The meeting place cannot be changed)! Changed, became more refined. The staff is always on top! Although you remember a number of stalls of standing gypsies and long queues for suburban destinations.
There are too many steps, why make underground passages when you can let everyone with bags on top 🤦♀️😂The food inside is not very appetizing, we went to the store and shawarma nearby. The storage rooms are good, the hand luggage drawers are large and deep.
Clean , neat , everything is provided , recently I left there were questions about luggage , I went to the shift supervisor , they listened attentively , politely , I got answers to all questions ! Well done! Very nice to meet you ☺️
a great train station, everything is there sometimes the prices are expensive, well, everything always goes and if it doesn't come, they look for a replacement right away, they will refund the money if something is wrong, class👍
The train station is very nice. There are pebbles and a buffet. There are rest rooms at the station that can be rented for several hours. They are quite comfortable, you can sleep and take a shower. My husband and I did just that. We left the hotel at 12.00, and the train only at 23.00.
In the cafeteria, pies and belyashi are tasteless))
I often visit only because of the exchanger, ATMs of different banks. Minus-the Belarusbank bill acceptor has been removed, if I'm not mistaken. The service at the ticket offices is acceptable.
maybe it will be a plus for someone that the station looks very old, but from the point of view of amenities: there is nowhere to sit stupidly. either sit on the metal or on the floor, which in principle has no special differences. By the way, almost all the seats are occupied. what surprised me the most was that you can't charge your phone, but there's just nowhere. Nowadays, being out of touch is a significant problem. I can write a positive review inspired by the literature of the Soviet period, but we do not live in the past, so it makes sense to judge with existing analogues. The toilet is a separate song, but in short, you can't describe it in adequate words. the only sensible thing here is a luggage storage and the staff who work there
Overall it looks pretty good, especially after the renovation inside. But there is a feeling that something is missing. Is it some kind of normal cafe?
He admires with his greatness. Very convenient transitions, everything is clear. There is a place to stop to give away. The benches on Peron were also well thought out. The prices are just great. Not predatory.
Good afternoon! I would like to express my deep gratitude to Sergey Ostrenkov, conductor of the Vitebsk-Brest train (July 8, 2023), for his tactful, attentive attitude to passengers, high-quality performance of his duties and assistance in providing small requests. A professional in his field and a Man with a Capital letter!
Very clean, beautiful old building. A wonderful recreation room: there is a place to charge a mobile phone (ENOUGH for EVERYONE), a children's corner, an elevator, an exchanger, a cafe, ATMs.
The station was not impressed, there are few ticket offices working at the same time, which constantly creates queues. There is no electronic queue in the cash register, which creates pandemonium at the cash registers. The waiting room is terrible with extremely uncomfortable benches, some kind of homeless smell and a local dubious cafe, where in the evening and at night mostly not very pleasant people crowd. Entrance and storage rooms are outside the building, the cost per day is a penny. There are expensive (!) rest rooms (fortunately, there was no need to use their services, so I can't evaluate them. But the station square, although small, is convenient for relaxing while waiting for the train. Within walking distance from the station
there are several shops (Vesta, Purity Island, Bellita and others), pharmacies where you can buy the most necessary things for the road.
The waiting room is on the second floor, the toilet is in the basement. There are very few chairs on the ground floor. And there's only cash in the bathroom. Although they let you in with tickets at all stations for free.
I stopped liking the train station. I'll explain why. There are practically no benches on the ground floor where the cooking benches have been removed. They stuck small cafes and now there are no benches.
An atmospheric, beautiful train station. All services work perfectly. I have been present at this station many times because I am a fan of traveling and I can rate the station at 5/5
A beautiful train station, a historic building. But the trains are very old. The forecourt is in a deplorable state. The platforms are a bit dirty.

the room itself is very stuffy in the summer, there are almost no benches for a temporary stop from the road, the paid toilet was also disappointed [it would be free, there were no questions about the condition, and so people "clean up" for someone]
there would be an opportunity, I would gladly drive past this station with a train station that I stayed in 2012
All amenities for your money , there is a changing room, smoking areas, a toilet around the clock, ATMs, a waiting area on the second floor, a hotel, a general pit.
A good transport hub. There is a bus station nearby. Very convenient location of bus, trolleybus and shuttle stops. Very clean everywhere!!! The staff is very polite and helpful.
The train station is like a train station, although I often drink coffee there on arrival, there is a 24-hour cafe, even police officers seem to be normal, do not cling, walk around and that's it
The score was deducted for the toilet. One and paid. Travelers from Russia definitely need to stock up on 1 Belarusian ruble. Otherwise, it is a pleasant impression. It is clean, there is free WiFi, but a good signal is only in the waiting room. There is a small buffet and a souvenir stand.
The train station is always a pleasure. Cleanliness is maintained, antique paintings in the waiting room.
Everything is automated, inspection at the entrance to the station.
There used to be a lot of people at the station, as I remember from my childhood - the waiting room is full in the evening. It's moderate now.
There is an amazing place on the 2nd floor. The karaoke bar is called.I had the honor to wait for a train at this station for almost 4 hours and while making circles around it, we came across this door.I didn't really want to sing, so we passed by.but I found out through a colleague that there are dinners at reasonable prices.I went in and didn't regret it.instead of sitting in the waiting room on not the most comfortable chairs.I spent the rest of my time on the couch with pillows under my back, eating soup with boiled sausage.
The staff is polite...Everything seems to be fine, but there is an alley in the area (to the bridge)... there are a lot of shops, but there is nowhere to eat...Only the dining room was seen nearby
Polite staff, plenty of places to eat, change currency. And most importantly, there are rest rooms. It is very convenient for transit passengers.A kind of mini-hotel.The sounds of trains are almost inaudible.
And there is everything you need near the train station
Beautiful modern train station, well renovated. Always clean and tidy. Good information boards and other background information are provided in different languages. Related services are provided: a postal kiosk, ATMs, a banking service point, a flower shop, cafeterias and more. There are enough ticket offices to sell tickets.
The only thing that personally does not suit me at this station is the passage to the trains, except for the first platform, over a very high bridge. The luggage is just terrible. And the steps in bad weather, despite the roof, are often slippery. But nothing will change here due to the impossibility of other technical solutions.
There is a long queue at the ticket office to buy a ticket.
As for the ramps, it is very difficult to climb with a stroller, there is a large slope, and the stroller with the child has to be forcibly pushed, and on some descents to the platform, there is no ramp at all, the stroller must be carried in your arms, and if you also have a bag and one without help, then everything is sad.
As for the staff who sell tickets, the girls are very kind, with a smile!
