Federation, a food court and a grocery supermarket.
I definitely recommend the hotel! If we go to Minsk again, we will be back in Belarus.

I really liked this hotel. It is located quite well, although not very close to the metro. But Minsk is not Moscow, there are not many stations there. There is a water park - I have not been there. There is an observation deck with a good view - it was not.

We are delighted with the hotel. Upon check-in, they asked for a room on the top floor, overlooking the river. The request was fulfilled. The view from the window is amazing, you can see the river, the embankment, the bridge, the beautiful square, the city. You can't move away from the window-you can't admire enough! There is an exit to the balcony and stairs on the floor, where you can also look at the city from above.
The room is lovely. We had two beds with comfortable mattresses, and 2 pillows per person (for this I bow low!!!). The linen is clean, natural, it is incredibly pleasant to sleep on it. Towels of 3 pieces per person, slippers. It was a little sloppy... They ran to the cooler for water.
There are theaters nearby. We visited 2. The performance "Alpine Ballad" is highly recommended for viewing. It's very creepy, everyone was crying.
There was a bakery next door, a store with it, and they bought their products there.
The price includes 1 hour of swimming pool with saunas, but only from 7 to 13. The pool is nice, big enough to swim in. There is a Jacuzzi, a hydro massage in the bowl. Saunas 3. Excellent, hot, correct.

We lived from June 9 to 11, 2024 in 624 rooms. The view from the room window was not pleasant, but we did not look at it. The views all around are beautiful! The room itself is very cozy, although small. There is a small refrigerator in the room. A very comfortable bed. The cleanest bed linen, good pillows. There is a cooler on the floor. In the morning, guests can use the pool for free for an hour until 13 o'clock. The pool is indoor, not small, you can swim, but only splash. Jacuzzi, bubbles, a waterfall, everything is there. A boot camp for kids. Three saunas with different temperatures.
Breakfast is a song! There is a lot of food, there is plenty to choose from, it is delicious.
Very convenient location. There are many interesting things within walking distance or nearby by taxi, as well as the railway station.
I took off one star for a poorly functioning shower drain. They asked to clean it, but it didn't help much.
In general, only pleasant impressions. I would have returned to this hotel again. I recommend it to positive people who are not interested in purposeful search for flaws. Solid 4 plus!

The good thing is that everything in the rooms is very well thought out. Lots of storage space, lots of hooks in the bathroom, there's even a sofa in the single! But at the same time, you don't hit corners anywhere, it's spacious.
Special thanks for allowing me to take tea and a bun from breakfast - it was bad after the road, I needed some food to eat a pill. Breakfast, by the way, is also very varied, you can assemble a salad yourself without salt and butter, delicious cheeses, there is always a free table.
In addition, the hotel is located in a beautiful park, 10-15 minutes walk to the Town Hall.
