Номер стандарт небольшой, но уютный и эргономичный, есть всё необходимое. Удобные, широкие кровати. Новая сантехника. Хорошая уборка, чисто. Имеется кулер на этаже. В гостинице есть небольшой продуктовый магазин.
Отличный бассейн с красивой советской мозаикой на стенах, а также с сауной, джакузи и горкой.
Доброжелательный персонал, все молодцы.
Удобно, что на втором этаже есть турфирма, там мы покупали экскурсии. Автобус забирает туристов от гостиницы и туда же потом привозит.
Гостиница находится рядом со сквером и набережной, до магазинов и основных достопримечательностей надо идти пешком 10-20 минут. Кому-то это может показаться минусом, но мне расположение понравилось, по такому чистому и зелёному городу как Минск, гулять одно удовольствие.

We liked the hotel, we had a double room, standard, small, but everything we needed was there. Our room was ready, and we were checked in ahead of time, at 11.30, nice. On the ground floor there are cafes, shops, very tasty breakfasts, a buffet, on the 22nd floor there is a restaurant, unfortunately we did not get there, all the places were booked. There is an observation deck and a swimming pool.

I really liked the Belarus hotel! Absolutely honest 3 stars! I am currently here )
Location - fire. Nearby there is a beautifully equipped park and river, Trinity farmstead, shopping center Gallery with many shops and restaurants. Nemiga Metro Station is a 15-minute walk through a beautiful area.
The rooms are clean, cozy and warm. Comfortable non-creaking beds, crisp white linens.
Breakfast is a buffet, quite a variety of food.
The staff is responsive, polite. The TV remote didn't work, I told the reception about it, they changed it quickly to a serviceable one.
From small minuses. It's the holiday season and there are a lot of children's groups in the hotel. Rushing around the floors, making noise, slamming doors. But this is not a question for the hotel, of course, but for the accompanying children.

24-hour reception. Daily cleaning and change of towels. Gorgeous views from the room. Refrigerator. Hair dryer. A closet with a lot of hangers. Slippers. 6 elevators. A varied breakfast menu. The food is of good quality. Parking availability. Convenient location: within walking distance of the old town, bank, bus /tram stop, large shopping center Gallery where there is a restaurant "Cornflowers". There is a large park on the territory of the hotel. More precisely, a hotel in the center of a chic park 😁 Panoramic elevator (paid). Water park. Fitness center.
Minuses.
We lived in a standard room with separate beds. A tiny hallway. One person with a suitcase (small) entered, the second one will not fit. The first one should go into the room. There are always long queues for breakfast from 7 to 8:30. The food on the buffet is disappearing fast. But, to be fair, the staff quickly replaces empty trays with full ones. 👍 The coffee machine is made only by Americano.
Overall, the hotel is great for its 3 stars! We will definitely come again.

I liked it -a pleasant location near the embankment and the park, excellent breakfasts, a gorgeous view from the room. Professional staff and free parking for guests. Someone might not like the lack of shops within walking distance of about 1 km, but for me it was not a priority. If I (hopefully) get to the glorious city of Minsk again, there will be no question where to stay, of course the Belarus hotel

The hotel is not bad, the price and quality correspond. A cool feature is the panoramic view of the city from the room window (we lived on the 13th floor and admired this beauty daily). By the way, there is a panorama (paid) on the top floor with a view of the city, it is very advertised by all the guides, but for hotel guests, in my opinion, it is not needed, since I wrote above that the room has a cool panorama of the city. The room is clean, Soviet style, but everything is restored/renovated, the furniture is new. In the shower, however, the horn was clogged and the water flowed very badly, every wash was a little annoying, but we tried not to pay attention. In general, those who are used to the upper class are not here for you. Although in general it is very good. Clean linen,cleaning/change of towels daily. There is no kettle in the room, but there is a cooler on the floor. The hotel also has a swimming pool, for residents - free of charge until one o'clock in the afternoon. And in the evening, a 50% discount. We went in the morning, the people are tolerable. The pool is like a small water park, there is even a slide. There are no tracks, so swimmers can't walk around. But in general it is very pleasant to visit, the most important thing for me is very clean everywhere!!! - respect to the staff who does the cleaning. The hotel is very well located, there is a place to walk, the center is close. And the views are beautiful. The hotel also has a panoramic restaurant on the 22nd floor. We had dinner. The prices are inadequate, very overpriced. We didn't see any culinary delights for such prices.Although everything is delicious, clean and beautiful.
To sum up, I recommend it to those who want to live / relax in decent conditions, but still count the money. If I come again, I'll stay here, the view from the window is really cool!!!

