The level of professionalism of the staff does not correspond to the status of a veterinary clinic!!! The routine procedure for vaccinating an animal is not able to be done normally. After vaccination, an abscess formed in the NECK (there should be a withers) of the dog. Other comments are unnecessary. I can recommend this organization for owners who want to get rid of their "beloved" pet.
Absolutely incompetent specialists. They do not understand the complexity of the disease at all. They are especially illiterate in ultrasound. Because of a glaring data error, so to speak, my dog died...INCOMPETENTS...
A wide range of services. Reasonable prices. A very good impression of the attitude and the professionally rendered service. Good people work here! I recommend it!
Sharashkin's office! It's time to castrate the cat. This clinic was found on the Internet. The reviews are not bad, the prices are reasonable, and I was very interested in a free service like keeping an animal after surgery for several hours in a hospital under a drip and under the supervision of a doctor. We made an appointment at 17:30. The cat was brought in at the appointed time. The veterinarian examined the cat briefly, gave him to sign a document of consent to the operation and took the cat in a carrier to the operating room. It was already 18:00 on the clock. He also informed us that the operation lasts 30 minutes, plus one hour at the hospital, so he escorted us out for an hour and a half. Considering that initially no documentation of our appeal was made, I insisted that at least our phone number be taken for communication. At 19:30, when we had already come to pick up the cat, it turned out that THE OPERATION HAD NOT YET BEGUN!!! Moreover, the representatives of the clinic began to lie to us! They immediately reported that the operation was in progress, but it was heard that the cat was only being taken out of the carrier, then that he was resting and on a drip. While we were at a loss about what was happening, the operation was carried out, and it took 10 minutes. On the demand to show the cat, they took him out to us still sleeping under anesthesia, there was no question of an IV! It turned out that they had been performing surgery on the dog all this time! And the cat sat in a carrier for almost two hours and was operated on in the confusion. At the same time, no one called us and warned us about the current situation. I asked for a document confirming the operation, and then I had to insist that the vet's seal be put on it. A man took a cat for surgery, and a woman's full name was on the documents. My offer to issue a cash receipt was met with indignation that I would have to open a shift at the checkout, which means that the cash register was not even turned on on the day of reception. I have never encountered such carelessness in any clinic. I couldn't even imagine that such a thing was even possible! As a result, the experience to tears for the well-being of the cat, torn nerves and solid negativity.
Professionally, a skinny and cold cat was pulled out in 2 visits. On the 4th day, I started eating and getting better.
Over time, the pads happened for 0.5-1 hour, but this is understandable - there are other patients.
I recommend it! But if something is serious or incomprehensible, you definitely need to do a blood test, I did it in the Non-Possession alphaveta, 177.
The clinic is just terrible, the cat was misdiagnosed. They did not offer to do blood anazz, the cat almost died because of your fault, I do not recommend it
