The hotel is nice and modern. Everything in the room is harmonious and comfortable. The only significant disadvantage is the lack of air conditioning and this creates discomfort. The refrigerator also worked very poorly - it did not provide the necessary cooling, alas.

A good hotel, helpful staff, cleanliness, comfort. You can ask for advice at the reception, they will always help. We visited the observation deck, the views are charming. A wonderful hotel! I would give more than three stars! Excellent location, the entire historical center was walked around! We stayed in a suite on the 10th floor, with a view of the park and the river from the window! Cleaning is daily, towels were changed, an excellent pool with a slide, which is turned on for 10 minutes once an hour. Breakfasts are above all praise! And varied and delicious! Tables are cleaned on time, dishes are served on time! During the large influx of visitors, the second hall was opened and the working hours of the dining room were increased! We liked everything!

The hotel is conveniently located. There are beautiful views from the windows. The rooms are small, especially the corridor, but it is very suitable for an overnight stay. The hotel is gorgeous. The breakfasts are delicious. There are a lot of elevators and they arrive quickly. I had a single room on the 14th floor, there are windows, but they did not open and there was a door to the balcony. That is, if you needed to ventilate, you had to open the whole door wide and it immediately became cold. And at night, huge spiders crawled out on the balcony and I was worried that they would crawl into the room. There were about 11 popes. There is no air conditioning in the room. You can use the pool and fitness room at certain hours.
Breakfast buffet: everything is fresh, a large selection, delicious. For the price- an average price tag, acceptable in terms of price / quality ratio.

We stayed for 4 nights in early July. The hotel is wonderful. Beautiful location, almost in the center. The rooms are nice, there are bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, air conditioning. Our room had a balcony. The room is on the 16th floor, the view is beautiful. The breakfasts are good, you definitely won't stay hungry. There is an ironing room on the floor. The biggest plus is the location of the hotel, it is close to the historical center, within walking distance of the main attractions of the city and the metro, you can take walks along the embankment, you can walk along the streets of the Trinity suburb, climb to the Upper Town. We had a standard room, it was fine in principle, of course, the repair had been done for a long time, but it was clean, everything was there, a TV, a walker, water in a cooler- on the floor. The staff is very friendly and friendly, this is probably the national feature of Belarusians. The breakfast is excellent, we recommend it, buffet, a large selection! But we do not recommend visiting the rest of the restaurants in the hotel, there are more interesting and delicious ones in the city! There is a swimming pool and a spa, but we did not visit. In general, the hotel is decent for a not very pretentious tourist.

It was only one day! The single room is small, but it has everything you need. The breakfasts are quite edible, you can choose for different tastes. It was not possible to ride the panoramic elevator, tickets ran out. It's kind of strange why you can't run the elevator more often than once an hour. The staff are very young people, polite, but they don't have all the information. The pool did not work in July, which is also a minus. If you stay for 1-2-3 nights, spend the night, then it's fine.

The breakfasts are very tasty and varied. The girls at the reception are great - the child lost his phone, discovered the loss already at the airport, the staff reacted quickly, everything was found and waited for us! The view from the room is fantastic, the best panorama in the city.
The only thing is that there is no air conditioner (at +30 it was a bit difficult) and a kettle (but there is a cooler with water in the corridor), and it requires a little cosmetic renovation in the room, but most likely the cost will be different then😁 otherwise it is quite good, linen and towels are snow-white, there are slippers, soap accessories and a refrigerator. Disposable slippers are available. Three towels per guest. Two glasses for water and a refrigerator. There is water in the cooler in the hall. Breakfasts were included in the price, a buffet for every taste, I really liked it. We lived on the 17th floor overlooking the Svisloch River. On the ground floor there is a casino, a pharmacy, a spa center, a swimming pool, a gym, a souvenir shop, a cafe "Fern Flower", a lobby bar, on the 22nd floor there is a panorama restaurant and an observation deck. The staff is always polite and courteous. During the holidays, the restaurant and cafe were closed for special service, which deprived guests of the opportunity to have dinner without leaving the hotel, this is the only disadvantage. The sound insulation is at a height, the neighbors were not heard at all, the fireworks on Victory Day were also not heard, the noise of the city is completely cut off by the window. The curtains are light-proof. The window is covered only for ventilation, and in our room for micro ventilation, since a lock-lock is installed on the sash of the frame.

The number of people is moderate, but sometimes when you go to the sauna, it seems that everyone else in the pool also makes such a decision and it turns out that you can't get into the sauna. After the pool, they wanted to go in for a snack, they didn't like the cafe on the ground floor, they didn't even eat, the smell was like a school cafeteria.