У отеля отличное расположение в центре города. Удобная транспортная доступность. Своя парковка. Потрясающий вид из номеров с балконом. Просторные, чистые номера и хорошо работающий кондиционер.
Завтраки на 4 максимум. Все съедобно, но очень посредственно, не соответствуют цене. В отеле много пакетных туристов пожилого возраста, по этому на завтрак занимают очередь с 6.45 примерно, если не спешите лучше придти в 8.40-9.00 будет свободнее.
Главный минус верхних этажей (мы были на 20) это ресторан Панорама находящийся на 22 этаже, музыка долбит до 2.00 ночи по выходным. Если путешествуете семьёй с детьми возьмите 15 этаж и ниже.
В целом отель очень хороший за свои деньги, чистый, прошедший обновление с советских времён. Очень рекомендую, только если вы не ранняя пташка завтракать лучше в городе.

A good hotel with everything you need. The rooms are spacious, there is a shower cabin in the room. The breakfasts are quite varied, there are dishes for every taste (I especially recommend ham and cheese rolls). There is a swimming pool and sauna on the territory of the hotel, which guests can use for free at certain times. Because I found out about this upon check-in, I did not take my swimming trunks with me, so I will not be able to tell anything about them.

Excellent location, in the center but on an island in a park in silence. The staff is polite, helped with a nice room. We went to the pool and fitness in hotels.
We went up to the roof by a panoramic elevator. We had dinner at the restaurant on the 23rd floor, there was live music. I ordered a transfer to and from the hotel on the hotel's website, everything went well.

I stayed at the Belarus Hotel for 5 nights in July. Reception and accommodation: polite and helpful staff. The registration is fast; they explained how to connect to the local Wi-Fi; they settled in an hour earlier than the prescribed 14-00, without forcing them to while away the time in the lobby (believe me - there were different options). And this is a good job of the maids cleaning the room.
Single room: clean, cozy and -HOORAY!!! - with air conditioning. After 11 hours at the wheel and 30-degree heat in Minsk, this is a nice bonus. The small refrigerator in the room purrs unobtrusively. Daily cleaning in the room, change of towels in the bathroom - also or optional. Bathroom: the plumbing is serviceable, I was pleased with the presence of an always hot coil, on which small items of clothing were dried overnight. Liquid soap and shampoo gel in dispensers.
Food: I did not use the buffet services; I preferred to buy milk and sausages in the evening at nearby grocery stores. The products in Belarus are excellent.
Cultural program: since I happened to be a Minsk resident in my "past life", the whole "cultural life" was reduced to meetings with numerous friends. And so in the room there are advertising booklets with various excursions, and tour buses that pick up tourists from the hotel every day. Believe me, there is something to see not only in Minsk.
Surroundings: the hotel is located on a hill, there are no streets with heavy traffic nearby, the views from the hill are excellent. If this is not enough, an excursion to the roof of the hotel will help: from there the views are even more beautiful. Nearby there is a decent park, the Svisloch river, a boat station, the Trinity suburb. Across the river on the ave. There are a lot of shops. For those with a sweet tooth, I recommend the company store of the Kommunarka factory. Next is the Nemiga district, followed by pedestrian streets with a bunch of cafes; the cathedral, the town hall building... There is an opera house not far from the hotel. In general, "for every taste and color."
Parking: free; leaving in the afternoon, I always found a place afterwards.
Minuses: 1. Only the lazy one did not say this. The light in the hallway of the room turns on spontaneously from the motion sensor. I noticed that the door to the room has an impressive gap at the floor. Most likely, there is superheated air from the common corridor and cool air from the air conditioner in the hallway.
2. The conditioner is from a famous Japanese brand, BUT - periodically liquid gurgles in it. One of two things: drainage is poorly organized or air got into the freon. These jambs can be eliminated by a competent air conditioner.
3. The entrance door to the room is equipped with a door closer, the exhaust of which operates in two modes: it accelerates the person slowly entering the room by hitting the stern, or closes the door with a bang if he managed to run away from it. Agree: not everyone can get used to this, and it's not very pleasant to hear the door cannonade from neighboring rooms at night.
Despite the "joints" listed above, the overall impression of "Belarus", even in quotation marks, even without, is very good.

