We also used the dental cleaning service for the second dog, the procedure was successful. I do not understand where this rating comes from?!
We arrived with a cat (discharge from the genitourinary system began, the doctor visually examined and immediately diagnosed, without tests and ultrasound, to my question why they did not prescribe an examination, she said that everything was clear and needed to operate 100%, offered to immediately leave the cat for surgery and pay 350p.
I did not leave the cat, I went to a state clinic, where we were immediately sent for an ultrasound, because it is IMPOSSIBLE to diagnose without examination, and in general, as it turned out, some diseases in the genitourinary system can be cured with antibiotics without surgery.
As a result, it turned out that everything was fine with the cat's uterus, the problem was completely different, they were treated with pills without any operations.
Conclusion: some basic points (ear cleaning, vaccinations, nail clipping, etc.) can probably be done in this clinic, but if something is serious, then I do not recommend contacting here, the clinic is just focused on making money, they are not interested in your animal.

On 05/22/2024, I took my cat Bonya for sterilization.They told me everything, they examined the cat, I signed all the documents and left, they said they would call when to pick her up. They called an hour later, said they could pick it up.I arrived, the receptionist immediately invited me to pay for the operation, I paid, and when I went to pick up the cat, they tell me the cat got out of the carrier and caught on the net in the box.The result is a broken jaw in a cat.Since they have neither a picture nor a traumatologist, they were sent to another clinic, where the traumatologist confirmed the fracture. It was only after reviewing the cream, writing in the book of complaints and suggestions that the management contacted me. We met, looked at the surveillance cameras, where it is clear that there were no employees in the office, i.e. the cat was unattended in the hospital, it is not visible on the cameras whether the carrier was closed to the end or not. The administrator claimed that the cat opened the carrier itself (lock, new carrier). They agreed to compensation for treatment only on condition of my remote review.
We refused.
Dear pet owners, before paying for any manipulations with your pet, ask them to show it right away.
And a very important point, the head of this clinic, said that you will not win any court because an animal IS A THING!!!!
Therefore, think 10 times about who you want to entrust your pet to!!!

They treated the sphinx cat a week ago. We did 2 ultrasounds and took tests. They identified a bunch of almost fatal diseases and prescribed treatment (it's unclear what, because the diagnosis was in the spirit of "maybe this, or this, or this"). On the first day of treatment, the cat became ill, became sluggish, body temperature decreased, which is a "bell" for sphinxes, to which the doctor said that the cat may seem cold externally, and the temperature is generally normal. Another doctor deciphered the tests and additionally prescribed an antibiotic. As a result, we have problems, even PROBLEMS with the liver and kidneys, but we drink an antibiotic. After a few days of taking the medication, the cat only got worse. To date, the cat has severe dehydration, very high calcium in the body (which indicates organ failure), the cat is in a hospital in another clinic under constant supervision with a 50/50 chance. And in the zoohelp vet clinic, the administrator replied, "Well, we only have a window at 14.45, that's it."

UPDATED: today the cat is gone. They did a bunch of tests and PCR in the fall of 2023 with suspected lymphoma. The tests turned out to be negative, but if lymphoma is suspected, you need to take lymph, not blood, which we were told at another clinic. Unfortunately, it's too late.
To all those who are thinking — your pets are your family members. Take them to any other clinic if you want to stay with them as long as possible. 💔

