It's a good place. The location is good: not far from the center and at the same time in a quiet corner among the pines. There is a cafe nearby, but this is both a plus and a minus, because there is quite loud music until midnight. However, our windows faced the other side, so it didn't hurt. They give you a pass to the beach through the nature reserve (without it, the entrance fee is 80 rubles per person). This beach is equipped with everything you need: toilets, deck chairs, shower... and you can use it for free (which surprised me). It is almost always calm. At the same time, there are waves on another beach, which is along the Cypress Alley. Overall, we were satisfied. We recommend it.

We are staying at this wonderful hotel for the second time. The first time was in 2023. And now here we are again, 12 days of wonderful rest. We're going home tomorrow, but we'll definitely be back! I like everything here! The location of the hotel is relative to the beach and infrastructure, all kinds of shops, canteen, cafes, pharmacy, everything is within walking distance, well-groomed territory, cleanliness in the rooms. I would especially like to mention the work of the administrator Elena. Always in touch, will answer any questions, help, prompt, very friendly. Thank you so much for such a wonderful vacation! Next time it's just for you! And yes, the sea in Pitsunda is incredible!

We had a rest from June 25 to July 5, 2025: two adults and a teenager. We lived in the "Island" (a room in a separate house). We've found the place we want to go back to! Silence, pine trees, singing birds, sea air. All this surrounds the Apra Hotel. And if you add clean, fresh rooms, with beautiful furniture, comfortable mattress and pillow, and snow-white linens, it's a fairy tale! A wonderful, hospitable hostess, unobtrusive, but always helpful and friendly receptionist made our stay truly memorable! We recommend the hotel without a drop of doubt! If Abkhazia, then Pitsunda. If it's Pitsunda, then the Apra Hotel!