A small disadvantage of our room is a small shower stall, which is too cramped to take a shower. But I don't take off the star for this, because otherwise everything is fine. The cleanest bed linen, change of towels and cleaning every day, everything you need in the room, a water cooler in the hallway on the floor. The breakfast buffet is very varied and delicious. The hotel has a nice swimming pool, a grocery store, a tour desk with a selection of excursions. The location is very good, the territory is well maintained, a square, a river, a promenade for walking, near the old town, the metro. Excellent hotel, cafe, dining room, restaurant, swimming pool, shop, everything is there. The rooms are different, everything is kept in order, cleaning is done daily. The location is very convenient. And the views from the upper floors are amazing! The railway station is 12 minutes away by bus. Near the bakery, shopping center, WWII Museum is just a miracle. The prices at the hotel are not too high. The old town is nearby. They didn't take breakfast.

liked: location, in the city center, there is a beautiful park nearby, all the necessary shops, metro, attractions within walking distance; the view from the window is beautiful; there is an observation deck, one of the best in the city; the food is varied, but the breakfast menu has not changed in 4 days, milk porridge with salt and apparently with sugar, oatmeal, without dairy, there was just boiled rice or buckwheat; the rooms were warm, towels were changed every day.
I didn't like it: only 1 of the 4 light bulbs worked in the room (overhead light), the hair dryer sparkled in my hands (I was lucky, there were no injuries, the hair dryer was repaired during the day); plumbing was very rusty; the bedside tables inside were dirty; wool blankets were prickly, as in Soviet childhood; when booking a double room, we received a single with a second place on a folding sofa, the request to change was refused, while they offered to sleep on the same bed, because it is slightly larger than a single bed (dad and a child were registered in the room, a girl of 10 years old, it was at least strange to hear such an offer); registration takes place exactly at 14:00 not a minute earlier, the queue is going to be huge by 14, when registering, they take the documents and return them late in the evening (it was also strange to be in a foreign country without documents), one thing is difficult to answer all the questions without looking up, or even with your back.
We will return to Belarus again, but not to the Belarus hotel, which is a pity, the location is certainly the best.

I liked the hotel! Convenient location (15-20 minutes from the metro, 10 minutes from a large shopping center, 2 minutes from a beautiful embankment), as well as several cultural sites within walking distance. The hotel has excellent breakfast (buffet). I took a single room, everything I need is there, a comfortable bed, a working hairdryer and a refrigerator. There are questions only for towels, instead of them I got rags (it is clear that they have served faithfully for many, many years) and for sound insulation (the feeling that you live in the same room with your neighbors). Otherwise, everything is super!

Of the disadvantages, it is worth being prepared for the absence of a shoe spoon and the smells of a stagnant dwelling - ventilation helps. Soapy soap in the dispenser, it is better for girls to have a set of shampoo-balm with them. In this room there are also sets of brush paste and machine cream, bathrobes, towels of all kinds, a bidet, a large bathroom. The chairs are comfortable, the bed is large and the mattress, pillows and bedding are good.