Zoohelp treated a dying dog in October, which was turned into a skeleton with ulcers in a super-equipped A....vet center in six months (teeth were removed, an infection was introduced, several different doctors could not make the correct diagnosis). The dog had already been given organs and, unfortunately, the dog had only a few days to live. Just a huge thank you for the professionalism, attention and mercy of Natalia Olegovna Yukhnevich and Vera Viktorovna Grishanovich, who helped support my dog's life until the last moment. And in the first place there was compassion and a desire to help, not a material benefit for the clinic. How the Zoohelp vet clinic in Varvasheni made it so that I would never go to them again in one case.
I used to visit this vet clinic many times and everything was fine. Yesterday I brought my cat to an appointment with a therapist and an ultrasound. They checked her, took a blood test, biochemistry and gave her an injection. After the procedures, I waited 5-10 minutes for the conclusion to be written. I paid the specified amount at the checkout, received the check and left.
The same evening, I received a call from the vet clinic and was told that I had not paid for the biochemistry analysis and had to come pay. They didn't tell me any details about how it happened on their part, and they didn't apologize for the inconvenience either. They just stated that I hadn't paid and had to come.
I said that I would be able to come the next day in the evening after work (I finish at 6 p.m.) and pay for everything. The receptionist informed me that they work until 21:00 and will be able to wait for me. Today at 17:42 they called me again and asked where I was and when I would pay the missing amount, although yesterday they also informed me that they could wait until 21:00.
Today, after work, I came to pay, and also wanted to find out more about the whole situation, discuss it and hear apologies for the inconvenience and for the fact that they accused me on the phone of leaving without paying. But the girl at the reception decided that there was no need to discuss anything and immediately began to say absolutely insincerely "sorry", while smiling and rolling her eyes.
Then, for some reason, she began to be ironic about the payment and clarified whether I would pay when I had already put cash on the cash register. Also, when we (I came with my husband) clarified whether this situation was normal, she replied that as we decided, let it be so, trying to get rid of us.
After we tried to politely reach out to her so that they would just clearly explain this situation and apologize, the administrator came out of her workplace and presented a "performance" with the words "Do you want me to kneel in front of you?".
We did not continue to participate in this "circus", because it is pointless to explain something here and try to make sure that other people do not get into such a situation, and no one accused them of non-payment, and did not force them to go again to pay something extra, and did not call how collectors call debtors.
The administrator, alas, further aggravated the whole situation and our good attitude towards the vet clinic. Although all you had to do was be able to talk normally with people, sincerely admit your mistakes and apologize for them if something went wrong, because mistakes always happen, the main thing is to correct them adequately.

Terrible clinic. I recorded the cat for an ultrasound of the heart at 14:30, went to the office at 16:00. They didn't warn me that there was a time delay, they didn't tell me to come later. If you love your pets and don't want to waste your nerves and time, then I don't recommend this clinic.

On 10/23/2022, we asked for help at this clinic... Varvasheni 1 .I was struck by the attitude towards customers and animals! There were no visitors in the clinic . except for us.. The receptionist solved personal issues over the phone. without paying any attention to us. A doctor was walking down the corridor. When asked if you can see us, the doctor said. what is not, there is an operation..... I wonder if the operation is going on, and the doctor is walking with a cup of coffee? To the question when the operation will end, how long to wait....the answer was I do not know........ What is the attitude towards clients and sick animals???? Don't set foot in this clinic anymore!!!!! You won't get any help!! It seems as if someone came to their house to ask for money. The horror! As a result, the animal was left without help!!!!

We visited the clinic 2 times. We visited a dermatologist with a dog (ears itched). The doctor examined, collected the entire medical history (what we feed, what he was ill with, whether we were fed with something, whether there are other animals at home, etc.). He took an analysis from the ears, explained what the analysis was and what he would give us. After 10-15 minutes, the analysis was ready and treatment was prescribed. The treatment was followed - the ears were gone, which both we and our Lucky are very happy about.
The second time we visited was when it was necessary to get a rabies vaccination and a comprehensive one. The sweetest girl turned out to be our veterinarian. I carefully vaccinated, calmed our timid friend and also consulted on nutrition, vitamins, etc.
We were satisfied with visiting this clinic!

It's the worst clinic I've ever seen.
We contacted a small dog to get vaccinated and have an examination at one time.
The dog had minor problems with his eyes, but not as much as Pavel Nikolaevich Mamnev intimidated, that the dog did not see that he was in pain, that expensive medicine was needed, which must be taken for the rest of his life. I made the diagnosis with my finger in the sky. A lot of incomprehensible information, I got the impression that all I knew was what I said, although not on the topic.
He allowed me to say such things that the dog was defective, that he would not live long.
He reasoned out loud, why do all the most difficult cases come to him?
Although, as it turned out, this is not even a difficult case.
After that, we turned to a narrow specialist (ophthalmologist), respectively, to another clinic, which just took up the head after reading the doctor's conclusion.
And the antibiotic that we have already started to drip (on the recommendation of Pavel Mamnev) turned out to be contraindicated in this case.
Perhaps there are decent doctors in this clinic, but there are a lot of questions for this "specialist".
