We had a rest in June 2022. The price for a 3-bed room is 2000 rubles. Per day. The photos from the site correspond to reality. A large green courtyard. There is a children's mini playground. A separate large kitchen for vacationers. Grill. But it is necessary to take into account the occupancy of the rooms. It so happened that at the time of arrival, all 8 rooms of the 2-storey house were occupied. These neighbors are familiar with each other, respectively, they came to their dacha, occupied the entire kitchen, did not approach the barbecue in the evening, nightly drinking, despite the presence of children. My husband and I were the only ones without children. The windows of all rooms overlook the courtyard, therefore, adults walking late and their children running around the large courtyard did not allow them to enjoy the silence and it was not too late to fall asleep. But we are so "lucky" with our neighbors. The guest house itself is a 30-minute walk from the sea. From the paved road, you will also have to go through paths and cows closer to the field. This should be taken into account, although after a day or two we were already used to such a distance, and walked cheerfully. However, I will not choose this way anymore. The room itself, located on the 1st floor, is not bad. But there is no mosquito net on the window, and the room is damp all the time. There is an unpleasant smell, which I did not understand. During the 10 days of rest, there was not a single cleaning. The towels were changed after they were asked. And it is worth adding that the owners have 3 large dogs that can walk in the yard, walk with a "tail", etc. Wi-Fi does not work at all when all 8 rooms are busy. The TV is connected to Wi-Fi, so it also worked intermittently. Overall, it's not bad, but I can't recommend it....