The view from the window was gorgeous! The room for two made me happy. Everything is clean and tidy. The only small drawback is in the refrigerator. It does not cool well. We were in room 1816
The food is decent, but there is too much meat for me personally. I wish there were more salads. The pool is comfortable, but before closing, I would loudly tell people who are still swimming that they are closing. But employees prefer to defiantly turn off the lights.... To me, this is extremely strange.
In general, I recommend the hotel and we really liked Minsk itself!

We stayed at the Belarus hotel in December 2023. The room is clean, good thick mattresses, white linen. The bathroom is a little cramped, the drain in the shower cabin did not work very well, but it was not critical. There were no bathrobes, but everything else was available. I liked that the cleaning was done every day. The downside was that the light in the hallway turns on from the motion sensor. You get up at night to go to the toilet, and the light is in your eyes!!!
The hotel has a swimming pool, for guests 1 hour of free admission. It is small, but clean and comfortable, there is a sauna, a Jacuzzi and even a water slide worked, everything is super!
There are 6 elevators, everything is fast, there are water coolers in the lobby on the floor, very tasty water.
The hotel shops are good, there is a large selection and the prices are normal, as in the city. There you can buy not only gifts, but also a sausage in a snack dough. We didn't go to breakfast, it seemed that 850r per person was a bit much.
We had dinner at the Panorama restaurant, well, that's it. The pancakes disappointed, they brought just ordinary pancakes ...

I really liked the hotel, we were alone with a child. We found the pool for a couple of days until it was closed for prevention. I liked the pool, under the panoramic roof.
It was a little frustrating that with the existing slide for children, we turned it on for 10 minutes in total (for 3 hours of our stay in the pool, for example. I don't know, maybe some kind of schedule...) It seemed to me that it was just a little lazy for a woman to sit upstairs and watch the skaters. ))
But this, of course, did not spoil the impression of the hotel. Large hall on the 1st floor, upholstered sofas in the waiting area, lobby bar, pharmacy. souvenir shops. luggage storage.
The buffet is great, there is enough food! Room cleaning was also very pleasant, towels were changed every day. The linen is snow-white, the blankets/pillows are very comfortable.
The water pressure in the shower was a little weak, but I just decided that it didn't reach the 12th floor)))
The location of the hotel couldn't be better. In the centre. There is a public transport stop nearby, and the Nemiga metro station is also nearby.
We were lucky to get to the Independence Day celebration on July 3rd. We watched the rehearsal of the parade, the parade itself, and the fireworks - the location where everything happened is also within walking distance from the hotel.

Гостиница расположена в центре Минска. С верхних этажей открывается наверное лучший панорамный вид на город. Набережная с парковой зоной прям под окнами. Неспешно можно прогуляться в центр. Хорошая вместительная парковка - бесплатная. Сам номер не большой, но достаточно комфортный, чтобы провести здесь пару ночей. Удобный матрас, есть кресло и столик. Санблок откровенно небольшой. Завтраки вполне добротные. Есть и омлеты и яичница и каши. Очевидный минус - только американо из кофемашины. Это как то странно, именно при наличии трех кофемашин и все запрограммированы только на американо. Ну хотя бы эспрессо или двойной эспрессо. Есть бассейн, рекомендую его для релакса, а не для утренней разминки. В теле много пожилых туристов, наверное активно возят группы. И при нашем посещении были спортивные команды. Это может доставить некоторое неудобство при коллективном посещении ими завтрака. Свои три звезды оправдывает полностью.

В принципе, всё было неплохо. Из плюсов - есть бассейн, расположение рядом с историческим центром, поблизости главные достопримечательности, практически в шаговой доступности. Неплохие завтраки. Из минусов - жили в люксе, не работал холодильник, проблему решили только на третий день, после третьего напоминания. С уборкой типа люкса - нашли за креслом, уже через неделю проживания, недопитую бутылку вина, оставленную предыдущими постояльцами, и забытые детские шорты. Мусор выбрасывался, но порядок не наводился, бельё поменяли один раз , полотенца за неделю 2 раза. Это не сильно напрягало, но, вероятно, для люкса это не совсем должно быть комильфо
